Dream Angels Heavenly Eau de Parfum

My standard perfume would lead you to believe I have a handlebar moustache and a pipe. This one gives me a little credibility as an actual girl. This scent is so girly and wonderful. If you just want to smell feminine and fresh and not too sweet, this might be a good option. Personally, I hate fruity and sweet, but haven't given up on girly yet. I have had the Victoria's Secret version and just received the Belcam version today. Wow, I forgot how much I love this. It's so fresh and feminine. If I had any concerns that the Belcam was not going to be nice, those concerns are GONE NOW. Great. Fresh, airy, feminine, not too sweet, not overpowering - really a nice fragrance.

Dream Angels Heavenly truly lives up to its name. I am not usually a fan of scents that could be described as powdery, but the blend and formulation of this is just perfect. It is suitable for any age group and any season. The body wash of this scent is my absolute favorite; it turns into a rich lather and smells classy and luxurious. It’s so unfortunate that it can be hard to find in the stores these days.

I was in Victoria's Secret today and the sales lady acted like I was nuts when I asked her if the new Eau De Parfum was available. I am confused with this one... she said it has always been a Parfum. I was hoping this "new" one had better staying power. Oh well....

One of the only scents from Victoria’s Secret that I always come back to. I’ve been rocking this scent since junior high school lol. I love it. It smells just like it’s name heavenly a sent God would approve idk it just smells amazing.

Dream Angels Heavenly is really heavenly. This is my favourite summer scent, I can't imagine summer without it. It smells clean, musky and so unique, I love it :)

I think that this new one is the same as original Dream Angels Heavenly, but I'm praying for a better staying power :)

This perfume can be categorised in the musky floral genre, ie smells abit like SJP lovely and NR for her. Initial spritz is a fresh and musky with some white florals thrown in and a touch of powder. I'm not sure about sandalwood or even vanilla, this isn't a sweet fragrance, it's very breezy and I get a little citrus but it isn't listed. The pyramid says it had balsamic as a note, but I'm not sure if I can smell that. It must be very subtle because this fragrance is not sour at all. To sum up, this is a light and pleasant fragrance, which can be worn in the office as it is inoffensive and appealing but it has zero longevity. Perhaps I am anosmic to this particular fragrance, but I swear that after about 10 mins I absolutely cannot smell any note in this perfume, even after deeply inhaling my skin where it has been sprayed. Judging by the more positive reviews, I am guessing that its me and my nose. EDP? It's very watery, not like an EDP at all, but VS frags don't carry cheap cheap price tags, I would want something a little longer lasting for my money.

Oh I love this fragrance, it’s so light and sweet. Was my go-to about a decade ago. I had forgotten about it until an acquaintance stopped by my house and my living room smelled so nice; I asked her what she was wearing and low and behold it was this gem! Will purchase to have in my collection once again. Soft, vanilla-infused, great sillage, yet never too strong.

I just bought Vs miniature giftset. At first, this one smells like, HEAVEN. I tried all 6 of them yesterday and decided to wear Heavenly today. But today, it doesn't smell the same. Now I'm thinking to give it away. Luckily it just a miniature. Not that it doesn't smell nice. It's just... not for me. A bit too musk-y, soft, normal, poor/week longivity.

i have 7.5 ml for this perfume. and just like the name, heavenly. i love the peony and musk. and the dry down its not bad at all. this perfume is feminine, and soft. 6.8/ 10

Not as good as I remember. Maybe this bottle is just too old? Or I am.

I bought this perfume blindly. It was VERY popular at the time of it's release and the following year when it seemed to have been launched twice. There was the body spray and the parfum. There was also a de luxe bottle edition with faux diamond angel wings. Maybe I should not have bought it blindly. I hate to talk bad about a perfume. For me this remains the absolute worst fragrance I have ever sprayed on myself. I still have it hidden somewhere in my many fragrance shelves. I don't wear it anymore. What did this smell like to me? Well first of all, definitely not 'heavenly' or angelic. I was expecting something soft, light, powdery, bathy, soapy and musky without being too heavy. Instead I was attacked with a huge musk that was more like a mixture of animal musk and green moss or green notes. I think the green notes (not listed as notes on this page) must surely be the floral note of peony. It's disgustingly green and way too herbal. There is supposed to be a vanilla note but I wish I had smelled it because there was none. The sandalwood is probably there but this is not the kind of sandalwood I have experienced before in other fragrances. Everything about this scent was 'off'. Maybe it was just a bad batch or a fragrance that turned bad. I didn't return the scent. It was bought a Victoria Secret in a shopping mall. I don't wear VS lingerie but have worn a couple of more recent frag releases that I think are so much better than this one as in Bare Vanilla and Velvet Petals. But I just can't get over how this scent did nothing for me. It could just be that these notes together in linear form did not sit well with my chemistry or body at that time. But even today my body rejects it. I just don't like this perfume. Sorry.

Out of all the Heavenly formulations, this one is the muskiest and has the best longevity. It is also my favorite version. Heavenly is one of those scents that after about half an hour, you can't smell it on yourself any more. That doesn't mean it's gone. The scientific name is sensory habituation. This stuff lasts the whole day, and the only reason I know is because of the never-ending wave of compliments that come several hours after application. Like, 7 to 10 hours. Even longer if you layer it with the lotion or cream-oil. Each repackaging of Heavenly contains a slightly different scent. The oldest versions are the most different from any other. They have green notes, mandarin, more cardamom, and much less vanilla and sandalwood. If you're going on memory, it would be easy to say they're exactly the same. But if you compare the original side by side with this version or the newest one from 2014, it's obvious that they have reformulated.

Scent is so feminine, soft and classy in a way.. and true to its name -- yes, it's HEAVENLY. To my nose, musk is detectable on the first spritz, flowery with hint of sweetness and a bit green - almost grassy. I love it on the first 10 mins but the downside is the longevity considering it's an EDP. I could hardly detect the notes after 30 mins and turns to be almost like a skin scent. But don't get me wrong, the scent is LIKABLE and may suit any age. Inoffensive and very safe to sensitive noses.

I have this bottle that I've had since I was a teenager, I am now 39. I believe I got it sometime in the early 2000s. Fragrantica has the release date of this version incorrect, and I feel like the notes listed for the bottle with the black lettering are for this bottle... I've somehow managed to keep it safe from turning, and it's still as beautiful as the day I got it! Very feminine, clean and long lasting, I would never in a million years guess that this was a VS fragrance.

This was my signature scent in high school and beyond when everyone else was wearing something that made you smell like a cupcake or the Pink section of VS- I had a bottle in my locker that the guy next to loved lol...when I waited tables men and older women always wanted to know what I was wearing. Women were always surprised it was from VS-I think they thought I swiped something from my moms perfume shelf.

I would have never thought it had vanilla and sandalwood because its very soft and powdery. This scent has a mass appeal and I can understand why. Its very soft, powdery, slightly sweet, soft fragrance. It also lie Cashmere Mist shyer younger sister. Not for me but I can see the appeal

I love this one. Very clean and powdery and modern. I'm not that into VS perfumes but this an Rapture were my favorites. I'm sorry they phased it out I will try and snag a bottle soon. I have only a mini left.

This is listed as a "new fragrance", and was just wondering how this is different then the other Dream Angels Heavenly scent??
