Tease Eau de Parfum 2020

Simple fruity floral with a touch of vanilla. It’s a “cute” scent, nothing fancy, easy to just grab, spray, and go for casual settings. I do get the comparisons to Gucci Flora Gorgeous Gardenia, as I own both, and they smell extraordinarily similar, and neither of them perform particularly well. 😂 I feel like the Gucci one is a touch sweeter, that brown sugar note is quite strong compared to the vanilla here. I’d recommend this one over Gucci just because the more expensive Gucci fragrance disappears as quickly as this one does, at least on me. So this is an inexpensive alternative, and it does smell quite lovely. I will say though, this scent doesn’t hold a candle to Noir Tease. That one is the sexy gourmand fragrance that dreams are made of. So much more depth in that one, I wish they carried it year-round. At any rate, these Tease bottles are gorgeous af, and I’m happy I bought a full size of this rather than the Gucci, of which I only have a rollerball.

Such a pretty, flirty, and fun fragrance! Perfectly sweet, but not too overly so! A very pleasing fruity floral with sweet and creamy black vanilla and sandalwood, warm amber, juicy and delicious pear and mandarin orange, and sweet floral gardenia and magnolia notes! One of my all time favorites from VS and I really love the flankers too (especially Tease Temptation, Tease Creme Cloud, and Tease Candy Noir!)! An easy to wear fragrance that’s great for any occasion and any time of the year! I originally got this when it first came out as a limited edition as a set including the perfume, body lotion, and body wash! I love how using the body care increases the longevity and silage! Even with just the perfume I get all day wear and people can smell if from about an arm’s length away! I find that this smells almost identical to Juicy Couture Viva La Juicy and it’s very similar to Juicy Couture Viva La Juicy Noir too!

Hands down one of my favorite fragrances of all time 😍 very reminiscent of Viva La Juicy but imo better (still love VLJ, though.) It's hard to explain but there's something sort of prettier to me about it. Tease is basically a fresh, vanillic, floral scent with the perfect balance of sweetness and florals so that it's neither cloying or too perfume-y. A massive crowd pleaser with enough versatility to be a signature scent. It's a perfume you throw on when you just want to smell objectively good without trying too hard. I'd consider it to be more of a flirty scent rather than an overtly sexy, seductive scent.. so as the name implies - a bit of a tease. Though the only notes listed are pear, vanilla and gardenia - that's not all of the notes (only the main ones.) This is pretty much the same scent as previous iterations of Tease, so if you want a complete list - look at the previous version's pages.

This is a very lovely scent. It has the perfect balance of slight sweetness and warmth. It dries down to a powdery smell and I am surprised there is no Amber listed in this as I am getting notes of Amber on my skin. It definitely smells sweeter straight out of the bottle than when it's on my skin. This also reminds me of something but I can't pinpoint it. Then again, Victoria's Secret is a very popular perfume brand so I'm sure it's just that I have smelled it on other people before. Unfortunately, both sillage and lasting power is not great, I could barely smell it on myself and clothes after only a few hours. Considering this, I don't mind spraying a little bit more or touching up during the day. All in all I love this scent and I think it's appropriate for both day and night and year around as it is very soft.

This is the best version of this scent. The only example of reformulation improving a scent. I wore the body spray as a teenager and early twenties something and that was a sugar bomb with caramel and chocolate. My husband liked the original but loves this one now too. This is much fresher than the original and can be worn year round. Original smelled similar to VLJ Noir but this does not. Update: I've been avoiding this lately as I've been trying more niche and designer perfumes. I still believe this is the best scent to ever come out of VS. Now that my nose is more developed, this is quite light, airy, innocent, gardenia and pear that's sweet but not syrupy. I could still see using this as a date night summer/spring time scent. The "lasting touch" lotion of this is quite nice too.

Oh, I love this so much. The opening is so fruity and juicy and girly — smells just like Ari by AG, and the dry down is like a cross between viva la juicy and gorgeous gardenia. Bombshell gets all the hype, but TEASE is the best fragrance line in VS, including all the flankers. The only one I never liked was sugar fleur but this, crème cloud, and cocoa soirée are all INCREDIBLE for a big box store lineup (I’ve never smelled candy noir). I wish they’d revive some of the older flankers, like dreamer and heartbreaker. Behind Eau So Sexy which I’m still livid that they discontinued, this is one of VS’s bests. Definitely love it, and it’s so easy and casual for truly any occasion.

