This is one GORGEOUS, high class lady! From the notes I initially thought I would like this. However, sometimes pure florals can be a tad too much for my sinuses and head causing a terrible headache. I went with my gut instinct on this one and I'm so glad I did. It's all about crystal clear flowers. When I smell this, I picture a very expensive, crystal, finely etched vase with the most beautifully scented flowers wafting throught the room. That's exactly what you have here! Sambac Jasmine (a fave of mine), Lotus, Freesia and Rose! Ahhh, it's amazing! The mix is expensive smelling. I agree would be perfect for spring but living in a rather mild climate year round, I'll surely be reaching very often and eyeing up that beautiful bottle that ironically can be turned into a vase! Impressive, Expensive, Gorgeous!

The initial blast is actually quite harsh, but then....soft, clean (without being soapy), floral loveliness. Extremely well blended white flowers floating on a cloud with just the smallest trace of vanilla, keeping it firmly in the floral family and not in the candy/gourmand one. The violet is muted and not as powdery as it can be in other scents I love, such as Prada's Infusion. The dry down is soft, beautiful and very intimate.

I ordered this on clearance unsmelled and must say that it was quite pleasing to me and my husband likes it too. To me it smells like a classic yet it is a relatively new fragrance. Very floral and romantic to my nose. EDP has good lasting power on me and good sillage without a knock out punch. I would not have minded paying full price for this one.

This is beautiful! Bought it for my mama about 10 years ago because she collects Waterford Crystal. She LOVED the smell, but unfortunately was somewhat allergic! But I remembered loving the scent as well, so I bought a bottle for my fiancé this year! Happy happy HAPPY!! Such a shame it’s been discontinued, I’ll have to try to find an alternative!

I bought a bottle at a TJ Maxx about 4-5 years ago hoping I wasn't going to have to dislike it and throw it away since TJ Maxx does NOT allow returns. Beautiful feminine Floral Scent, came in a beautiful bottle with a delicate funnel.

My favorite perfume. Soft and long lasting with a romantic floral scent.

This is a stunning yet delicate floral fragrance. Someone mentioned that it has aldehydes. I love aldehydes but this frag has none that I can detect.It's springtime in a bottle. I can't stand freesia but in this perfume it works or rather I'm willing to put up with it for the 15-20 minutes that it takes for it to settle down into the most romantically lush late evening stroll in May when the mists have rolled down onto the blades of grass with the early moon illuminating each flower petal as though they were casually hand painted by the heavens. Yes...it's that good. All of the notes are well blended. There's an orchestra of roses, lotus, even hyacinth makes an appearance...but each note is well played swelling into a magnum opus of garden delights. *car screeching to stop* Whoa...stop! Wait a minute---Harry Fremont did this frag! Ahhhh! Another one of my perfumer/nose crushes! Awesome sauce! If Sophie Grosjman is the queen of roses, spice, and carnations, then Harry Fremont is the king of fresh melon, calone, and aquatics. The man did the all time epic frag of the 90s, CK One for goodness sake. This makes sense now. No wonder I can stomach the freesia and no wonder the entire perfume is so rich in florals, yet somehow remains cooling and refreshing. Normally this much floral would be cloying or dated. Not here. Wow. Why wasn't/ isn't this scent more popular? Hmm...along with how many licks it takes to reach the center of a tootsie roll pop, this also is something that the world will never know. Well I have my bottle plus a back up bottle so I'm well stocked.

@bcars10 - excellent, and accurate, review. I bought this fragrance in winter and made a note stating to give it go again in warmer temperatures. Don't get me wrong, it is a very special fragrance in the winter. I just KNOW it's going to be perfect come mid/late spring into and through summer. I am excited now to smell that "outside smell" like when my grandmother used to hang the sheets out to dry...and clean sheet nighT! To actually say something more than my blah-blahing, I will say that the lotus really amped up on me in the winter. I was INSIDE with probably 68F temperature. I'm not sure if it's a mindset or what, but even if stay inside all day long in winter, I still only enjoy deep warm fragrances in cold temperatures (outside). Anyway, if have a "slight" issue with lotus, you might want to definitely try a sample/decant before buying.

