Very Sexy Oasis

After trying Bombshell seduction where the sage is giving me a bbw white tea and sage moment (so nothing new, already have that) and the Tease Sugar Fleur had me all excited with its marshmallowy apple sweet opening, to straight up disappointed with its super weak performance and a weird smelling note at the drydown, not bold enough, this white beauty was a happy moment when I sprayed it. I said "Mmm Now that's a perfume! YES!". I returned the other two. I got it for 33.50 from the VS website. Straight up it is a dupe for Michael Kors Wonderlust Sublime, beachy without being tropical or coconuty (or with the usual tropical note of tiare flower that the MK perfume has), intense orange blossom (in both) but not obnoxious as it usually is on me. Where MK's perfume has tiare flower, this one has tuberose, both are nice, maybe I like this one more due to the tuberose and its milkiness. It is warm, thick and slightly powdery. MK Wonderlust Sublime is ambery while this must have vanilla in it. This one opens up milky, pure and sweet reminding me of almond (maybe it's the tuberose), quite the vibe of Sweet Hope La Rive (Police Forbidden), perfectly matching the white bottle, along with the Wonderlust Sublime vein, the orange blossom. I am a tuberose fan in all of its forms, it is subtle here. Longevity is fantastic. Orange blossom usually smells salty and weird on me and I tend to avoid it, but it smells good here just like in MK Wonderlust Sublime, it is the heart of these fragrances and gives them a sunny vibe. This fragrance came to me the moment I'm being so homesick, it screams summer, cool breeze and cold tile floor with flowy white curtains and a perfect view of the sea, I need to move back to Greece asap. 10/10.

Very Sexy Oasis has went from being a fragrance I just knew I was going to hate to a fragrance I need a back up bottle of, and let me explain why. I've always had a love/hate relationship with Tuberose in fragrances. There are some Tuberose fragrances I can't stand, like Gucci Bloom, and there are some Tuberose fragrances I love like KKW x Kris and My Way by Giorgio Armani. Very Sexy Oasis easily made it's way to that list of Tuberose fragrance I love. It's composed with notes of Tuberose, Camellia, and Orange Flower. Upon first spray, I get a soft, toned down Tuberose. It's prominent without being obnoxious. I'm left to assume Camellia and Orange Flower has some part in how this fragrance transitions into something so creamy and soothing. About 30 minutes into wear, there's a hint of sweetness that accompanies the florals in this fragrance, leading me to believe there's something more to this composition than what's being told. I don't own many Tuberose fragrances to say if this is unique or not, but this is very unique to my nose. It's a crowd pleasing scent that I feel like is hard to dislike, unless you're not a fan of white floral fragrances. It rides the fence of being safe for the work space while still making a statement and turning heads when you enter the room. On my skin, this lasted 4-5 hours with moderate sillage in the first hour of wear. Afterwards, it sits closer to the skin. Very Sexy Oasis has become my third favorite flanker next to the original Very Sexy and Very Sexy Night, and definitely full bottle worthy. Scent: 8/10 Packaging: 7/10 Performance: 7/10

A beautiful, sweet, creamy, warm, beachy, and slightly woodsy floral fragrance. This is just lovely! I’m very surprised by it though considering there’s only 3 notes listed and they’re all floral. I get the pretty orange blossom and creamy tuberose, but I’m also getting a lot more. There’s something giving me a beachy vibe, I believe it’s coconut and some citrus, possibly mandarin orange. I think there might also be vanilla orchid, amber, and sandalwood which would give it that sweet warmth and creamy woody scent. Whatever all of the note are they really work well together, and create a beautiful fragrance that I personally love! I get really good longevity with Very Sexy Oasis, it lasts for the whole day on me. The projection is nice too, it radiates out about an arm’s length from me.

WOW, I am obsessed with this! Sweet, powdery, white floral, that hints of mimosa - just like another reviewer said, then when completely dried down it is a vanilla powder spice on my skin! It's light, cozy, and kinda warm beachy on me! I legitimately can not get enough of this. It's not overwhelming to me in the least. The one drawback is that it's not a super long lasting smell. Honestly I wish it was stronger because I forsee going through a bottle faster than most I own bc I need to apply it a bit more heavily. It's a winner also because it doesn't bother my hubs's overly sensitive nose. I'm trying to mentally prepare for when Victoria's Secret axes it as they tend to with their seasonal scents... If anyone knows of a good dupe of this please let me know! Thanks in advance!

Orange blossom, powdery vanilla, white floral, a little green. Creamy, but also fresh. My year round signature scent. If I want the “orange” in the blossom to stand out a tad more, I’ll spray in my hair, directly onto a pillow, or my clothes. Still, the orange blossom survives on my skin as long as the perfume itself survives, which is a few days on my skin and 3-4 days on fabric or hair. Oasis is such a confidence boost! I need to invest in a stockpile of the Mist so I can burn through that instead of the perfume since I spritz my sheets frequently. I prefer light scents as my home is pretty fragrance free. This is still a little strong for me at times, but if I had to be buried with a perfume, I’d be taking this one with me to the afterlife!
