Beachy, tropical, sweet, warm, creamy, fresh, lush, floral, smooth, feminine, sensual, seductive, flirty, chic, charming, addictive, delectable, tempting, alluring, radiant, cozy, comforting, gourmand, unique On me this is a sweet and creamy tropical coconut and warm and sensual vanilla scent with touches of delicate white floral scents of sweet Lily-of-the-valley and comforting chamomile. There’s also a subtle scent of aloe vera which adds a bit of freshness to the overall scent that keeps it from becoming heavy, or cloying, but still letting the warmth and creaminess shine nicely throughout. Overall, this is well blended, and very well balanced I know that this is a fairly well known fragrance that’s been around for many years, and isn’t usually associated with having a unique quality to it. What I think makes this a unique coconut vanilla scent is that it does have a somewhat beachy vibe to it, but not anything super tropical, fruity, or with a sun tan lotion like scent. It’s a lovely sweet gourmand scent, but without being overly edible, or extremely sweet. I really enjoy the Lily-of-the-valley, chamomile, and aloe vera notes, they’re a big part of why I find this to be unique. The florals aren’t the typical tropical/exotic/solar kinds that are usually found in coconut scents (Tiare flower, frangipani, ylang ylang, jasmine, ect), so they bring a sweet, delicate, and comforting feel to the fragrance. The aloe vera brings a pretty freshness to it, but not the typical sea notes/marine/aquatic sorts of notes that you usually see for adding a fresh scent. The lack of any fruit or citrus notes also adds to the uniqueness. It’s also not an overly complex scent, but not completely basic either, so I think that actually adds to its beauty and uniqueness too. This definitely feels feminine to me, and like it’s pretty suitable for women of all ages. I prefer wearing this the most during the warm weather of spring, summer, and early fall, but I do think it can work year round. I even think it’s suitable for the majority of occasions besides maybe the fancy ones. It’s such a pretty, pleasant, and non-offensive scent that seems to be a pretty big crowd pleaser. I bought this from the VS catalog when it very first came out (2010?) along with more of their Vanilla Lace. I still wear both of them pretty regularly to this day, they’re 2 of my all time favorite VS mists. The performance is excellent, especially for a body mist (as with all fragrances it’s even better when I pair the lotion with it). The longevity is great, it lasts throughout the entire day on me. The projection is very good too, it radiates out at least 2-3 feet from me. I’m sure the perfume is so great because I still have the original formula, but I swear it performs just as well as a lot of my perfumes. It’s also super affordable, so I definitely consider it to be an excellent deal. I’m a huge fan of beachy/coconut scents in general. Sweet, vanilla, coconut, lactonic, tropical, powdery, luminous, feminine, sensual, flirty, charming, whimsical, dreamy, delightful, alluring, tempting, addictive, inviting, cozy, comforting I bought this whenever it first launched back around 2010 or so, and I still have my OG bot! I remember getting this in the mist and body btter alo itoth formulas in Vanilla Lace (which I also still own and absolutely love!). The coconut here gives off more of a creamy gourmand vibe rather than anything really tropical. Intertwined with the vanilla it’s really beautiful! The lily-of-the-valley and aloe vera keep this lighter instead of going into any kind of super sweet fully gourmand. This is THE coconut vanilla scent! Especially if you’re looking for one without a sun tan lotion- like vibe! I actually get really good performance with my formula of Coconut Passion, especially considering that it’s a mist. The longevity is great, it lasts 8+ hours on my skin. The projection is moderate to strong as it radiates out at least an arm’s length from me. That made this version of the mist a really excellent value. To me, Victoria's Secret body mists and EDTs are what I wear when a "perfume" would be too much. They're what I reach for if I'm doing laundry, running errands, exercising, or when I know I'll be around people with asthma, allergies, or perfume sensitivities. Not everyone loves patchouli or jasmine like I do and I try not to assault my more delicate family members with scents they find offensive. I've never met someone that VS mists offended but I also don't douse myself. They are light and they will not knock your socks off with lasting power or silage. They will, though, wrap you up in a nice, cozy, uncomplicated (generally only having 2 or 3 notes) scent that will last like an average body mist. Although I don't like many of their perfumes (which I find to be usually overpriced without the quality to match the price tag), I love their mists and EDTs. They're simple and inexpensive, especially if you can find them on sale. Although Love Spell and Coconut Passion, which are my favorites, are in no way complex or ground breaking, no one expects them to be. They're just pleasant and pretty. They're ageless and casual to me, and I think they can appeal to a 13 year old as much as a 60 year old.