This is a pretty freshie in the vein of Issey Miyake Florale, and many of the other aquatics listed in the This Reminds Me section. If you like any of those you might like this too. It has that same flower petals floating on a cool pond kind of feel. Rose water, lotus, jasmine, and freesia with powdery violets. Simply pretty and as delicately light as a body mist but with good staying power. While this is not my type of fragrance, I can appreciate how well this is done. I think Harry Freemont really hit the mark as this perfectly suits the Waterford brand and does make me think of a bouquet of flowers in a crystal vase.

Delicate frag and very long lasting. One ingredient is impossible to recognize, maybe it's lotus , my nose didn't like that, but all together it's a pleasant experience.

Love at first sniff. Smitten with the lotus note. Lovely bottle designed to be used as a vase when empty.

Waterford Lismore is a very lovely floral I love the old fashioned glass bottle. As one of the reviewers states, it's a fine fragrance mist and doesn't project like a missile. It softens and feels good on your skin, like a caress. This is a boudoir perfume for your vanity dresser table. It's as far from smelling like a modern youthful gourmand raspberry cotton candy type thing. It's a mature sophisticated but subtle scent. It's quite simple. There are only a few notes mixed into the formula of lotus, jasmine, freesia, violet, rose, vanilla, patchouli and musk. This means that it is a linear scent that doesn't change itself much. But it's beautiful. The first note to tickle my nose was a lotus. They call this an aquatic floral but even Bluebell by Penhaligon is more aquatic more of a dewy, wet garden. This has a wet garden vibe as well but it's not terribly aquatic or evocative of a pond waterfall or ocean breeze. The lotus embraces jasmine, a distinct peppery freesia, a touch of patchouli leaf and a very pretty violet. I smell the violet most of all and to me it is the biggest note. The rose is a powdery little rose like a sachet for your drawers. This is a floral with a capital F and it's more floral than it is anything else. At the same time it's not an aggressive floral nor too powdery although it is powdery. The dry note is supposed to be musk but it is definitely more a vanilla scent when dry. Everything is composed with a timid touch. I concur that she is a very nice toilet water. Waterford is not a perfume to take out in public to special events like weddings or a romantic dinner date. This is a fine hair spray, skin freshener and subtle scent for office and work, and for staying at home to relax. She is lovely. Just lovely. You can only buy her online so if you're interested and have read the reviews and want to try it out for yourself look for it online. You have to be a woman (or man) who has enjoyed floral fragrances before and like soft powdery light florals. This is perfect for spring and summer when you want to feel cool and relaxed. It's a little floral butterfly that has perched itself on you, as sweet and cozy as a little neck scarf blowing in the breeze.

FLOWER VASE FRAGRANCE This is such a beautiful perfume. First of all, the bottle. Gorgeous. It's shaped like a fine crystal vase, and the stopper even resembles a diamond. The bottle, when the contents have been used up and emptied, can serve as a flower vase - but only if you get their largest size the 3.4 ouncer. It comes with a ring. This makes a perfect Valentines Day or Christmas gift. The scent itself is a floral fragrance. It doesn't seem to have a three layer structure of top middle and base notes and the scents appear at different times or at once. It has notes of rose, lotus, jasmine, freesia, violet patchouli, musk and vanilla. My nose picked up on the scent of lotus. It's taking the lead. It's followers are the jasmine and freesia. That's as far as I got with the floral scents. I didn't get any rose or violet, although it does seem to appear as the fragrance begins to warm up after about an hour. Then you get patchouli and vanilla. This is a delicate and soft fragrance, more of a skin scent, and it's very girly and sweet. At the same time it's sophisticated because of the "mature" lotus. If youre big on floral scents this one will definitely do the trick. Plus the bottle is exquisite. I can see why they call it romantic but it's nowhere near as romantic as Nina Ricci's L'air du Temps, which for me is the most romantic fragrance in the world. This one is romantic but it's more of a romantic night at home in the arms of your husband, boyfriend or lover type of romantic, not a let's go out to a romantic dinner or let's get married kind of romantic. It wants to stay at home, with soft candlelight and with lots of flowers. Beautiful.

