Bonbon Pastel

I purchased this today after exploring a variety of sweet scents. While the DNA of the original Bonbon is still there, I'd say the sea notes are what really set this one apart from other fragrances. You get that slightly salty aroma in the dry down that adds to the flavor - much like when adding salt to a dessert recipe. It really adds more depth and character to the fragrance without taking away from the sweetness. Longevity is rather average though. It's not the worst and definitely not the best, but maybe that's what you're looking for. I find it easy to spray more and not feel overwhelmed by the scent, but I do find myself wanting more after an hour or so. Scents in my collection I might compare this to at first sniff would be Viva la Juicy Noir (for the fruity brightness of the opening) and Signora Misteriosa (for the more rounded out dry down). Give it a smell next time you're in store if you find the sea note interesting. I'd say the unique combination of the notes make this a nice fragrance for me.

BONBON scent without a doubt but I much prefer over original. This is cheeky compared to the sassy and hefty original - they should've called this BONSHINE. A casual rooftop party during summer's twilight hour 6pm - everyone is dressed in a different style from extreme casual to party sun dress most of them wearing a hat of similar vein, everyone dancing to Pon de Replay - someone is wearing BonBon Pastel and it is sweetly noticed.. Citrus light neroli and Caramel - sweet & fresh any attire any time.

I absolutely love this fragrance. It smells a bit spicy and fruity at first spray but soon dries down to a pretty fruity caramel. My husband loves it and he describes it as an expensive fresh clean soap. I get a ton of compliments anywhere I go. If you are hesitant, get a sample. Other scents I love are Givenchy Ange Ou Demon Elixir and bath and body’s Cherry Merlot. Just thought I’d include these so you get an example of my preference. If you like fruity clean scents, this is one to buy.

This is the fresh version of Bon Bon. It opens with citrus & white florals then I get sweet buttery caramel. It’s also a touch aquatic and as it dries down becomes a bit powdery. A great fragrance for the warmer months, it’s not cloying like the OG or Bon Bon Couture can be. I love both of those too but this one I prefer in the spring/summer months. Wish it wasn’t so hard to find because my bottle’s getting low.

This is my absolute favorite perfume. 😍 It’s the best Bonbon out of the line. It’s sweet but not a heavy syrupy sweet like the original. It’s a much more light fresh sweet with citrus notes. I always get compliments when i wear this. Only complaint is that I find it does not last that long on me, maybe 2-3 hours max 🥲 But I love this scent so much I will continue to repurchase.