a more addictive smell than most other frags. i tried it during freshman year of college because my roommate and i shared our fragrances, then proceeded to think about it for literally over a year before i finally bought it myself, since i know i'm normally not a fan of coconut fragrances since they all smell either like shampoo or sunscreen to me. but the coconut here is more of a toasted coconut and coconut milk, rather than coconut water. it's sweet and creamy and delicious, perfect for everyday since it's gourmand enough to hold its own in cooler weather, but still has that coconut note and some aquatic touches in the background that make it suitable for summer. if you're looking for a true coconut scent tho, this is mostly dominated by vanilla and gives more bakery vibes than tropical. because of its gourmand qualities, it lasts longer than other coconut fragrances, but ultimately it's still a mist. it is pretty loud when you first spray it though!

A really lovely, sweet, and warm coconut vanilla! I bought this when it very first came out, maybe 2010 or 2011, and I still love and wear it to this day! I’m a huge fan of beachy/coconut fragrances and vanilla gourmands and this is kind of a mix of both! I don’t find it overly beachy smelling like fragrances like Replica Beach Walk, Estée Lauder Bronze Goddess, or JHAG Lust For Sun, but more of a sweet, creamy and comforting gourmand coconut vanilla! I typically get great longevity with fragrances (even body mists!) and Coconut Passion is no exception, it lasts all day! The projection is good too, it radiates out a couple/few feet from me! Coconut Passion actually reminds me of Sol de Janeiro Coco Cabana 39. It’s definitely not a dupe, but there’s a bit of a similarity. I’m thinking it’s the sweet, warm, creamy, and gourmand scent of this because 39 was a very sweet, yummy, gourmand coconut fragrance.

Favorite body mist of all time. The coconut in this fragrance is very conservative. It doesn't attempt to be creamy, nor fresh and exacting. Instead, it sits right in the middle, along with a rather boring vanilla and some floral/herbal notes in the background. I wouldn't say this is particularly tropical of a smell, but rather an excellent smell for layering or alone if you just like coconut and vanilla. I actually find it to smell a little boring and cheap in its current formulation. The longevity isn't even slightly good, but I think that's why I love it so much. I can go ham and spray this over every square inch of myself and still have the opportunity to change my mind an hour later because the smell is pretty much gone. Definitely a guilty pleasure for me. It is such a pleasant all year round coconut! I always get comments, huge crowd pleaser, I wish I could get it in actual EDP or EDT or anything more concentrated than a body spray but it's pretty affordable so you can definitely respray. It also doesn't really smell "perfumey", I guess what I mean by that is that it really blends with the skin and it smells like maybe a strong body lotion or "sweet skin", which is a plus for me. If I had to describe the smell it's like smelling a barbie +coconutty creaminess. There's kind of something plastic about how the vanilla comes off to me, not as in "synthetic perfume", rather as in a sweet comforting barbie scent, like your own skin might be warm plastic or something.

This fragrance Is so sexy!! I absolutely adore this scent . It is a gourmand creamy coconut with lots of vanilla. This smells like coconut cookies to me . It's delicious! HOWEVER! The one pictured (the glass bottle) is the one that I am referring to . They unfortunately discontinued this version which is the version that I still have . The new version which comes in a plastic , tacky bottle is horrible! Smells very artificial and nothing like the old version in the glass bottle that is unfortunately disconnected! So sad that they had to let go of this original fragrance it really is a great gourmand fragrance . Sexy , flirty and yummy!

