Edit: how does this not have more love?! My favorite layering combo for this is 1,000 Wishes from B&BW. I grabbed the body mist for Ciao yesterday and it reinforced my love for this scent. I’m so surprised no new reviews have been posted since May. I’ll cry if they discontinue this! This is a true love. My only gripe with Ciao is the longevity, not the best--but the scent is so amazing. A juicy, syrupy, rich sweet berry with a lovely floral heart and a warm base. It's bright and cheerful, not overly "fresh," but still the *perfect* spring/summer scent for a person who loves sweet scents and berries. Layer with You're the One by Bath and Body Works; *or* any pineapple lotion/mist, & thank me later! You can bring out the rosy-berry-ness or the outright fruitiness. Bonus: the bottle is stunning and matches the vibe of its juice.

This is a very very nice sweet fruity scent. I loooove strawberry notes and I just had to add this to my collection. I spritz this side by side with la rive she is mine and have fun and they kinda smell similar. Have fun is sweeter though so this is more in line with she is mine but she is mine smells more floral. Ciao has a brighter more sparkly note and tiny tiny bit reminds me of bright crystal absolu after awhile in my skin. So happy i blind bought this base on the notes and reviews. Lovely scent and beautiful bottle! Capri is next on my list! Update: I found an amazing cheapie dupe that smells exactly the same and lasts decent too. It’s called Bonjour Vivre Chic. It’s like $15 at ebay and $16 at Walmart. I got mine at an ebay auction for $10. I was so happy i got backups!

For the people who are comparing this scent to a wine cooler- I can totally understand the sentiment however—this is such a unique and pretty berry floral with a sexy patchouli woody base. It’s got a charm to it that feels unapologetically youthful and flirty- but not cloying or cheap smelling like some of the typical scents in this same fruit-chouli /fruity amber category. I like the prominence of the strawberry note in this fragrance so if you’re into a nice sweet strawberry note that doesn’t fade with the dry down you may like this a lot! It certainly has a floral rose note that also stays prominent throughout the dry down which I think keeps this very feminine feeling.

I love fruity patchouli scents, and Ciao did NOT disappoint! I was so pleasantly surprised as this was my first perfume by Vince Camuto, and it's led me to buying Bella and Amore, and I must say, Vince Camuto perfumes are honestly excellent! Even if you're not into fruitier scents like Ciao, I encourage you to look through Vince Camuto's collection and look into buying anything that has something adhering to your tastes, because these perfumes are AMAZING! ...But more on Ciao, it reminds me of strawberry bushes and long walks through the woods and a fragrant fireplace. Such a comforting scent and I really love wearing her.

I apparently liked this enough while smelling it in store to mark it down as something I'd like to purchase, but testing it in a different environment has given me a whole new perspective. I feel like I paid for sugar water. It has little projection and is short lived. It's a scent I could imagine a children's toy brand releasing. The notes pyramid would give the impression of something more complex, but it really just smells artificial strawberries, sugar, and something a little green, and seems diluted. I like it, I just wish I hadn't paid for it.

I got this initially in a Scentsy prescription and people walked up to me.for days asking what that scent was and telling me it was my scent. Sweet, fun, young but not teeny bopper. It is fruity, candied, not too bright but not a deep smell either. Kind of in the middle but super feminine. Some days I smell very berry and others the base notes more. Big fan.

This perfume smells like if a drink is made out of fermented fruits🍓 boozy strawberry,rose drink in a good way. I have a love hate relationship with this one. It's not blind buy safe ❌

I really liked this fragrance, it's perfect for spring and summer. Floral but with strawberry hints that are not too overwhelming. Fresh, youthful, and cheerful fragrance.

A sweet strawberry scent with doll head plastic behind got a bit of rose there, the rose and berry combo, not super roses though, this leans clean clear synthetic berry. Not heavy and thick like mon Paris. I think it was this I read similar to Burberry her, I would say definitely not. Burberry her is way more hazey and pink smoker lolly ish, I actually don’t very much like Burberry her. It’s a bit fruit bomb clean syrupy, I’m not mad about it but it’s overall pleasant and has good sillage, I’m a couple hours in with one spray to hand, definitely got some guts to it. The doll head lends a coolness to this and it’s not heavily warm or acidic fruit, you could almost maybe say tuberose - the bubblegummy sweet feel, this is rounded and no sharp or tart edges. I’m testing Paris Hilton electrify which could be similar initially, but that faded much quicker and went. EDIT - i recently tried ted baker sweet treats line, Mia and molly have the same clean wet sweet berry vibe. Not the same scents exactly, Mia has the berry and rose thing happening - but gosh the price of it!! Ciao lasted well into the late evening, midnight and then some. Sprayed around 7pm, it lasted a good 8 hours. We are in autumn here and cooler in evening so the daytime warmth didn’t have a chance to wear it off

