Vince Camuto for Men

I just did a sample of this at Belk. I am a huge fragrance freak but never heard of Vince Camuto. I called my sister up and it turns out this guy is well known for designing womens shoes and other clothing. I took a whiff of this frag and honestly I was blown away by the fresh, woody, clean, and peppery dark this fragrance was. It really caught me off guard how good this stuff smelled. I have NO idea on the longevity of this but this is def a beautiful fragrance in every way. I own over 50 frags with several of them being Niche but still haven't found my PERFECT scent however I get compliments all the time with what I wear. I have a feeling this frag is going to be a serious contender with the higher up frags. It is very well blended, peppery spicy, fresh, woody. If it as good as the smell on my wrist and has some staying power I may have found a new signature scent. If the longevity isn't great, I am still going to get it and get an atomizer. I don't see how anybody could not like this scent nor be offended by it. It's MANLY and I believe could boost ones confidence after a few sprays on the neck. 9/10 Update: Bought the frag. I love it, especially the clean earthy drydown. There is nothing ULTIMATELY super unique on the frag other than it smells DAMN good. It is simply a new take on things that have been done before. This is one of the few colognes that I actually DO spray on the clothes. I go 4 shots with this one..Two on each neck pulse point, one under the shirt, and one ON the shirt. I have found my self sniffing myself throughout the day. There are indeed frags that have a similar vibe, but I find this one especially interesting for its spicy darkness that is not overly harsh. This could go all seasons but really fitting for a cool evening or fall. If you are looking for an over the top completely intense unique fragrance, this may not be for you. If you are looking for something daily, clean, spicy, and a bit mysterious this could be the one for you. Just because your nose can't smell it intensely after an hour doesn't mean people around you cant.

I was surprised how much like this one. To me, I get a really nice fresh-leather, lavender, woodsy, peppery feel out of it. This fragrance has average projection for the first couple hours and then transitions into a skin scent; moreover, it lasts around 6-7 hours on my skin. There is nothing really outstanding or unique about this fragrance, except it really is quite a pleasant and versatile fragrance: excellent date/event scent (has a sensual quality to it) and wonderful for a quiet day at the office (has a semi-formal business feel to it) when you're not trying to make a brash statement nor stink anyone out. It can be used day or night and during anytime of the year except the really hot and cold periods IMO. Well-done! Sure it's not an in-your-face Tuscan Leather or Golden Boy leather fragrance, but one doesn't need to include Moon-Dust and essence of Holy Grail in order to make a lovable scent. While not one of my favorites, VCM is definitely a cherished leather fragrance in my Scent Armory...cool bottle too. So don't listen to rubbish by folks like mxmath who said, "If you want to weat a sceny without others knowing, this is for you..." Perhaps I knew what "weat a sceny" meant...ugh!

If you're a fan of leather, you will certainly enjoy this one especially its opening. The opening is very strong on the leather but mellows out fairly quick. As with most fragrances, go easy on the spray. I've noticed it can be a bit strong once the leather subdues if I'm not careful. It's perfect for cold weather and it's become my favorite during this cold northeast winter. It projects a very beautiful scent once the leather disappears and it lasts through the day. You will also notice that it leaves a very nice fragrance on your clothes. I bought it out of curiosity and was very pleasantly surprised. It is very masculine and I doubt any women could pull off this one. Also, there's something about it that feels like an old fragrance you may have smelled a long time ago and suddenly shows up. Perhaps its the leather. Olfactory deja vu? I like it and will probably keep wearing it, at least until the weather turns and it's time to pull out the spring stuff. The leather on the bottle and top add a nice classy touch. Can be bought for decent price so shop around.

Walking through Macy’s, I randomly picked this up to smell it. My wife and I became so enamored by the scent that I memorized the name and for the next few days and kept thinking about it. Finally, after about four days, I ordered it and this became my go-to sent every day for about a year. (This was before I started collecting fragrances and wearing something different each day.) At my job, I got compliments. One of them came from someone specific who meant a lot to me and that only meant one thing- this was going to be my signature scent. The smell is masculine, but I’m not talking Sauvage or Aventus masculine. This is its own thing. It’s sophisticated and I really don’t think you can go wrong with it. It’s good for an office setting or a night out. I’d say best in the colder months. I don’t get citrus, but I’m not sure what it is to be honest. Maybe leather? Or some type of woodiness. Either way, I’m glad this is part of my collection.