Bought this bc of my friend PaulReacts on social media when he said it was the mist Kylie J wore (in 2015 prob). I have all of VS’ core line except Love Spell...anyway this is amazing. Delicious vanilla coconut scent, not too sweet but also just sweet enough. Super addicting. I thought it would be a summery coconut but it’s not. Currently obsessed with coconut scents especially when done in a creamy vanilla way that can be worn all year long. I find most VS mists to be quite good for lasting, and this is no exception. Spray this on your clothes and it really sticks. So comforting and cozy. You can’t go wrong!

love love love this body mist. I first tried it out when one of my mates sprayed it. It smelt absolutely gorgeous so of course I asked for some as well and of course she said yes. I sprayed some on and immediately fell in love. I was surprised because I never thought of coconut as a scent that I like - not that I've had bad experiences before, just because I've never thought to try it. My favourite VS scent has always been bare vanilla but I think this one takes to win for sure. I'm now on the hunt to find a perfume dupe for it and/or the actual body mist itself !!

wow. i went into VS knowing i wanted at least one coconut body mist as i always get their 2 for £24 deal. i went straight for coconut passion and this is gorgeous it’s creamy, long lasting and projects well. i always thought this would be great in summer but im starting to think this might be too warm and creamy for summertime and might be best for autumn but i’ll have to try it out. i got this and coconut milk&rose which is always incredible. i love this body mist it is insane can’t wait to wear it in the “ber” months with a warm vanilla perfume

this was my perfume way back in high school. when i spray this i just get reminded of 8th grade, king kylie era, all the 2016 music. im probably biased and love this perfume because of the memories attached to it but its a really good scent. its very creamy and the initial spray does not have a sharp alcohol scent. its the best coconut scent i've smelled so far way better than coconut waters and cloud. out of all VS perfumes its the most long lasting for me even if i apply a little bit and it doesnt give me a headache. its cheap too!

Coconut Passion smells exactly like ice cream flavored piragua syrup. 😍💕💕💕 Takes me back to when I was a small child, my mother thought it a good idea to buy a whole bottle of ice cream flavored piragua syrup for the occasional sweet treat, and I ended up drinking that bottle of syrup mostly by myself because I would fill an entire glass with ice cream flavored piragua syrup and chug down pure sugar two to three times per day. My mother never again bought another bottle of ice cream flavored piragua syrup.

I have the newer version, and I also have the matching lotion to it. I don’t know if there’s a difference between the older and newer ones, but this one smells more like vanilla than coconut. Which I still absolutely love. It’s very warm, cozy and comforting. There have been times I wore this to work and got compliments on it. The scent lasts on me all day even if I wear it without the matching lotion. I didn’t expect this from a body mist, and even my clothes smell like this the next day.

On days I can't decide what to wear, I'd usually go for this one. On me, it's a sweet vanilla scent with just a hint of coconut. It's not too sweet that it's sickening, it's just the right amount imo. The coconut is present enough to give it a creamy, milky scent, but not strong enough that it's nutty. Very linear. Coconut Passion is easily a crowd pleaser, and I think it would make a safe blind buy (as long as you're okay with vanilla, because that's mostly what you'll be getting).

fragrance notes: island coconut, warm sands Smells like the coconut version of bare vanilla if that makes sense. Once sprayed on my skin I’m getting a chalky vibe from it. Creamy, tropical, chalky coconut. Wish is it were more coconut dominant. I enjoy it though and will be keeping it! Definitely lactonic and you get that vanilla as well. I also smell a bit of cocoa powder? I don’t know how they did it, but it also smells like the word “passion” too. personal score: 8.5/10 🥥 🌴

This is the most delicious perfume I own. Smells amazing. Delicious vanilla plus coconut, but not cloying and not overly sweet. It's a sweet scent but it has a hint of sexiness to it as well. Perfect if you're starting out your fragrance collection. Unfortunately the sillage on this isn't as stronger as it's counterpart from Victoria's Secret (Coconut Granita) that smells like pina colada. But I prefer the smell of this one, for the added sexiness and vanilla.