A splash bottle of this turned up in this month's Glossybox, and I'm pleasantly surprised by this scent. It opens with a sweet citrus note of grapefruit with hints of mandarin, then it's a lot of berry notes. The middle notes aren't terribly interesting, but the soft bottom notes are quite lovely with the amaretto giving a different take on almond which works well here as a base note. It's nice to have almond in the bottom note, instead of the top as in Brit and Elie Saab. It seems that there is an endless parade of fruity florals being churned out by every perfumer. The fruit/floral category is so overpopulated that you likely don't need this one, but it is unique enough that it's worth a sniff.

Warm berries! Like a cobbler. At first I thought this would be a spring/summer scent, but now I think it smells like the close of summer and the beginning of fall. This is because it has a warmth to it with the freshness of fruit. Like you're trying to use up all the summer berries by canning them, turning them to jam, or using them for cobbler. Maybe that analogy is a little silly... It lasts me all day (when sprayed on the back of my neck & lightly getting in my hair) and doesn't change too much besides becoming slightly less sweet. Fiori used to be my favorite of the VCamuto line, but this one is beautiful and lasts MUCH longer.

I can understand why some people don’t like this one. The opening is extremely sweet like berries jam sticks on my nose, give it 15 mins to dry down. It turns into creamy berries which softer than the beginning. I couldn’t stand the sweetness of Katy Perry Meow but I like this one it’s sweet but not too loud. Because it’s too sweet I think it suits for winter , shouldn’t wear in summer if you don’t want to give people around you a headache. It also lasts 3-4 hrs on my skin and more on clothes

This one’s a cutie! Bright, fun, sweet strawberry with a splash of citrus followed by warm and slightly powdery florals and some cotton candy in the drydown. A couple of things prevent me from loving this one, though. It’s not great on longevity; it’s a skin scent in a couple of hours. I also can’t wear this on warm/hot days .. it gets really screechy. Still, it’s a solid, fresh spring scent for cool/mild days.

To me this is my ideal boozy strawberry!! I love the way the patchouli is so subtle here but really rounds out the profile. Also amaretto? As a base note? Genius! I am also a passion flower devotee at this point between this, Mod Blush, and Tropidelic. Not something I reach for too often but definitely a fun youthful scent. With affection, this smells like the thrill of your first frat party

This was my choice one month from scentbird, and I am glad I chose it. Is it full bottle worthy? Probably not, unless I find a real deal on it somewhere. It reminds me of something Victoria's Secret might put out. I'm wearing it as summer winds down, and it feels appropriate now. Of course, I wear perfumes whenever the mood strikes, not by "season".

There is a burst of rich sweetness at first, but it does quickly mellow out. I think it's a lovely scent. It's really a nice balancing act of sweetness, woody notes and just a touch of floral. I agree with b.a.denney's assessment, it's very reminiscent of Victoria Secrets various perfumes. Feminine, sweet, youthful but not childish. 7/10

Vince Camuto Ciao starts off with a burst of fruity strawberry enthusiasm. Very fun and happy perfume. The dry down is reminiscent of strawberry doll's head smell from my childhood. Slightly waxy strawberry. Becomes quite warm. Happy memories. Very comforting.

I remember seeing this sample in a magazine when I was 13 and obsessing over it for a year, keeping the sample tucked in a notebook. I finally found it in some weird strip mall years later. It kinda smells like a wine cooler or sour berries

Fruity in a Wine/Champagne way. I sprayed this and smelled a Strawberry wine cooler, which gave me flashbacks of when my mom would drink them in summer time. Its a perfect scent for a girls night out! Flirty, Sweet yet elegant

A blast of a big strawberry opening that soon dries down to a nice rosy scent with a tiny bit of makeup drydown, i think the passionflower is responsible for it.

I just got this delicious parfum from my Valentin. Smells awesome fruity-sweet but not heavy sweet, perfect for this coming spring!