This scent makes you say, "Hmmmm...what am I smelling?" What you're smelling is a clean combination of citrus, wood scents, and leather with a dash of pepper. The opening is very fresh and exciting and eventually dries down to a more subtle, professional scent that projects quite well. Also, there seems to be slight hint of singed tobacco or smoke elusively hiding in the dry down...a nice little touch of, "I'm a MANLY man." This is definitely a safe fragrance that is suitable for all occasions, both day and night. So, go ahead. Give it a shot. The lady in your life will definitely be pleased. BEWARE: To be completely honest, I get a decent amount of compliments from women and a heavy amount from men, so you may end up getting attention that you want AND don't want, if you catch my drift. Of course, that all depends on YOUR preferences. I'm just informing you beforehand.

A sharp opening and then a dominant leather note interwoven with elements of fresh spicy. Good longevity. Very linear. One way I love using this one is as a light dusting underneath or on top of Layton. It's dominant leather note, subtly infused as it is with the bright fresh spicy aspect, seems the perfect counter-complement to the cozy-soft, sweet, floral of Layton. Such a dusting adds a more masculine dimension to Layton. [12/7/22 Update: I've also discovered that it's great in another layering combination I've come up with, which, in just the three days I've worn it so far, has fetched multiple "You smell good!" compliments. It might not take home the gold on its own, but if you experiment with and have a real knack for layering, you may want to consider adding this one to your palette.]

This one is a lowkey winner. I tried a bottle on a whim at the Macy's counter when it originally launched and made it through the full 100 ml, I live in a cold region and it was my go to for fall and winter. I admit I didn't run right out and get a second bottle when I ran out...loved the scent but the performance was hit or miss for me. Recently I found a gift set online (cheap) that came with the matching deodorant and aftershave lotion...now I feel like I can get through a whole day without a respray and would go from giving this maybe a 7/10 to damn near a 9. Def worth checking out from a discounter if you like subtle leather and smooth wood vibes. You won't have strangers stopping you on the street with compliments but you might get a little extra attention at the end of a date night.

Update on this one two years later after my last review. Another two unsollicited compliments. I rarely get those. It's leather oriented, but with a lot more to it. Fresh, floral, and fruity. Projection is better than I thought it was It seems straightforward at first but there is a lot more going on with this one than most mainstream fragrances in the mid price range have. I upgrade my like to a love and make sure to get a backup bottle if this ever gets discontinued. I agree with another poster this is not the super safe (bit boring) office scent, nor the super fresh gym scent. It's something of its own. You decide when. It smells good.

Received it as a gift and initial impression i had was, a faint citrusy scent to start with, and faint woody leathery dry down. But i really liked the aroma it created (only for me though). Then in next wearings i over applied it. It worked. Silage was better, smell was fantastic, but it projected for first half to one hour and then i could get the whiffs for next 4 5 hours. I am disappointed with performance but i love the smell. If it had more concentration of juice, i would surely buy another bottle. For now, i only use it when i want to enjoy myself because i love the smell. For going out and other occasions i use other scents.

Far and away my favorite cologne. It's masculine, spicy, aromatic with cedar and well crafted citrus and last all day and all night, but, it is also very subtle at times. I had put some on one morning and my wife barely noticed it...later that day my wife and I were walking the dogs and she kept looking around. She kept saying something smelled wonderful and spicy and couldn't put her finger on what it was or where it was coming from...it wasn't until later that she realized the smell was me (OK, my Vince Camuto) and ever since she's become a believer. I wear it pretty much all the time (work, play, even at the beach).

My girlfriend got this for me as a Christmas present because she loved the smell of it. The first time I smelled it, it reminded me of Green Irish Tweed. Now I feel like it smells nothing like it. My girlfriend and I have very different tastes in fragrances, but I must say that this one has grown on me, and I wear it to work more often now than any other fragrance. I find it very pleasant, with leather, spice and patchouli being the most prominent scents to me. Longevity is good for me too, and lasts a good 6 hours. Bottom line, I know this won't be popular with everyone, but this guy really likes it.

