No 1 Vitalidad Salvaje Wild Vitality

Discontinued?! This cheapie is not bad actually. Its spicy, woody and properly sweet incense creates an ambience of Hinayana temples. The notes are not complex though. Not long lasting either. I usually apply it on wool hat/scarf, pajamas or as environmental fragrances. PS the green juice is beautiful, the atomiser is nice, but the glass bottle is ... cheap.

At first, I was not impressed. At all. The longevity seemed abysmal. I noticed the atomiser was exceptionally frugal, to put it mildly, so I poured it into a plant sprayer and doused myself with the fragrance. Praise the Lord; it became an entirely different ballgame; the longevity went through the roof! 9h+ with a lovely woodsy dry down. I never thought I would repurchase this but using it as a body splash makes me reconsider. I also blind bought n°2 and n°3, the same story here. Let's try n°4, n°5, and n°6 too. Money is no object with these.

This is a fantastic fragrance, in the spirit of Terre d'Hermes. I don't usually like to reference other fragrances when reviewing, but it's impossible not to with this one. It opens with a grapefruit-and-pink-pepper note that is only different from Terre d'Hermes in that it seems to have a mild minty note to it that actually works really well in elevating and making it a little fresher feeling. From here, it dries down into a fruity-yet-earthy (so not too sweet) middle with very distant incense that leads it to the cedarwood and vetiver base. The vetiver is not too sweet, and the cedar is well done so it is not too heavy. Longevity and silage are moderate to low, and that is also the exact same as Terre d'Hermes (for me). With Terre d'Hermes it can be a little frustrating since it's not inexpensive, but with Vitalidad Salvaje, it's just acceptable since it is a massive and inexpensive bottle. All-in-all, this is a really solid fragrance, it is very natural and is not synthetic, and it is a good value. I don't know why nobody is talking about it, so I hope my review will help add some relevance to this one.
