Oud Fonce

I love this scent. Smokey and leathery notes permeate this oud fragrance. The underlying resin and violet notes steer this into a unisex fragrance, but this still leans more masculine in my opinion. It is similar to Dark Rebel Rider by John Varvatos (which I also own), but this projects more strongly and lasts a long time: which is all day for me in cooler weather. I prefer this to DRR as the resinous notes keep this fresher and more powdery, and avoids the waxy smells that I get from DDR. A low price point and if you like that leather, Smokey oud combination this is an easy blind buy. If you have doubts about oud (this oud note is a pleasant one) and you don’t like darker leather scents, then you should probably avoid this.

Rasasi la yukawam with violet, murky leather with a touch of aromatic violet

Probably my bad luck threw the worst bottle in my hands, accordingly, I won't rate this perfume lest of being unjust. I could barely smell it. A faint black afgano-ish type of scent sits on the skin for few hours and that's it. I could have bought lattafa for half the price or ordered any ambery-oud copy from the local attar for a quarter of it. I love leather, smoke, resins, and woods but sadly my bad luck denied me this pleasure but still I'm not blaming ajmal house for other people apparently got something different. Too bad for the broke and the unemployed.