My first all-time favorite. This sparked a love for fragrances for me (and especially gourmands). First time I got complimented while wearing any fragrance was a few years ago in a bakery where I wore this. Recently I got complimented in a bakery again while wearing this layered with Coco Vanille by Mancera. Sweet, coconut-forward fragrance with vanilla that is mostly a summer scent but I've worn this in winter as well and it's always lovely!

final verdict! its good :D it deff smells kinda like the ogx coconut hair oil but not too much the hair oil smells like a coconut biscuit roma if yk yk but this smells like a more grown up mature version of it wearable for maybe highschoolers or like an adult idk why it has a grown aura to it for me like its a nice warm coconut creamy mature scent super cute :D update : idk why but this is turning alcohol-y on me ughhh

There is just nothing like this scent... I never tire of it. The sweetness of the vanilla and coconut are perfectly balanced by the lily of the valley. Years ago there was an EDT, but it wasn't as popular as the mist. I so wish there was an EDP, I would purchase in a heartbeat! Layering with the lotion helps with longevity. I like to layer this with Phlur Heavy Cream these days. So cozy, comforting, and just beautiful.

if I could marry coconut passion, I think I would. it's like if bare vanilla and a coconut had a baby. sweet, creamy vanilla and coconut milk, sooooo good. honestly you could get away with wearing this every season, not just summer like a lot of coconut perfumes lol. edit: wore this all summer... the scent lasts barely 10 minutes :') sob lmk if anyone has long lasting dupes for this

i love love it <3 this and velvet petals smells so good together. performance wise, when compared with velvet petals this lacks a little but it makes it up with this coconutty vanillic milkshake scent. edit 5 months later: I LOVE THIS EVEN MORE RN!! please do try this even if you're iffy about coconut but love gourmands- this smells so so edible, like sugared cream and cookies!!

Perfect for summer time if you like to smell sweet. It lasts enough, but since it is a splash you can't expect much. The first notes I sense when spraying it on are the vanilla and sweet coconut. Many people complimented it on me and said that it smelled like chocolate, which was pretty funny since it doesn't have those notes, but people tend to confuse vanilla with chocolate.

Such a warm coconuty vanilla fragrance that is sort of Gourmand but not in an edible way but it reminds me of a coconut pie reminds me of a cancun beach or Bahamas or something haha this would be perfect for the Summer and to wear to the beach but it's an all year round scent because of the warmness so u can wear it in the winter and summer because of the coconut

I smell like a coconut macaroon! This honestly smells divine. If you love foody perfumes like I do you'll love this. It smells warm, milky yet fresh at the same time! Edit: On my second bottle, cannot tell you the amount of people who have stopped me to ask what I'm wearing, drives the boys loco! My boyfriend cannot keep his hands off me when i'm wearing this!

MY FAV VS MIST! This one is so beachy and summery. I don't think it smells like sunscreen; for me, it's a perfect mix of coconut and vanilla. I love it so much BUT it doesn't last at all!!! So, I use it for layering with other vanilla perfumes. Sadly, this happens to me with every VS mist, which is disappointing because I love a lot of their body sprays.

I have this as a scented lotion, love it! I’ve been layering it with a citrusy/fruity body mist, a totally delicious combination! Makes me smell like a yummy piña colada <3 Lasts a good while too, I usually put it on after a shower and wear it around the house all day (when summer rolls around I’ll definitely wear this scent out and about as well!)

smells really good, like a slightly gourmand coconutty vanilla with a slight salty edge. perfect for summer and for the beach. this is my current everyday scent and it's really good for layering as i've been layering it lately with angham and have gotten compliments. a 9/10, beautiful coconut fragrance and it lasts a little while for a mist!

Insane warm coconut gourmand sun screen scent. 🥥☀️🍦 Smells like summertime fun in a bottle. My first ever VS mist and it totally set a high standard, although it took me a while to process the smell and get addicted to it. But now, I feel that I'll get sick without it. I genuinely spray this all year round, can't get enough of it!