I am so mad that I had never discovered the VS perfumes before now, specifically this one. I’m not sure if the formulation is different from the old one but I’m absolutely obsessed with this one. To me, this is the perfect blend of all the base notes. It is not over complicated but smells sophisticated. I smell the vanilla and the pear most, but it’s so well rounded. I could see this fragrance working all year round, it’s currently the end of January and it smells beautiful in the cold weather. I’m super excited to get hold of some others in the Tease line! This has shot straight up to my top 3 favourite perfumes, easily.

I recently came upon a used bottle with about 1/4 left in it and wasn't expecting much of anything. The last time I wore Victoria's Secret fragrances was around 2002, when the super youthful, sweet body sprays were all the rage. This one surprised me! I absolutely love it and get none of the "you're 22 in 2002 again" vibe. All I got was a beautifully feminine, floral and softy sweet perfume than everyone should in her collection. Now there are any number of perfumes that will have this category covered, and realistically I only need one. But if I needed it, and this was at a good price, I'd buy her in a second!

Just recently bought this on a whim and it turned out to be such a greta perfume! reminds me of a sweeter more floral version of "Hollister wave for her" which is one of my favourite perfumes! However I'm glad to say this lasts much longer! In the future I'd love to try this as a spray because I currently only have a rollerball bottle but even with that I am able to smell it quite strong on myself which is a relief that it has quite good projection! Its very light, sweet and floral and reminds me of a nice laundry detergent haha but in a good way! very fresh but still soft! Defiantly a new favourite!

Strength isn’t the best, but maybe I need to learn to embrace overspraying. I can definitely afford to, as this is pretty much the only perfume I have a non-travel-size of. Bought because I adored my roller of Cocoa Soiree and the following year went back into the store intending to buy a 5oz of it, not realizing it was a limited time scent for 2023 only. It has not filled the Cocoa Soiree shaped hole in my heart, but it has gotten pretty damn close. A fun and flirty scent that’s a solid year-rounder. Makes me feel very cute. ^_^

This perfume smells almost exactly like Viva La Juicy on me. I used to love VLJ and I love Tease. Unfortunatly i have not smelled the old formulation of Tease but from my nose it does smell similar ( when i see the notes ), i can smell chocolate. It's a very pretty girly scent, longevity could be better. My dad bought me a 50 ml at a Victoria'Secret store in Istanbul, Turkey at 100 euros whitch is very expensive !! But overall that fragrance smells very good!

I got this as a gift a couple years ago and i must say as a pear fanatic i loved it. It's fruity, fresh and slightly aquatic which gives it a sense of versatility and caters to most ages but i'd say it's more for youths. Not only this but i noticed its a straight up dupe for viva la juicy, however i prefer tease since in my experience it's lasts alot longer, so if you're willing to spend more money this will be the better option.

I went into VS fully intending to get a completely different perfume , this wasn’t even on my radar because I didn’t think they were notes I would go for. However I immediately loved it after spraying it on a whim and immediately ordered a bottle on eBay . I personally don’t think it reads as gourmand , it’s sweet but in a girly clean, fluffy hotel robes, expensive soapy type way

I think this more classy than juicy couture perfumes honestly. I can definitely tell a difference but they do have some similarities. This one I think is less gourmand but more versatile. I also don’t get a lot of fruitiness and I think it would be ok for a workplace environment for that reason it’s more floral musky less caramel syrupy. I love both tho hahaha.

This is really good, it has a nice balance between fruity, floral and sweet. On me, nothing overpowers the other. It lasts around 4 hours on the skin but it projects a little more than an arms length away. It is a nice all year perfume since it isnt too sweet, too floral or too fruity. I’m a bit surprised it’s as mixed well as it is.

This is such a “pretty girl” fragrance. Yes it’s young, but it’s fresh and peps you up if you’re having a bad day. The best way I can describe it is being extremely pretty and feminine, so if that’s your thing, this is right up your alley. I don’t smell much of the gardenia , but that’s alright...

I may be biased because this was one of my first fragrances, but it is delicious, nostalgic and charming. It's a sweet, fruity floral but without the floral note being overbearing. It's something I imagine a Disney princess wearing. It's fun and flirty while also being gentle and calming.