I was surprised to be able to test this today. Sadly, I was disappointed with this perfume: it smells like neither Burberry Her nor Strawberry Shortcake dolls to me. (I super loved my little Strawberry Shortcake doll, so was excited to read this perfume smelled like it, as well as "Her", which is a far more expensive scent that I love.) I do smell berries, but mostly I smell strong white florals--they are almost spicy, and to me, the flowers overpower everything else. I don't find it overly sweet-smelling, either. The longevity is great so far though: two hours in and it's still nice and strong (on the back of my hand, despite hand sanitising twice PLUS washing with water once). :) It's a unique fragrance, and personally I wouldn't recommend blind buying it. For Canadians, the 30mL eau de parfum bottle can be found right now for $30 at Rexall. *****Edit***** I found a body spray version of this at Winners, so thought I'd grab it and try it. I actually like it a lot better--it's much less overwhelming, and seems a lot more balanced (I am getting sweetness and flowers now). It's been a couple of hours, and it's still a pleasant skin scent. I am really liking this body spray version!

I really have to respectfully disagree with @bogovie. Perhaps the bottle I sampled and the one I bought were from a different batch or something, or maybe they were dated stock. But at the very most (to me), there's about a 25% similarity with "Her", and only for about five minutes. I don't find "Caio" to be a linear scent, and after spraying, I smell the floral elements and a sense of spice very strongly in "Caio". I very much wish that for me it remained the fruity "Her" blast throughout the life of the fragrance! I ADORE Burberry "Her", and tried "Caio" because I read it smelled similar. I was disappointed, and I wanted to warn people against blind-buying this if they are looking for a "Her" dupe, because I think they could wind up disappointed, too. (I WISH it had been a dupe, because I totally would have bought all the discounted bottles I saw that day!!) Shall we agree to disagree about "Caio"?! :) The rating I would give it (based on scent, longevity, originality, quality/price, versatility, and likelihood of me repurchasing it) would be 61.7/100.

Normally Vince Camuto fragrances are overly sweet and cheap smelling. This one is still that, but better than most of the scents I have tried from the brand. Too sweet for office wear, very young, unserious, and probably good to layer with. I get artificial strawberry, mostly. It's not a juicy or realistic strawberry. Very candy-like, but not cotton candy. I disagree with the Valentine Pink comparisons. It's not as juicy or rich of a strawberry and smells like a simplistic and inexpensive knockoff.

I agree with all the reviews that say that smell like a wine cooler , specially on clothes . On my skin it’s a soft floral fruity . I like it , but sadly It disappears really quickly . I applied after showering and moisturizing about and hour ago and it’s completely gone . I’m sticking my nose to my wrist and I can’t smell it at all . This is a house perfume for me because I need to reapply very often.

I bought samples of 4 Vince Camuto perfumes, specifically because I hoped I would like one enough to purchase a full size since the bottles are just stunning. Unfortunately, i was really disappointed with them. I was especially excited for ciao because I love the pink bottle and the main accord and notes were right to my alley. I love fruity perfumes with grapefruit, berries, peony and wood musk notes. Unfortunately, I just didn’t smell any of those. The initial spray it smelled like a body splash which isn’t bad, but after a minute or so it starts to get kind of tangy and zesty. It’s not this sweet aquatic fruit bomb I was hoping for. There’s something about it that I don’t like and I can’t pin point it. It’s almost artificial or just strange smelling to me. It’s sort of sharp rather than soft and blended. I just didn’t like it and I’m really disappointed because from the reviews I had my expectations set high.

At first, if smells like a nice sweet bowl of darker fruit but with a flower vase next to it. However, after a while it turns into a waxy, lipstick-like smell on me which I am not too fond of. Wish it stayed as pretty as the opening Edit: I ended up giving this one to my sister who absolutely loves it. Still smells waxy to me even on her

Try ebay. I haven't looked for this one, but I got the 1.7 oz of Vince Camuto "Vince Camuto" for less than $15. I can't stress enough. Look on ebay. You'll find what you're looking for, for less than $20 if you're willing to buy a tester or a slightly used bottle. I can almost guarantee it.

I had to add that I gave the one I bought to my sister-in-law and in her this is MAGIC!!!. I love most of Vince Camuto specially the Amore, but this one is not for me... it smells fruity but then turns to pure citronella.