I sprayed this fragrance on, and I honestly didn't like it. (At first) So after 20 minutes I smelled my hand and it smelled like a person that forgot deodorant and tried to cover it up by applying too much cologne. So basically, a taste of a sweaty armpit with a lot of leather and lavender. But, the shocking part is that I actually love it. When I can't stop smelling my hand and continue to smell my hand every 30 seconds, I believe that I more than just "like" this fragrance. This is a must have for me. I will definitely be buying this in the future. It just smells fiiiiine to me!

This is the cheapest fragrance that I've got a compliment on. Very sophisticated. Think of a board room suits vibe. That lavender and leather combo is so smooth and with the sandalwood it smells like being inside a tuxedo store with old oak cabinets. The citrus lavender notes will give you whiff occasionally and tell you hey stay bright we are still here. Longevity is 3-4 hours max. But at the price I would just carry a tiny decant to top up in the evening. Super office safe and very very sophisticated feel. 25 bucks at Ross or discounters is a steal.

I think this cologne is just what was needed in a cologne world of today infested with unisex and metro man type scents , vince camuto steps up and says i am a man and fellas thats what women want is a man i am the only guy in my city who wears this cologne i assume because people always ask what i am wearing and i tell them what it is and no one has heard of it , but thats a plus too i do not smell like everyone else . Good sillage good longevity good smell , to me thats the markings of a legend in the making.

Ok...this kind of goes down the Suvauge scent path, but, is more on the milder side. It would work all year and about anytime. Moderate performance but for the price not bad. Lavender is fairly predominantly there, which for some may give it a more mature scent, This is not a sweet scent and is probably more of a mature scent. But in a semi or formal situation it seems perfectly fit.

if there was ever such a thing as sweet leather/musk..w/lovely aromatic spices layerd in..then thats how i would describe this fragrance..its fantastic!! glad its not just the typical LEATHER type scent..it is not..it is fine smelling!! an instant favorite of mines..9/1O...it has a moderate silage and longevity as well..happy blind buy!! This is my second review on Vince Camuto. It has taken me a while to get used to this magical fragrance. Now it is one of my favorites. It is earthy and very, very masculine, soft and not overpowering. I sprayed some on this morning and I still smell it on me. It is great for a dinner date or just going out with friends.

Had this bottle for over a year and its one of my favorite year round cologne, has that nice citrus top note at first but once it dries down you get faint smells of lavender and leather that blend pretty well together. There whole line up is pretty good as well, definitely a safe blind buy.

When I first started working at Perfumania this was my all time favorite. Still to this day it is one of my faves cause it last a long time and smells amazing on. When you spray it behind your ears you can get little wiffs of it all day. ITS AMAZING! AJoaquin

I got this for my boyfriend for Christmas this year. This is a very sexy, assertive and masculine smell. He uses 2 sprays on his neck in the morning. When he comes home from work I can still smell it on his beard when I kiss his cheek. I love this stuff!

An awesome citrusy leathery fragrance with crappy performance. I paid $20 for this so I’m ok with it, I guess. I feel bad for those that paid full price.. I’d feel ripped off if I did.

I love this one, it's an underrated scent. Very masculine with a nice smooth leather vibe. It has great projection at the beginning and very good longevity for me at least. 9 of 10.

This is exactly how a professional, sophisticated man should smell. Great longevity! Italian rich leather with a bit of black pepper to add to the aromatics. Love love love it!

Netted myself two compliments with this one. One male, one female. I do not care much for the other two I have but this is nice. Nice leather wrapping around the bottle.

I got this cologne as a Christmas gift from a client. This cologne is very fresh and clean and it lasts a long time on me.

Woody, leathery, spicy but not sweet or nauseatingly overcloying like other spicy perfumes. Very nice.