I obsolutelly love this perfume its so good!! if it wasnt for how little it stays on skin it would be my signature scent. A friend smelled this and loved it, another one closes her eyes when she smells it bc its so good😂 The lotion stays FOR DAYS and makes me feel so clean and pretty

it is my signature scent everybody around me always say that whenever they smell this perfume they think of me. it is so fresh, addictive and sexy. if you love flirty and youthful scents you’ll love this scent but if you are into gourmand scents it’s not for you.

Its a very light, girly and attractive perfume🩷 Smells very sweet and clean at the same time! Very youthful. Clean white flowers with a sweet pear and vanilla😍 It’s the same scent profile as: Gucci flora gorgeous gardenia and viva la juicy from juicy couture

OMG. This perfume just makes me happy to wear it. Sweet and sensual scent. It's happiness in a bottle. It's carefree and lighthearted and fun. I get vanilla and fruit and flowers, all jumbled together. I love it for any season!!

This is a scent that I can't live without. Not necessarily because I think it's exceptionally good or unique. I don't even crave it every day but when I do, I love having it around. I also love the dry down musk scent <3

It does smell like viva La juicy but a lot better in my opinion I also have gucci gorgeous gardenia and it’s very similar but not as musky it is a lovely sweet girly fragrance.can pair with anything any occasion 10/10

It’s basically viva la juicy but lighter, and without the headache-inducing note. Smells like the sister of Gucci flora gorgeous gardenia, and ari. I have both, but the bottle is so cute I can’t pass on this one.

VS did their thing with this one. Even though this is a fairly popular perfume, I still think it's overrated. It's sexy, fun, mature, girly, and I love that VS still keeps their perfumes affordable.

I always, always, ALWAYS get compliments (from both men and women) that I smell good when I wear this perfume! Tease has been one of my favourite fragrances since 2012. Absolutely love it!

Extremely low silage floral pear vanilla combination , last long on clothes , similar smell to viva la juicy & katy perry meow & gucci gardenia , very creamy gardenia vanilla to my nose.

This has easily become one of my go to perfumes. If I don't know which one to choose, I pick this. For me, it never disappoints. Very sweet and floral-y. It smells "pretty".

easily one of my favorites. It's sweet, with a hint of something spicy, and leaves a nice scent trail wherever you go that makes people come up and ask what you're wearing

I don’t usually go for heavy florals but in this it’s so beautiful!!! Also i find it can be unisex if wanted, my brother likes to wear this one lmao.

A beautiful,strong and sweet scent for autumn-winter :) Gardenia is giving a beautiful edge to the Vanilla, the fruity component is really elegant :)

this is a very warm and sweet scent. the notes of vanilla are very strong. sadly the longevity is very weak so i had to reapply constantly.

One of my favorites every but it just doesn’t last for the price.

It’s been forever since I tried this and I remember it being not my style. Too much like viva la juicy for me which is unfortunately headache inducing on me. It was so disappointing because I love that scent profile on others. Well recently I went in and they were having a huge deal in my local store where you get a free mist and body lotion with the purchase of the new tease perfume. Everyone saying this wasn’t reformulated may have different chemistry than me or my tastes have changed because I LOVE this now. On me this leans very soapy clean. The body lotion is basically scent less which is disappointing but tolerable and I really enjoy over spraying this for errands and around the house. Surprisingly I get so many compliments on this and I find it’s very similar to my old highschool favorite someday by Justin Bieber which I still have a small vial of for nostalgia purposes. It’s overpriced for what you get unless you get it on a deal like i did. Longevity is super poor but I can get a good 3 hours with over spraying and I just carry it with me for top ups. I see this appropriate for year round not really a night time scent but if you live in a warmer climate like I do it makes you feel nice clean and put together during the hot days. I really enjoy the sugar fleur version of this as well and for sure prefer this to viva la juicy or other “similar” perfumes. It’s very liner in it’s progression and I detect nearly no vanilla. Reminds me of a nice pear shampoo or body wash! My daughter also loves this as well!