I sampled this fragrance and wasn't too impressed. I really love Vince Camuto Fiori, but this one doesn't do anything for me. It smells like a dozen other fruity florals I've tried. Nothing really special about it.

lmv.galvez, I just saw that Scentbird has it if you'd like to try it out before purchasing a larger bottle. I can't find it elsewhere. Edit: Macy's now has this available, at least online.

This smells like cheap wine. I don't like it at all.

Bittersweet Grapefruit, blackberry and strawberry in your face and then the vegetation joins the party, the patchouli, and the sweet purple touch of passion flower - there is a mild candy-like abit synthetic sweetness here - also grapefruit does that wherever I find it (mango too). First time I identify the top notes so clear that I crave strawberries and mandarins. After 5 mins I get strong Mon Paris vibes here with their common notes validating my guess: Indonesian patchouli, peony, jasmine, strawberry, orange/tangerine/mandarin situation. Also La Rive's She is Mine, a dupe of Mon Paris, contains a few extra similar notes: rose and lily of the valley. She is Mine lists violet leaf which I do smell in that perfume so it takes a different path - Mon Paris is greener, deeper, it is purple/rose in my mind while Ciao is pink and yellow, the colors that come to mind when I smell my skin. She is a lady with rose gold hair dressed in a pink/white gingham dress and yellow high heels chilling somewhere sunny and green holding an amaretto. Hm!? LOL Its a happy scent! Some similarity I detect in "Into the Night" by BBW, but it lacks patchouli, and the berries make it sweeter and deeper, while Ciao's opening is more aromatic and dimensional. SO, when will I stop blind buying? Never. Its the thrill or surprising myself with the unknown and giving me little gifts, like Jokey the smurf. Ciao is also what I wanted Candie's Luscious Candies to be, which I had returned, but almost liked it. And im getting good at this notes game (hah I wish) cuz upon looking at Candie's notes, I see grapefruit on top, rose in the middle, amber at the bottom, so there we have the basic structure. The rose with the passion flower (must be it) make it creamy and slightly 'dusty', like rose always smells to me, in a nostalgic romantic way. I wish it lasted longer. The patchouli in this makes me categorize it with Mon Paris (more mature, deeper, slightly green-sour), Si by Armani (the rose and patchouli base - and In by La rive) and even Pretty n Punk by Betsey (more serious than this). I have smelled this type of composition again, more or less plain, but Ill keep Ciao for her pink liquid and the gold accents on the pretty bottle, looking at it makes you feel like a Barbie!

Can't decide if I like it or not - so many notes I love, but altogether it seems that something is missing. This fragrance keeps showing up right in front of me for testing in any beauty store I go in, so I keep testing it and loving the initial spritz, but then the more I smell it the more blurry and discordantly sweet it feels. Usually, I love sweet and fruity scents, but in "Ciao" all the notes blend in some kind of cloying mish-mash. Maybe my skin eats up woody notes here...so something feels out of balance. I can't agree with comparison to my beloved Valentina Pink - they are somewhat similar at the initial burst of scent, but after 15 minutes or so - not so much. The distinct richness of the lipstick-y juicy and jammy rose of Valentina Pink vs. mixed-fruit salad with artificial sweetener sprinkled on top of Ciao. UPD: Ciao does linger on clothes well - at least till next day.

This is a beautiful wine like fruit patchouli scent. Very lovely fragrance for the price point in my opinion. Would have to like patchouli to like this, but the note in this scent is not very dirt like at all, it just creates more depth within the fragrance and rounds it out from being just a simple fruity fragrance. Gives it more personality. The fruits that come out to me most is the blackberry and strawberry, it's a sweet kind of fruity but unique in the way that it's wine like, not very many fruity fragrances like that. I think you could wear this on a date night in the summertime, can pull off in the evening time as well as daytime. Very sparkling smelling and vibrant as well. Most Vince Camuto scents are really a bang for your buck, love this!

After reading these reviews & seeing that this scent reminded people of A Thousand Wishes, I bought a 1 oz bottle to try. It’s delightful. I layered it with A Thousand Wishes, as recommended by VMonster below. I fully agree, it is an absolute winning combination. Normally, I hunt for scents rating well in longevity, but in this case, I needed something more office-friendly & thus, not overpowering. Ciao is the one. The strawberry, peony, honeysuckle, & amaretto register first and foremost for me, & the patchouli is imperceptible. I don’t know how to detect “cashmeran” lol, but I do pick up the amber as a binding agent between the sweets and florals. For the price, I can spray like cray, & I definitely plan to! This is one I will return to forever.

