Bella Notte

I found an open package of this during a Burlington rummaging session. This is really pretty!! It's very light wearing though and going by price per ounce, it wasn't worth it as I'd blow through it so fast. Had it been on Clearance though, I would've scooped it up. It's a rosy fruitchouli.

Does not reminds any of the listed perfumes. The most it reminds Moschino style or Juicy couture's style with its fruitiness. Somewhat peppery in upper notes (like in Moschino "Funny"). Then it goes combo of berries with pink rose, like in Oscar de la Renta "Eau so charming". Odour is crispy, airy, fresh, not overly sweet. Not YSL, not Lancome 300%. Maybe lightly reminds Miss Dior "Blooming Boquete" but lighter version of that. Also reminds Ferre "Rose" (that is reminds more) with its rose in the heart of scent and sandal in the base. Base is very light anyways, keeps close to the skin but for many hours. It stays pleasant sweet odour of caramel and a little bit of sandal. Happily not much patchouli, otherwise it would destroy this light and crispy scent. I dont know what it is supposed to be scent for the night. For me it is for sure daily scent, because there is nothing heavy or intense here. Sillage is not big..but cant say it is too light. So it is an okay scent. Will not overbeat some "top toppers", but still I like it.

I would agree with the reviewer below that this is similar to La Vie Est Belle. I can also see the comparison to Black Opium because this is one of those sort of cloyingly sweet fruity gourmands, which I do like, but many people do not. To me this one is similar enough to the others that I don't feel like I would need to add this one to my collection. It's too similar to many others. But, if you LOVE LVEB or Black Opium and want to own any scent that's similar, then pick this one up. I'm sure you will love it.

Sweet and warm, I can see why they call this bella notte. It's definitely more of a nitetime wear scent with the sweet, flirty vibe of the original Bella. It has a familiarity to it (other than the Bella essence) so I will have to scour my collection to figure out where I've smelled this before. Decent projection, probably too heavy for warm weather daytime wear.

A very "Mature" scent. I think it's the kind of Patchouli and florals mixed that give he older vibe and it's done nicely and it has it's place. I like it, my husband doesn't - "smells like grandma's"... whatever. Not what he likes on me so I'll layer it with something or just look at the pretty bottle and wear it sparingly.

Definitely reminds me of Black Opium without the coffee note, but less sweet/vanillic and more fresh/fruity.

Vince Camuto's Bella Notte was a most pleasant surprise to spray today, while sampling an assembly of variously desultory designer scents. Just a single generous spritz and a freshly ripe fruit cocktail of sweetly agreeable notes filled the air. 'Bella' indeed, but I see no reason it need only be worn at 'notte'. Something like this should be a refreshing delight for anytime of day, ...but many people are so minimalist and circumspect about fragrance nowadays. All I can say is I also sampled the regular Bella by Camuto and it just seemed like a weak sister by comparison. Yes, I suppose this must be classified as a fruitchouli, ...but it's the far more preferable kind where the fruit overpowers the patchouli, rather than the other way round. The deeper drydown does peter out to nothing very special, ..but that's what reapplication is for. Of course, there are many 'juicy-fruit' scents out there, but this is certainly one to consider.

Very simple, elegant, girly fruitychouli. Nicely blended as well for the price. The fruits and patchouli come through first, with a bright burst of citrus. Then as it settles the caramel takes center stage. I can see the comparisons to VLJ Gold Couture due to the caramel. Very similar to perry ellis orchid 18, but I much prefer orchid 18 for its dark berries and dirty patchouli. So if you enjoy PEO18 for the night, you'll love this as a day scent.

I swear there’s passion fruit in this. Anyways, this is so pretty and delicious smelling.

Similar to lveb and Si without the depth. A great everyday elegant fragrance.