I blind a 1.7 oz bottle for 9 bucks at walmart. At first I was like eh just another dime a dozen smell that has a almost generic feel to it with average longevity. I almost took it back, but it was late and pandemic hours at walmart are 10pm. So stuck with it until morning as I watched TV I started to realize that the dry down (which is definitely a hard rough leather) I love leather fragrances, reminded me of something I had worn and still had in my collection. As I'm searching like mad spraying and smelling, making my wife accompany me along this journey, as I have at least 8 different smells going in 8 different places I finally come to my 2 dior fahrenheit bottles. 1 a formulation pre 2016, and one post. Pre 2016 has a sharp distinct leather note that I love and the newer formulation is missing almost completely. I spray both and realize this is the smell I'm remembering. The leather in vc is the leather note in fahrenheit pre 2016 so a lightbulb goes off in my stone age noggin! Why don't I try to mix the Vincent cumuto with the post 2016 formulation of fahrenheit and see if it re-creates that leather note that is missing and I love so much. I do this and like magic I have made my post 2016 bottle of fahrenheit a pre 2016 bottle in smell. I can't be more pleased with my self and my wife agreed as well. So now this lost cause of a cologne has turned in to a secret weapon for me and a inexpensive necessity that can replicate a smell I thought I had eventually I would loose once the pre 2016 bottle was gone. (Unless you want to pay excessive amounts of money for a vintage bottle.) If you love that classic leather smell in old fahrenheit bottles and have been looking for a replacement or a fix give this a try. I promise it's worth your while. Pre discovery I would have rated this bottle a 4 or 5 out of 10 Post discovery I now can happily give this bottle an 8 out of 10 as I love fahrenheit but not enough that I couldn't live without it. There are a few bottles of the Vincent cumuto homme (blue bottle)still at walmart for 8 bucks. I will be heading to pick them up shortly to see if I can make some magic happen once again. Probably not but 8 bucks is worth trying.

At my job I get points for doing well that I can spend on things like bags of coffee and fragrance bottles and this one on the online store seemed the most up my alley. For a blind buy I was pleasantly surprised. I bought this months ago while I was learning about fragrances and I would learn that this has what people in the community call a barbershop smell. Different people have different ideas of what constitutes a barbershop smell but for me I think it's the combination of lavender, bergamot/citrus, vetiver and/or moss, patchouli, and wood. This gives this Vince Camuto fragrance such a classic, safe smell that is fresh and clean but also very masculine. You've probably smelled this on many men in your life already like your dad or your uncle. For me it reminds me of my godfather. With that barbershop smell we also get some leather and pepper. Those two make the fragrance just a tiny bit more interesting, but sadly this black bottle is very forgettable and on my skin it doesn't last very long. What this DOES have going for it is that basically everyone likes how it smells and it's very cheap. Out of the bottles of fragrances that I own, this one is number one in terms of compliments per dollar (even though I technically bought it with points but 100mL is like thirty bucks). A very safe choice if you want to give a man a fragrance as a gift.

First, excellent manly soft scent period. Very similar to Eterno (white one, the new one). It is just a TAD more stronger due to the leather note. I thought I liked Eterno better, but it smells just like Eterno (or similar to for the meticulous people out there). It gets softer & slighty creamier is why it is similar to Eterno. In the warm weather, evenings can keep this in the rotation according to the situation. In short, please understand the idea & don't take this literally, it is the new version of Stetson & English Leather for the metrosexual man. IT DOES NOT SMELL LIKE EITHER OF THESE!!! The point is they were the old school "leatherish" men scents (by enlarge) & this is a modern & totally different leather scent for the current fashion & style of today. Many fragrance reviewer ignore the power in being nonpolarizing. Some say that there is nothing special about it. Let's be honest. Sometimes compliments come from a fragrance not doing too much or making too much of a statement. This is "cool", "chill", and " sophisticated". Enough said & enough done. The power is the slightly creamy leather/suede smell that has a Swiss army knife usability from work to going out that is not cloying. Close, cuddlely, good projection, viable longevity (3-6 hrs depending on the person & daily activities), moderate sillage & high likeability. 8/10 EZ!

