Love Me More

I am so happy to have this scent. I am a grapefruit lover but it's rarely prominent in female perfumes. It's listed in the notes but all you often get is something citrusy instead of BAM!that's grapefruit. This scent is 100% BAM! that's GRAPEFRUIT! and I absolutely love it. It's sexy, it's zesty, and it last and projects. There was a scent by Illume called Grapefruit & Oleander that was an absolute fave but unfortunately my heavy spraying husband enjoyed it and killed my bottle. It was discontinued and I couldn't find a reasonable price anywhere. Love Me More is about 93% spot on to Grapefruit & Oleander except it is missing the spicy geranium note. I will be buying backups of this scent.

Love Me More has to go into my top ten or top fifteen of gourmand perfumes. A deceptively simple fragrance, with only three notes, but they blend together so well! The grapefruit smells like the brown-sugar broiled grapefruit my Mom used to make, fresh but also sweet. The canale note is amazing, I have never experienced anything quite like its addictive decadence, while the amber adds warmth and maturity to the drydown. Longevity and sillage are incredible! This is a very sensual and unusual gourmand, much more exotic than the usual VS offerings.

Girly, feminine, fresh, warm, pink, most beautiful perfume in the world. Its so relaxing ...The canele note is extraordinary!

EDIT: This seems to work better with my skin in warmer/hot weather I smelled this today in the store. I really would consider buying this but not until there is a coupon or really good deal. I only have *Bombshell Diamonds and *Sexy Little Things Noir Tease and LOVE them. But I agree that they all smell so similar so I have to really, justify buying (I only buy the body mists) another bottle, meaning, I really have to love it :) One day, I can see myself buying this. It smells yummy... Edit: I have the body mist. All my local stores were out of the mist so I had to order it (from the store). EDIT to add: Wore the body spray today. Put it on at 8:30 AM this morning and was pretty potent up until about two/three hours later and then it didn't have as much sillage but I can still smell it. It's pretty generic for what you can get with VS, but I like it, love it if I am to compare it to Love Me. Didn't care for LM at all and LMM is a sold like almost love :) The canele stands out the most to me in this with amber trailing behind. I used my 10$ off B Day coupon otherwise I would not have bought this for that price...

This smells to me like a slightly sweeter version of Atelier Vanilla Insensee. It's nothing groundbreaking, but it smells nice. It's a safe scent, soft and girly. The atomizer broke after 2 uses.

VS's Love Me More is well balanced with grapefruit, French canele and amber, which gives a soft powdery scent. However. After I've used up the rollerball, this synthetically sweet and powdery scent was a total disappointment to the point that I will not recommend Victoria's Secret Fragrances at all because of poor performance and there are better fragrances everywhere.

Other reviewers seem to be getting a lot of vanilla or sweet notes, however I don't at all. My skin wears Oriental Vanillas very well, however this one was pure animalic on me - a very salty, animalic, amber note. I'd say it's the most prominent. So for those who don't want something sweet and love amber, try this.

The opening of LOVE ME MORE is very similar to Burberry Women (1995), Fancy Love by Jessica Simpson, and Taylor by Taylor Swift. All these perfumes share that gorgeous, rich, sultry golden amber note on the opening. As LOVE ME MORE dries down however, it develops in the base an almost medicinal eucalyptus menthol type note that reminds me of the medicinal menthol note in perfumes like Belle d'Opium, Velvet Hour by Kate Moss, and People are People by Christian Siriano. The menthol note that develops in the drydown also reminds me of the smell of menthol cigarettes. What a complex and fascinating combination of stages from beginning to end! Of note, the one accord in particular that lingers throughout the stages is the canele note - which is like a thick gourmand burnt caramel creme brule dessert scent. So overall, the best way I can describe this gorgeous unique scent is that it opens like Burberry Women (or Fancy Love) and and then as it dries down, it develops a medicinal menthol cigarette note in the background that mixes with the ambery Burberry Women DNA. The canele creme brule accord lasts from start to finish that wafts beautifully in the sillage. Last but not least, I have to say, LOVE ME MORE is one of my favourite perfume bottles of all time... just drop dead gorgeous! Love, love, love it.... Victoria's Secret really produces some of the most iconic, special, escapist scent experiences of all time, and this is no exception!

Be aware that this is very citric and musky! The opening is a super sweet powdered citrus and it dries down to more of a powdered vanilla Amber. It’s a little linear but it is very enjoyable especially when you let it sit in your clothes for a while! It smells even prettier the next day in my opinion. It’s a very safe, intimate, clean, powdered citrus to wear on a date in my opinion. The grapefruit is slightly cologne-y but it adds a youthful edge to the powdered base. It’s a product of its time but it’s also very nostalgic to me. Reminiscent of summer vacations to fancy hotels and wandering the stores not knowing what you’re there for anyway

Oddly alluring, but not enough for me to plunk down my cash and buy it. The grapefruit top note is especially refreshing and addicting (I love citrus top notes) and you can smell more complexity underneath it. As it settles it becomes a little powdery and sweet from the amber and french pastry. However, I didn't get the overly sticky sweet gourmand vibe that I thought I was going to get. This stayed somewhat linear - powdery vanilla - for the rest of the time it stayed on my skin. It reminded me a little of Atelier Vanilla Insensee!

I was not expecting anything exceptional and didn't get it. Same old vanilla with fruit. Again. this fragrance smells very similar to several others they already have. and of course they have to put on those atomizers on it which I loathe. For the love of ....will you please produce something different?? its like every other month they have new scent, which then disappears in a short time, has same name and smells just like everything else. And I like VS in general and don't want to bash them but seriously, this is just ridiculous

Love me more smells like a vanilla caramel scent, it almost reminds me of Prada Candy but much more affordable. I think this could definitely be a much less expensive dupe for Prada Candy. If u want to buy Prada candy but simply dont have enough money to pay 80 $ for a bottle this is the one to buy,until you are able to get prada Candy. i mix this with the Sensual Amber line from bath and body works, it would also go well layerd with Amber Romance buy Victorias secret!! simply gorgeous sweet, sexy perfume.

I personally love this smell it's soft with a little bit of sweetness to it but in my opinion it reminds me a lot like eau so sexy if you are a person that gets headaches from perfumes this one is perfect not too strong and overpowering smells amazing
