Love Spell Candied

This is such an interesting scent. I feel like I wouldn't normally like things like this, but this is completely different from the original love spell (not the biggest fan of the original tbh). This is so much more unique & richer and I would even go as far to say it's much better than the original. I actually love this. I feel like my nose is broken though because I think I'm getting other notes in there most people aren't getting.. when I first spray it I get an almost boozy smell? It's a bit weird at first ngl or has a smell similar to licorice that I'm a bit unsure about. When it dries down you get the floral more and yummy sugary sweetness. It really becomes addictive. It would be great for winter imo, I usually love scents most people find cloying and can still where them all year round, but this is definitely a winter/fall fragrance for me. It's rich & heavy

Out of the whole collection this is my favorite! I bought the lotion and a backup mist. I get an almost baked note like apricot muffin or an apricot jelly thumbprint cookie. It’s so delicious and addictive! Projects decently if you layer with the lotion but after about 3 hours it’s becomes a skin scent that will last a few more hours but only the one wearing it will be able to smell it. I really wish VS made edp versions of their mists even if they were small 10ml bottles.

literally mouth watering. smells like a gingerbread house in the best way possible. also some candied peach? i think? layering this with a vanilla scent makes it even sweeter (which for some people may be too much, but i find it balances out the caramel quite nicely) it doesnt smell anything like the original, so if you're looking for a similar smell, try another flanker for me this smells like going to a christmas market as a kid. nostalgic, sweet and comforting

One of my favorite body mists ever. I put this on every day when I stay in because it's so comforting with its brown sugar and peach notes, it really feels like candy. I wish this wasn't limited edition! Hope they bring it back this winter.

It was a birthday gift to me and I love it. I love vanilla and sweet scents anyway, the caramel is so tasty in this, it smells like something you wanna take a bite of.

I don't even like the original love spell but this one is so yummy. Smells like grated coconut with toasted sugar. The notes don't say coconut but I swear it's there. I don't get any peach. Yes it smells synthetic but it's really delicious. This is the more long lasting in the Candied Collection. Velvet Petals was gone in 30 minutes, Bare Vanilla and Pure Seduction lasted up to 3 hours, but this one was on my skin for more than 6 hours (obviously became a skin scent but it was still there) and on my clothes until the day. I layered them all with the body lotion.

It's a body mist. We all know they don't last, no matter how much you layer them. Regardless, this scent was very sweet. I think this is the best love spell flanker in a long time! It actually had other notes present than that damn peach note! It honestly smelled like a creme lifesaver with the swirl in the center. Truly like candy.

Doesn’t resemble the OG Love Spell at all, which was a disappointment for me. Despite that, it still smells really delicious. Like caramel fudge. A great scent for layering. It works so well together with Viva la Juicy Gold Couture. I like it!

Not fruity/floral like the og 'Love Spell'. This is a sickly sweet gourmand. It's a bit synthetic and suffocating. It is strong, like the original Love Spell. At first I liked it, but it started smelling a bit eggy after it settled.

I remember testing this way back in perhaps May or June, but I found it to smell like eggs once it settled.

Not bad, but it's my least favorite scent from the line. A little too dense, synthetic, and 'suffocating', especially after wearing it for a longer time.

this is so weird i do get a peachy, sugary sweetness... but i also smell something like boiled corn..?.? popcorn??? there’s this strange cooked food smell that keeps popping up it has a very plasticky, synthetic smell too. i regret buying the matching lotion

smells like licorice... it's sugary sweet in a very synthetic way - i spritzed this for the first time in my room (big mistake) and it made my room incredibly clogged and stuffy, and caused a migraine after that.

Wasn't fruity at all to me, and has none of the Love Spell DNA as far as I can tell. VERY sweet, definitely a gourmand, there's almost something nutty about it that reminds me of pistachio or almond.

Doesn't smell sweet or anything like candy. All I get is floral old lady and a hint of musk.

Really underwhelming from what I remember, gave me a weird synthetic rancid kind of smell.

If this was a little less synthetic smelling, I’d go crazy for it. Love spell and Bare Vanilla are my OG faves, so I was hoping to be obsessed with this as well. The Lily of the Valley and Peach notes are gorgeous, but I think they went with a very artificial spun sugar. I think it would have been better to have a brown sugar or white sugar note instead.

Caramel and peach, super sweet. Notes of coconut too but not strong. Once it settles down it's nice, way better than the original Love Spell that smells like sweat. Still maybe a bit toooo sweet, but it's also kind of conforting, reminds me of perfumes I'd wear as a teenager

I tried it in the store and it smelled like a cookie but I don't like cookie scents. I think it was the spun sugar that hit my nose. It was an immediate no for me

Coconut isn’t listed in the notes, but I get a very sugary/ candied coconut smell from this.