I sampled this at wal-mart just for fun and with little expectations. One spray on my left forearm and another fragrance on my right. I was pleasantly surprised with the abundance of leather notes in the opening. By the time I left the store, the other fragrance had vanished. I don't care anyway because this Camuto fragrance stole the forearm show. I was drawn to it as I went about my day. While driving, I could get wafts of tough leather and spicy black pepper! Average overall performance for one spray. It reminds me of something from my past, but I can't pinpoint it. I purchased a 15ml bottle; I don't see myself using this very often, but it certainly will get some playing time. Plus it adds another dimension to my collection. I'll probably experiment with layering this and other fragrances for a nice one-two punch! Grade: B Update: I've owned this for a few weeks and I'm enjoying using this as an evening layering fragrance. I'm trying to make the most out of it during the final cooler nights that remain, as I don't believe it will suit me well in the hotter/humid climate that dominates here. The frag is not beastly, but still lasts for an evening out to dinner and then some. This plus something like D&G The One or even Polo Double Black = pure masculine bliss. Your significant other will be all over you.

Opening: Sparkling Bergamot and green. Almost a Irish Spring soap vibe. Long lasting opening for a good hour. Very Herbal and natural. Strong and powerful open. Dry down: Mellows into a nice ashy base with a hint of leather and musk. Ash and leather are the dominant notes. Mature dry down, but not overly dark in its musk. Comes off fresh almost like a classic barber shops aftershave. Projection: In heat projects well, colder weather it won't project Longevity: 4 to 6 hours medium Overall: I find this to be a hidden gem regardless of its low projecting and longevity issues. With a simular Creed GIT opening and a close to Aventus dry down this is one of my new favorites. I am not saying its a copy or trying to mimic these but it does have similarities. Regardless this fragrance has its own unique notes with its leather that makes it its own. Purchase: BUY If you are a fan of GIT pick this up, or into any well made green/herb scents. UPDATE: Ive worn this in the recent fall/cold weather and it smelt of harsh chemicals. A HUGE 180 from what it was. Im not sure if weather plays a role in this or my nose just picked up more of the notes.

Subtle, fresh, masculine. Camuto has won a place in my collection as a very safe bet. It doesn't push the boundaries, yet its clean without being overly floral. It maintains its composure very well. Opening: Opens with a fresh burst of pepper and citrus, with a very mellow leather smell lingering behind it. Pleasant without being overwhelming. Gets slightly more woodsy as it dries. Sillage: Respectable. 1-3 feet for the first hour or so, then 1-2 feet 2-3 hours in. Longevity: Decent. I find that it is gone at about 4-5 hours on me. Gripes: At the price for the bottle, I have no complaints really. Genuinely a good buy. Best For: The first date. If you dont know what she's going to like, this is the one. Its got an air of fabric softened laundry from the dryer, and I have yet to meet a girl who doesn't like clean laundry. Its subtle and charming and safe in any season. Overall: If you're considering a blind buy of this one, go ahead, its a great one to have in your collection. Camuto comes out clean without needing aquatics to boost its ego. Girls like it, guys like it. Its like a clean white cotton towel: Comfortable. 8.5/10

I had obtained a 100ml bottle of this fragrance as a spontaneous in-store blind buy. This is a safe, crowd friendly people-pleaser. Definitely More of a Classic as opposed to an Innovation... The note description is accurate as it is an aromatic woody...and the lavender is in there but not the major player. The major player in my opinion would be the leather accord...but it is slight and blended down to a very smooth, very even edge. If you are looking to obtain a fragrance that has a Classic barber-shop sort of feel to it, you will be pleased with this purchase. In my opinion, this fragrance is slightly overpriced , because I purchased more fragrant “aromatic woody” fragrances for a lesser cost. This is unfortunately less aromatic than I had originally hoped for, slightly trailing behind other quality aromatics that are in the same category. 2 prime examples of superior “aromatics” would be Dreamer, by Versace & Cubano Gold, by Cubano. ..both of which I own and am very pleased with. This is somewhat timid by comparison, but pleasant nonetheless. My Verdict : “It’s Pretty Good.”

