Velvet Petals Starlit

this is so beautiful and jammy. perfect sweet fruity woody scent. very blackberry forward. it’s rich blackberry jam and powdery apricot. 10/10 heartbroken it is not coming back.

Feels like a mix of Velvet Petals and Midnight Bloom to me, gorgeous!

i blindbought this and initially got the overwhelming smell of kids medicine which comes from the sugared apricot, however after the drydown it settled into a strong fruity scent that felt almost nostalgic

Honestly this smells like it could be a pure seduction flanker. Reminds me of pure seduction daydream take out the bubble gum note. If the og velvet petals and pure seduction had a baby.

I picked up a bottle of body spray in the scent at the VS semi-annual sale this week. This scent stood out from all the others available, mainly because of its fruity, juicy, bright scent. VS description is: Otherworldly florals, misty woods and luminous fruits enchant the winter sky for a stellar take on your favorite mist (blackberry wood + sugared apricot notes). I am not familiar with VS original Velvet Petals, but this is definitely a pretty perfume to be wearing!!! I actually bought this for my preteen, because she loves having her own collection of perfumes and this seemed perfect for her!! But definitely a scent worth considering, and especially for those that love fruit-punchy vibes!!

Velvet Petals Starlit has that typical DNA from the original Velvet Petals but this one is a brighter fruitier version and what surprised me the most was the distinct drydown of bitter almond! If you’re not familiar with the scent of bitter almond, it is a very cherry-like almond paste and vanilla scent. It’s adorrrable...I love bitter almond and was extremely pleasantly surprised to smell it so strongly in this! It also has a very potent perfume-y blackberry note and blended with the creaminess of the OG Velvet Petals, this creates a really pretty girly scent! It’s definitely different enough from the original to warrant getting. I really enjoy this sassy version

this with any vanilla or fruity perfume is absolutely delicious! i also would say this bodymist is more intense then other vs bodymists. love this tbh 😍 fruity sexy bodymist