You don't need to spray much on with this one! It's pretty strong, at least on my skin. I spritzed my wrist once and had my mom take a whiff; she said it was good but that I didn't need to spray it twice, when I only sprayed it there once :) However, the sweetness in sweet fragrances do tend to be amplified a bit with my chemistry. She was a good 5ish feet away from me, and could smell me from there! (I sprayed my wrists, crook of my arms, and neck. With other perfumes, I often have to spray behind the ears, etc.) In this case, that's what I want: for my scent to linger in a room, for other to be able to smell me when I enter and walk by, and this does the job. Sprayed it on between 3 p.m. and 4 p.m., it's 1 a.m. now and I can still smell it on my skin :) The opening is a mix of all the listed notes, mostly pear and gardenia. As times goes by, it becomes more of a blend of vanilla and pear. More time passes, and it turns into a perfectly sweet, slightly powdery vanilla. This does smell similar to VLJ, but different? Also B&BW's Warm Vanilla Sugar. Tease is more pleasant than both of these I think. Definitely could wear in winter and fall, spring when temps are still on the cooler side, maybe on a summer night with a cool enough breeze/not too humid or warm, and if you're going to spend most of your time inside a cool place.

I wanted this perfume for ages after smelling it at the VS store. It smells really good on testing paper, i got the gardenia heavily, and it smelled very sweet, sparkly, airy, but not gourmand. I was confuse why people call this a warm gourmand until i smelled it on my skin, but florals tend to turn very sweet on me anyway. The opening smells a lot like bergamot which isnt a note here i dont think but i like bergamot so im not bad by it. Theres a but of a clean smell but not as harsh as people are saying, more like a pleasant rubbing alcohol that could be mistaken for fruity vodka like pink whitney or something. The dry down for me is very sweet almost creamy rose smell. I also get a strong floral woody smell maybe sandalwood or something? It lasts way longer on clothes than it does on my skin i think. It smells like going out with your friends in an outfit you just got but didn't wash yet and just decided to wear, to a restaurant that runs your pockets $80 each, but the drinks are free... and you get dessert because..why not!

Tease has been in my collection forever, since High School. I recently ran out and repurchased another bottle of the EDP. Unfortunately she does not last and has 0 staying power. They must have changed the formulation cause my old bottle lasted much longer. I get less than 1 hour of wear out of her. For that hour though, Tease is sexy. Sweet & senusual. Flirty. I love it for date nights. Creamy & floral with a bite of spice. I have found many men love this smell! Quite affordable too; you can snag this for a great price during one of Victoria Secret's many sales. Would not recommend as it fades quickly. Biggest con is its sillage & wear time.

This is Flora by Gucci Gorgeous Gardenia 2012 (the old formulation, my signature scent during undergrad) Victoria’s Secret version. Fresher, more fruity, gardenia, light vanilla, aquatic, clean, soapy. I like the less mature older version with the mesh/fishnet bottle design better for the brand as it smelled more naughty and VS-like, though personally prefer this one. The thing is that I tested it at the shop today, and later, three highschoolers followed me and said I smelled AMAZING, so I went back to get a travel-sized body mist, lol.

I like this one. Fresh juicy watery pear with a soft sugary floral embrace in the background. 🍐🌸 It's beautiful, sensual, girly, but the lasting power is short. This will shine the most in spring/summer for sure. Sillage is more intimate, great for indoor spaces. The florals are not heavy at all, neither the sweetness. It's perfectly balanced but I wish it lasted more, weak performance.

iam not a fan of VS actually. But smell this Tease EDP at the store, and i think it's something different from usual VS which very fruity sweet chic smell. This is quite light, but boozy, airy, balance sweet of vanilla and floral but nothing is too sharp or headache. Very comforting. Nothing is groundbreaking but a nice, comforting fragrance fro daily use, and go to bed

I like this! My only memories of the original Tease were of a roommate who had it. This smells like sweet pear with some floral to me. It's very easy to wear and I love it in the cold months. It's sort of linear and with a decent sillage. I bought 3.4 ounces for about 25 dollars, so for the price point, I can't complain.

my first signature scent ever. you'll love it if you're into sweet girly scents. i wore this as a high schooler and i would let my classmates use it since they liked it a lot hehe. this one had me on a chokehold back then and made me realize how i liked vanilla notes

This has a great sweetness! It isn’t super strong, which is good because sometimes sweet perfumes tend to be overwhelming and cause headaches. The only thing I’d say is whenever I try to layer it with another scent, it smells exactly like rubber.

Sweet perfume that is floral, yet not too sweet. The projection is OK and longevity is also OK and the price is pretty good! This is an easy going summer-spring perfume, love this one!!

this reformulation is different from the bigger bottle (2018). it smells good, but it's not the tease i remember. it's a little more muted & less fruity