Simply, a NICE cologne. Vince Camuto for Men is a lot lighter than I expected. This cologne, eventhough it does bloom somewhat on the skin, it stays pretty linear and close to the wearer which isn't necessarily bad; this is a lavender-violet-leather fragrance and stays this way. On me, I do NOT detect any musks, woods or herbs, however, eventhough light [or presumably] light, this scent is detectable and is very nice and wearable. On the last hours of life of this scent, I do detect a little bit of woods which seem to be vetiver. The sillage is light to moderate and the longevity is on par with every other fragrance on the market. Vince Camuto for Men is an absolutely perfect cologne to wear into the office; it is very nice and pleasant and very inoffensive...the wearer will get compliments as I have from several passerby's. This fragrance is a sleeper scent, it is way nicer than expected, wears better the longer it is on, is a perfect office cologne and as a daily wear. Would I recommend this cologne?...DEFINITELY, YES!...would I purchase a full bottle?...YES.

This is gonna sound weird but Vince Camuto man could pass off to replace CH Men, especially in the newer formulation. It virtually smells and feels like it minus the sugary sweet and grass notes in CH Men. Vince Camuto comes off as a spicy near barbershop version of CH Men, even down to the bottle design. Well, except if you don't get the 0.5oz/15ml bottles sold in Walmart for $15USD. Vince Camuto really pulls off a barbershop feel. It opens up with bergamot and some mandarin orange. The mid is very lavender and leather heavy (along with spice.) The base is woody with vetiver. Yeah, I'd say that is barbershoppy... Vince Camuto comes off as a night scent in spring but works in the daytime for cooler spring days as well as fall and winter days and nights. Performance wise it is moderate sillage with about six hour performance. I have to say Vince Camuto for Men is nearly a love. It's main knock is it is a little in the dime-a-dozen territory. For this I give Vince Camuto for Men a 7.9 out of 10.

When I first sprayed this on, the leather note just completely got my attention and I've been hooked ever since. Very much an "earthy woody" scent, this fragrance starts off a little fresh but dries down to a semi-sweet, spicy "dirtiness" that I just absolutely love. And when I say dirtiness I mean that in a VERY good way. Although one can see this as being clean, Vince Camuto carries heavier earthy accordes that mix extremely well with the lighter ones but allows the earth and spice (and leather!) to come more to the forefront, while the freshness and sweetness take a step back. I see this more on the mature side, a bit heavy but with just the right amount of aeromatic ability to keep it modern and fresh, and SMOOTH. For some reason, when I smell this I'm taken back in time. I feel like this could have actually been released over 20 years ago, but like the original fahrenhiet, would still be able to hold up very well with today's style of fragrances. A gem.

This smells really nice, but very generic in my opinion. I only tested a couple times around the house. Longevity was pretty bad (about 3 to 4 hours). And I'm not crazy about how it smells when it's starting to fade away (too powdery or something). Maybe I'll try it out again in a few months. Update: Decided to test this out again after like 7 months. It's really not a bad scent. I still think it's generic, but very versatile and maybe even timeless. Seems like it would work anytime any place (except maybe the gym). I think mostly what I get is citrus, lavender, pepper/spice, and a bit of leather. I'll have to do a full wearing to see if the performance has improved. It starts off kinda strong, but in the past it only lasted a few hours.

so the first thing that hits me is a really strong cleaner scent. like it smells like floral hand sanitizer for a second. once it lingers for a few minutes, the smell calms down and lingers into this really nice herbal & lavender scent. there's a nice spicy edge and the patchouli shines through a lot - which is really nice! i dont get a lot of musk from this though and the nutmeg is very subtle longevity isn't the greatest but will last for at least a few hours. all in all, once the initial spray dries down after a few seconds it turns into a pretty non-offensive fragrance that works for everyday use. not mind blowing, but a very nice 'generic' smell. works well with layering if you want to fancy it up a bit

Ooook this one is weird, and a_c_thompson was right about this. Upon initial spray on my skin, it smells very generic. Spicy, lavender-y, musk. The kind of fragrance you know you've smelled before. I almost wrote this one off as "meh". However, when sprayed it on my shirt, and then smelled it from the inside, I got a huge whiff of the mandarin orange. As it dried down, I didn't notice much in the way of leather, but the pepper was definitely there. Longevity wasn't too bad, I got about 6 hours, but that was on clothes. On skin it was a bit shorter. However, it's still better than VC Homme. 6/10