I'd wish i'm not go crazy when a woman using mancera coco vanille or victoria secret coconut passion, both are similar but not really copycat of each other, coconut passion are less floral than coco vanille which is very strong floral scent in the opening, but both very edible and sensual fragrance for me 🫠 Rate? 10000000000/10 ✨

super nostalgic for me, i adore it sm. i’m more into super sugary gourmand scents but this is one of my favorites. summer in a bottle; the lily-of-the-valley and aloe notes keep the coconut and vanilla fresh and tame, but still sweet! once it’s fully dried, it smells more creamy and sweet, 10/10 i will never stop buying this!

I like this one a lot! It's Bare Vanilla's older summer sister, but be warned, it smells kind of salty. It's as if I put on Bare Vanilla and then dipped myself into the sea, which is definitely a vibe. The coconut is subtle but adds warmth to it, and it does feel more mature than Bare Vanilla. Very pleasant and feminine.

I remember I wore this because I wanted to get through the lotion because although it smelled nice to me, it was too faint. When I was almost finished with it, I forgot I was wearing it one day and got a random compliment. Except I never reapplied it and it was after a 7 hour school day. Gotta count for something.

One of the best coconut mist out there. Sadly it's too light. I love it though. It's so fresh and cozy at the same time. Great for every day use specially during the day. I'm in love with this light, playful, creamy vanilla-coconut thing! Moments in the Maldives by the coconutty dessert counter. If VS would make a perfume with the exact scent, I would be the first running to the store to get a bottle. Not a serious creation at all, but its simplicity is its beauty.

That creamy coconut you always dreamt of smelling. I use Vic sec body mists for layering. This looks like a great layer for spicy perfumes that need a little bit of juging up. 😍. Wish it stayed on the skin and radiated longer but again this is a body mist. I can't complain. 🤷♀️

Hated this when I first got it, but now I've tried it again and love it! It's now a very sweet, milky, not at all synthetic coconut body spray. The longevity isn't the best but the projection is good while it's around. This is beautiful layered with Kayali Utopia Vanilla Coco!

My favourite of the VS body mists, and an essential part of summer layering combo with the body lotion. Its the ultimate vanilla + coconut scent, very beachy and gorgeous. I love nothing more than taking a shower after the beach and dousing myself in coconut passion 😍

The old version vas pure coconut-vanilla bliss, but in the new version, camomile is more present. I cherish my last drops of the old one. Don't get me wrong, the new version is great too, I love it, but it's just not the same. I'd recommend the new version too anyways

If I could describe this it would be eating a vanilla muffin while applying sunscreen. Delicious gourmand perfection. I make sure to thank Kylie Jenner everday for keeping this relevant so VS wouldn’t dare to discontinue this masterpiece like they did to Vanilla Lace

This is such a fabulous coconut scent with hint’s of vanilla, buttercream and chamomile, this is one of my favorite fragrances but the only downside is that it is not very long lasting, it’s got that sweet late summery vibe but still like bakery eclair hints.

Smells almost like a coconut marshmallow at first spray, very nice and sweet. As it sets, i can pick up the rest of the notes, although coconut & vanilla are the still the stars of the show.. Very intimate scent but its still enjoyable, nothing special.

This smells too synthetic for me to enjoy - the coconut in it smells cheap and sickly and overpowers the other notes even when layered with other fragrances. Not for me, though I imagine if you like coconut a lot it could be a good body mist for you.

I used to not be sure how I felt about this one but now I can’t stop wearing it! It definitely smells more like vanilla than coconut but that’s ok with me. It reminds me of the best vanilla scented candle ever but still good enough to wear. Yummy!

a perfect blend of vanilla and coconut, has been one of my favorite coconut fragrances for a decade. despite that, it still does not smell juvenile or young to me. it's my go-to when i don't know what i wanna smell like. never fails me
