Flowerbomb La Vie en Rose 2013

My boyfriend bought this for my birthday and I couldn't love it more! It's a mix of a woman and a girl, something either one could wear and wouldn't be out of place. Somewhat sexy, but still sweet and cute even. At first it smells strongly of citruses, but soon turn into this heavenly rose-pink pepper-almond thingy and stays that way the four to five hours it lasts on my skin. Smells so good! The sillage is medium at most though, which is a pity. I would have wanted absolutely everyone to smell this on me! I know many are not fond of flankers, especially these kinds of one summer things, but give this one a chance! It's that great.

I smelled Flowerbomb and this one at Sephora and I actually preferred this one. I got a sample and I must say after a day of wearing it, I'm in love! After dry down, it smells very similar to D&G Light Blue on me, which I happen to love. Very wearable. Gorgeous.

It smells like the regular flowerbomb :) Maybee a slighth lighter. The lasting power is just like the edp. What a suprise :)

In my opinion, much better than the original Flowerbomb. As gorgeous and velvety as rose petals themselves.

Smells like raspberry sorbet. Neato. How amazing.

This reminds me of last years flowerbombs summer edition, but without the licoricsh scent in it. And therefore a much more wearable scent if you dont like it heavy. The perfumes i wear when guys ask what I wear is always either flowerbomb 2012 summer edition and Bright Crystal by Versace. So i will purchase this as soon as my wallet can!

There is a new edition for 2014. I assume its the same notes just a revamped bottle - pink, not see through- but the pink becomes slightly darker as it goes down the bottle. I dismissed these all this time as Im not a massive fan of flowerbomb anyway however curiosity got the better of me and I gave it a spray as I was passing. Very fresh and sweet lemon/citrus notes to open, not sickly though. Perfect for hot weather, makes me feel clean and refreshed. There is a note which makes me think of Light Blue D&G, I reckon its the lemon (even though its not listed!) Very pricey - I got some from an auction site for a lot less :D

I never understood why Flower Bomb is so popular, but I am surprised by the quality of La Vie en Rose. A lovely sweet rose perfume. I like it!

La vie en Rose is very similar too edt Flowerbomb. Has the same dna. I see why people can love it. As the original first one.

Umm, yeah. Yukky citrus opening. Dries down to a mixture of Flowerbomb and Spicebomb. It's ok...

almost identical to Gucci Eau de Parfum II..love it, yet poor sillage and longevity