A very linear, yet non offensive perfume. I was hoping to love this because of the bottle design, I love anything black and stainless. It reminds me of something gothic or industrial, like something a final fantasy protagonist would wear. I was expecting something a bit heavy and peppery but really it’s just a fresh smell, with a heavy dose of black leather and black pepper. It’s not bad by any means, but nothing special. It’s safe for everyday office wear and a good gift cologne. I would like it more if it last longer, but it’s quiet and short. Seems to clean onto clothes well enough

I got this as part of the 4 piece Vince Camuto travel set. Its not my favorite but it's not bad at all. Lasts about 3-4 hours for me. It's more of a sharp confident smell that never fits me very well. Almost smells... Generic? Not in a bad way, but in a "it's a common profile" way. I wear this if I'm going out to see friends or acquaintances. A "Im not trying to impress, I just want to smell good" scent. It's not professional but not super casual either. More middle ground than anything. A safety net or default cologne, so to speak. Worth keeping it stocked in your collection.

I just got this one. This reminds me of something that I have upon the initial spray but it turned out to be very good cologne! I think this cologne is a gem that I will use up for sure. The Vetiver is blended so well with a light fruity touch and a hint of wood. This one reminds me of Bleeker Street by Bond on the initial spray but then settles down to its own soapy Vetiver based scent that reminds me of a True Gentleman. 8 out of 10. Guys this one is full bottle worthy. Kind of reminds me of Zegna Uoma with a sweeter touch.

I do agree about how this scent can be generic , but if you’re a smoker (not saying u should smoke , and no I don’t smoke but I smelled others) the cigarette + VC notes layered together smells fantastic u get a bad boy masculine vibe Wear it with a denim or leather jacket Update- all VC fragrances for men slack in performance so I usually spray about 6-7 times about 30 mins before I leave my house. Also this bottle is dirt cheap in stores and online Longevity- 5-6 hours Sillage - almost 2 hours Overall rating- 7.1 /10

This one smells like a Smokey black leather (think English saddle) just like some of the reviews below stated. Some say it is a little on the generic side but I think it has a unique spicyness to it that none of the other male fragrance I have smelled have. Maybe its the nutmeg/spice combination. I can personally tell this one apart from the other fragrance my husband has and I pick this one most often than his other scents because it is a safe bet and suitable for a variety of situations.

Got the set with shower gel and deodorant for a nice price, blind buy. Immediately, reminded me of something i have. At first i thought it was my patchoulli soap, and yeah....it is similar. But the other day, was using John Varvatos Star USA.....and that was the one. Very similar. This is very aromatic, soapy, clean. The leather here is very soft and clean. Bottle design is perfect...and that is where the similarities with JV Star USA ended, if you know what i mean. Tsssss

A soft fresh leather scent. Some spices added to give it a little silage but not much. It reminds me of the leather in MIP. Very soft and wearable for today's average cologne buyer. For the guys that don't like Powerhouse scents this or MIP would be perfect. If it projected more I would love it! Luckily I got a decant that will probably get finished in 2016. A good choice for an everyday fragrance and very office friendly.

I’m not so sure about this one. The opening is great but fades so fast. Once all the citrus is gone it’s just a flat, boring, powdery generic leather. The skin on the bottle matches the smell perfectly IMO. It’s not the smooth, polished, leather jacket....but the hard, brittle (dare I say) imitation leather or veneer sheets found on furnitures. Have to review again but the leather and lavender combo I’m not liking.

If you go "nose to skin" with this, it smells insanely synthetic. But in the air you get a nice fresh, lightly spicy, kind of smell. If you can find this for a good price, and you're just looking for a fresh casual scent, this isn't bad. If you're looking for a compliment getting great projector, this is in for you. I spent 25 bucks on a 50 mil, and I'm not disappointed. More than that I probably would have been.

Leather Jackets, citrus peels, and lavender hand soap....Thats Vince Camuto For Men. Not bad, but not really amazing either. I will say that the leather/bergamot combo was really refreshing when I would get a whiff of it from time to time when I went about my day. I probably wont be buying a full bottle myself, but I think its worth it if you can get it for cheap enough.
