Reserve Exclusif

Vivamor Parfums Reserve Exclusif is a smooth, sweet, and spicy blend, and perhaps the most easygoing fragrance from the line that I’ve tried so far, a sort of dusty, velvety blend of top notes that described as gingerbread and roasted coconut sugar, which tracks, over whiskey, rose, and woods, mainly. As with some of the other entries in the line, it’s sweet but not terribly sweet, gourmand-leaning while not being wholly gourmand, and it’s considerately blended. It does have a bit of a candied quality, stemming from the top notes but also fortified with rose and whiskey underneath. I see this is a fairly versatile offering that most can enjoy, even if like most fairly rich gourmands it suits cooler weather better than the heat. Of the seven I’ve tried from the line so far, only Akoya is a freshie in the stereotypical sense but most of the offerings, like Reserve Exclusif, have the attributes that make them wearable in a lot of situations, at least according to my own seasonal preferences, for instance. Like the rest of the this initial Vivamor Parfums launch, Reserve Exclusif is extrait concentration and is priced at $155 for 100ml, reasonable in the current market, in my opinion. It performs quite well and I’d recommend that others check this out, perhaps picking up a discovery set via the house, though the brand is sold at Perfumology as well. 8 out of 10

This is gourmand but not gourmand. I think it does a great job of straddling the fence. It’s boozy, the coconut sugar is really prevalent on my skin and I’m thankful because it’s beautiful. The gingerbread is also there. The rose and oak moss keeps this from going overboard with the sweetness. Unique for sure!

This perfume is sexy and very holiday season in a very good way, it is sweet but under the limit, I personaly diddnt like it at first but I let sit for 6 months and tested again and men is this good or what?

This is a love! It is everything a cozy, sweet (not too sweet) & spicy fragrance should be. I don't regret this blind buy.

This scent is absolutely delicious. I love the combination of the spices and the liquor. Yum!

There's something in the middle notes that make me not like it, maybe is just me, anyways the middle notes are to pungent and stronger than the initial and base notes, don't get me wrong, other than that it is a lovely perfume.

Interesting men's scent with spice, booze, and herbal facets, turkish rose emerging in the middle. This reminds me of holiday evenings.

I'll admit up front that I am not a fan of sweet fragrances, and I don't love whiskey accords, so this one already had two strikes against it. The third strike is what I assume to be Davana, but may also be a combination of unlisted lipstick iris and listed rose. It creates something that is simultaneously sharp/vegetal and as little cloying to my taste. Having said that, if you are a strong woman who is looking for a gourmand/chypre, or a man who likes iris and sweet whiskey notes, you might really like this. This plays like a boozy Stronger With You (which also has Davana). Like its brethren, it is a 29% extrait de Parfum, and two small sprays will last all day and project for many hours. Vivamor and the related Navitus do some very nice things, high quality for reasonable prices, so this isn't a knock on the house, just a subjective thing.

This is pretty good. Rose and Amber and a bit of gingerbread spiciness. Very unisex.

I'm in recovery and will be 2 years sober in May, I can usually handle some boozy notes and accords, it doesn't bother me. I'm sure this would be a great scent if I didn't have a drinking problem. However, all I can smell is a relapse on Christmas, like I chugged a bottle of whiskey on Christmas Day... It's making my stomach turn just thinking about it. Idk... I might like the dry down, but atleast for me or anyone else in recovery wondering what it might smell like, I don't suggest this fragrance. Especially if your particular poison was whiskey, cuz this is 1000% photorealistic whiskey...

This is sweet, slightly spicy. I would have guessed there was an orange note in there but nothing listed. This would be a nice scent to wear around the fall and winter holidays. It smells like holiday baking! I think most gourmand lovers would like this one, if not love it.

This is beautiful! Very sweet — not sure if im particularly getting gingerbread but it definitely is giving me boozy dripping caramel with some sort of nondescript spices (maybe cinnamon?). A great cold weather gourmand that isn’t too gourmand— still very perfumey