A rosey perfume with addition of alcoholic strawberry cocktail. I'm in love😍 Feminine and sensual. Kind of dark. This is definitely a night-time perfume. It's a STEAL for the price you can find it on gray market Edit: there is definitely similarity between this and 1000 Wishes by BBW. I'm a huge fan of 1000 Wishes. Ciao is more "perfumey" and sugary, whereas 1000 Wishes has fresher fruity elements. Ciao also lasts much longer than the 1000 Wishes mist. It's like a night version. Another edit: just saw someone said it reminded them of Into the Night and I agree. That one is my second favorite BBW scent, and I see the similarities as well. Ciao literally smells like the combination of Into the Night and 1000 Wishes.

I have a hard time finding good fragrances, I find everything to be too musky, or too floral, or completely non-existent after an hour. I received Ciao today, and I love it. I definitely smell berries, but it's not too sugary or sweet. I also smell alcohol-not so much boozy but actual rubbing alcohol, which I don't mind. It works, I think it balances out the berry goodness with a nice sharp smell. I think this would work well for a night out, definitely smells like late winter/spring. Not sure if I will wear to work as it is kind of strong, I work in the medical field and have to be careful about fragrances. I keep getting small whiffs and I just want more. I'm really enjoying this.

I thought I would like this based on the notes and because I am currently in love with YSL Mon Paris. Sadly, it doesn't . I enjoy the initial blast of strawberries....that's all I can detect. But it quickly dries to a sweet musk on me. I am reminded of the City Wild Musk from my youth. I don't mean that it smells like that, it REMINDS me of that. In fact, it also has the fruity muskiness of several bath and body Works offerings. I would like to find a new home for this decant! Not my style, but overall not bad. I can still smell it after 5 hours in the sweltering heat. Add to that, it is 105 heat index and this fragrance is not cloying or sickly sweet. More like a body spray.

@bdragonfly12345 -I agree that they do not smell the same in the dry down but as I stated it only resembles Burberry Her in the "initial fruity blast" which means the opening top notes of the fragrance (which I love). After the first few minutes Her dries down to a completely different fragrance. However, Ciao remains linear "fruity" from start to finish. This is just IMO & everyone has a right to their opinions/experiences with a fragrance :) Edit: & yes it's always ok to disagree :)

WONDERFUL!!! Its sweet but not too sweet, which is great because I'm not in my 20s any more but I still want to feel flirty some times. And this is perfect for that!! I love it!!! And it reminds me of something: If your younger girl days were in the early 80s, then you probably had a Strawberry Shortcake doll, with a small body and huge head. It was scented like an artificial musky strawberry scent. This perfume smells just like that doll. Mmmmmm, nostalgia....

I realllyyy don’t understand the ultra negative reviews, if this perfume was popular on tik tok people would be raving about it. It’s super bubbly, sparkling and fresh. It’s got the same vibes as ysl mon paris, sparkling strawberry’s and fizzy blackberry, there’s something fresh and aquatic aswell. I love this perfume and have had it for years, it never misses I have received compliments and it lasts SO LONG on skin and clothes.

Strawberry hard candy. You know the ones that are in the twisted end plastic wrapper that looks like a strawberry with the green leaf part ? I think they had a soft center as well. Always in a decorative glass dish at your aunt or grandmother's house. I will layer this with all my Baccarat Rouge clones ! EDIT: when this settles down - I get a little cotton candy vibe. I already like this better than Burberry Her !

Nice but not something that makes me want to run out and buy a full bottle. Had this on my want/test list for months. I love fruity florals and enjoy Vince camutos other fragrances but this one was a little too plain and fleeting. I got absolutely no peony which is a shame because I love that note. This one was mostly fruity. I couldn't make out any particular notes. It faded too quickly.

Very fruity, sweet playful scent. I hate to age a perfume, but this does smell like it would be on a young girl. It’s good in warm weather, I just picked it up and sprayed it, but it doesn’t belong on me, I don’t feel. If that makes sense. This smells like my daughter, if I had one. Just not my type of scent, but still a fun perfume.
