Wicked Eau de Parfum

Sweet, floral, powdery, fruity, soft spicy, feminine, sensual, seductive, flirty, chic, charming, whimsical, dreamy, delightful, tempting, alluring, inviting, cozy On me this opens with a fruity floral scent intertwined with a soft and powdery vanilla. I get the fresh and clean freesia, and something fruity which might be nectarine. There’s also a soft spiciness, I wonder if it’s maybe ginger? As it dries down the sweetness deepens with the decadent brown sugar, and the beautiful and delicate powdery vanilla. They envelop you in a delicate veil of charming and sensual delightful sweet and powdery vanilla. It somewhat makes me think of vanilla scented powdered sugar after it’s been on for a couple/few hours. I’m wondering if this doesn’t also have some sandalwood and/or musk in the base. I’m surprised that this reminds me so much of Kayali The Wedding Silk Santal. It’s one of my top favorite fragrances, and I definitely do prefer it over Wicked. However, Wicked is still a really beautiful and delightful fragrance that I really enjoy. This is a very easy reach, feels quite versatile, and is suitable for wearing year round. I think it’s suitable for women of any age, and for the majority of occasions (except for maybe the fanciest occasions). This doesn’t come off as the typical fruity floral that many seem to associate with VS, and it certainly doesn’t come off as juvenile. My love for this easy-reacher beauty was found in the split rollerball purse size version with Crush. How they (VS marketing) ever thought this was a dark edgy twist to Crush is almost beyond me. The only likeness to that thought process would be the lipgloss note in Crush being daytime engenue. Wicked as this proverbial sweet floral vanilla which sings a lil like an enchantress of a good girl with a naughty side. She sings in the heat of humid summer nights just as well as any other time or season, if not even better. Now this one treads the gourmand line. If I called it a gourmand, it would be a floral gourmand. Personally, I find the Freesia magical with the depth of the Tahitian Vanilla. I don't even detect the brown sugar note. The sweetness of this one seems to emanate from the Freesia floral note alone, not at all sugar sweet. I don't lean into sugar sweet, I can lean into fruity sweet or floral sweet when they're not overly sweet. I'd much rather call it a floral vanilla. Seems so much more fitting. Now if florals don't bloom on your skin, then you might pull more of the brown sugar note and land in the gourmand territory. I don't think I've ever found another one that treads this line like this one does. It's kind of a fascinatingly magical scent. I snagged a large size at the last SAS last year. I'm tempted to pu more as it's back again this SAS. IMO you almost can't go wrong with this warm beauty. If you really like this floral vanilla/ gourmand ladies & have ever experienced & fallen for the dry down "chantilly cream" note in Eau So Sexy, Then try snagging B&BW's Coconut Milkshake. There's at least 1 hidden floral (might be freesia, might be jasmine, might be both) that blooms in that one too. Only it pairs with the cream note rather than the vanilla note here.

Wow! Voted above with a "love." A sexy, alluring, beautiful gourmand perfume. It's only three notes...but it's gorgeous. The freesia is very much in the backround and becomes slightly more prominent in the drydown after an hour or two...but the vanilla and brown sugar notes are without a doubt the main players here. And the two notes combined smell very similar to caramel. It kind of holds like a vanilla-caramel smell much like one you would smell in a Starbucks drink. Like one of those caramel-vanilla macchiatos or frappucinos or whatever they're called. It's not a dupe...but it's 80% similar to Jessica simpson's original "Fancy" perfume. It's safe to say that if you love "Fancy," then this is a safe blind buy for you. The only differences are that Jessica Simpson has some fruity notes come forward whereas this one has that floral "freesia" note instead. But they're both in the same category. Gourmand and sweet but not sickeningly so, nor juvenile. Again, not dupes...but they remind me A LOT of one another. Longevity - A good moderate. 4 hours or so. Projection - It's STRONG at first. The first hour you'll get 3 feet of projection easily. After the first 60-90 mins, it starts to weaken gradually. Overall Score - I'm gonna say either an 8.5 or 9 out of 10. I really love this. Side Note : I find that most super sweet scents as well as gourmand scents are really only appropriate for fall and winter as the heat can make gourmand and sugary notes super annoying and cloying. But for some reason...this one actually behaves in the warmth. I can literally wear this one in any weather which is a major plus. Love this!! Big thumbs up Victoria Secret.

I like this, I sniffed a tester at the store and fell in love with it. Got it on valentines day on sale. A beautiful brown sugar vanilla sweet scent. Simple scent that is let down by the performance. The sillage is good for the first hour or two then it becomes a skin scent. 4 hour longevity which is not bad but not good. Easy wear frag when you want to smell good for a short time and not overthink it. The bottle is hefty but you can always decant. The name gives the impression of a dark mysterious scent which it isn't. Edit: After about 9 months of maceration this perfume has totally won my heart. I reached for it today on a whim and my goodness. It has deepened, smells sweet, sexy, creamy cashmere vanilla. I kept catching whiffs of it throughout the day and I couldn't believe I was the one smelling this good. Longevity improved tremendously and I would now give it a good 6 hours. At least I can still smell it on my clothes. I now have to spare it for special occasions because baby.. I'm gonna win me some hearts with this one!

I don’t know why I never paid Wicked attention in the past, but I went and smelled it yesterday and it was love at first sniff. I went back today to buy the perfume and body spray and I may go back tomorrow to get another perfume. Now, “Wicked” is definitely not the right name for this frag, but also, idk it kind of fits? I don’t know what other name to give this scent. But anyways, I was worried it was gonna be another basic, sugary vanilla scent but the freesia really DOES something here. It adds and air of maturity to the scent without taking away too much of the fun. I’m usually not a fan of “powdery” accords but VS smashed it in this frag with the use of freesia. I feel like the freesia also add a touch of coolness to the traditionally “warm” vanilla and brown sugar notes. It’s a bit soft, but still has a personality and kind of addictiveness. It’s gorgeous from first spray to dry down. Such a simple note pyramid, yet such a yummy and enticing scent. IMO this is VS’s best perfume.
