Warm & Cozy Vacay

i have a bottle i've been hoarding since it released, i think i bought like 4 bottles at once from their crazy summer sales. anyway i miss this one. they need to bring it back! super duper juvenile teen girly fruity fluffy scent but i really, really love it. very nostalgic. i haven't tried their "newer" version with passion fruit, but the original is definitely strawberry.

I bought this when it came out and it then sat in my closet for a very long time getting minimal use. I've been enjoying it more now, its a simple sweet body mist and works well to wear at my type of job. I agree with a couple reviews on this site that its very much a vanilla and passionfruit scent, not strawberry. I have never owned the smaller, pink bottle but many say it is the same smell.

Got this at a thrift shop of all things. Pretty basic and nobody will complain. Smells dessert scent! The vanilla is like a giant cake smash

At Victoria's Secret today I saw a bottle with the same name "Warm and Cozy Vacay" but on the bottle the notes said "vanilla and sunburst passion fruit." The bottles were similar (size & shape) and this one just looked like an updated pink-on pink-on pink 2018 version. I asked the sales girl if she'd been working there long? "Yes, two years," so I asked her if the smell in this bottle was the same as (I showed her the picture above from Fragrantica on my cellphone) she said yes. So IDK why Fragrantica has this down as strawberry? Weird... Oh! Almost forgot to talk about the smell! I had some time to waste while waiting for my sister at the mall so I was smelling every bottle at VS one by one and this one was just so compelling I kept going back to it and finally sprayed it all over. It's a pretty simple vanilla + fruit smell, sweet and bright and playful. But the fruit didn't feel exactly like strawberry to me (but maybe artificial candied strawberry, if we really want to stretch the idea of all the smells we can squeeze under the "strawberry umbrella"? But definitely not IRL strawberry or strawberry extract. And not quite passion fruit either honestly it reminded me the most of the smell of these yellow fruit that come from certain lantern-plants. They have several names, golden fruit/berry, ground cherry, cape gooseberry, Inca berry, poha, (where I live they're called golden strawberries because they do have a very tart+bright+sweet -similar to strawberry but no one would mistake it for strawberry- kind of lovely scent. I don't know if "sunburst passion fruit" is a fantasy accord, but if you imagine it is and literally try to imagine what something with that name might smell like + a sweet whipped-creamy vanilla, you can probably imagine what this smells like. Definitelty WANT!!!

Light but nice. Vanilla & cream. Not so strong on the strawberries. Saw this, didn't buy, & then returned to get it. Might need to layer with another strawberry scent to bring out more berry. It is a cozy scent that is not heavy. Limited edition, so I would hate to run out.