A soft floral musk. To me the bottle sealed the deal. So pretty. It is like a vase for flowers and the scent is just like that. Smells like flower petals on the bottom of a flower vase with some water in it. You have to be into florals to really like this perfume. The first spray is soft, fresh, watery, and smells exactly like rose water with violet. There is lotus and white jasmine in there too. Soft pink, purple and white flowers. It is a very subtle scent, your skin smells fresh and clean. I do not smell any vanilla note. It is good for any time of the year but good for spritzing after a shower. Smells like a nice floral shampoo or conditioner. It also gets into a powdery vibe. I think it's because of the violet. It is not a cosmetic kind of powder but just a nice soft powder with a retro charm. But not powder bomb either. Extremely soft. The dry down stage is soft musk and patchouli with a little touch of wood. Warm and intimate. Does not last very long no more than 2 or 3 hours before it goes into a musk on your skin and then nothing. But a very nice affordable floral fragrance. This is good for wearing in spring and summer. Goes with dresses and office suits. It is also office work safe. I love it.

Waterford Lismore is an aquatic floral fragrance created by a glassware manufacturing company in the UK. It's supposed to smell like an indoor flower vase with water in it. And that's exactly what this is. The bottle is shaped like a flower vase and it can be converted into a flower vase once you've used up the perfume. So what does this smell like? At the first spritz my nose is caressed by lotus petals. It's a little lotus on a pond scent, soft and delicate. There's also white floral notes of jasmine and freesia. A rose note is also a white rose. The sweetness that comes from these flowers is heightened by the vanilla note. A violet reigns supreme at the end. It's like a combination rose water and violet water. Very pretty. It's fresh, floral, clean, and perfect to put on after a bath or shower. It doesn't make a statement and it's a your skin but better type of scent. Gorgeous.

Lotus, violets, roses and jasmines in a vase. It starts off trying to evoke the feel of a real flower vase with water. You get some strong aldehydes and water before you smell the flowers. After the flowers have withered, you get patchouli but it's not a bad patchouli. Soft patchouli. The dry down is vanilla just pure sweet vanilla. So if you like floral and vanilla combos this is for you. I love vanilla scents. Nothing about this fragrance is loud or vulgar. It's easy to wear and perfect for every day use any place any time day or night winter spring summer fall. It's a simple floral fragrance. I love it.

I bought this on sale at Tuesday Morning on a chance since it went for a good price. It is intensely feminine, and I can't understand why it seems to be flying under the radar. I live in a hot climate most of the year; light colognes are necessary in 100 degrees summer days. I would buy this again and again. How did it drop to clearance rack status?...I will never know. It is a watery floral to me; it is delicate and timeless. I smell rose, jasmine and water lily and/or lotus in the overall medley.

This was not strong on me. I got a sheer, slightly aquatic floral. The freesia tends to give that water edge on my skin, but the roses and waterlily sweeten this up a bit and it comes across as a elegant, understated classic floral. The base notes are so obtrusiveness as to not exist other than as an added layer of sense. Very pretty, but didn't last long on me and very sheer.

I smelled this today on the clearance rack at Dillards. Seeing it was right next to Christina Aguilera's new pefume I wasnt expecting much. When I smelled it I was pleasantly surprised. Wow, what a beautiful floral! I'm not normally into florals but the rose really jumps out which I love. This would be perfect for spring. I'm just not sure if its right for me.

This is a very strong delicious floral where i smell mostly rose and jasmine the bottle is plain and simple but very nice I guess it is crystal and I am going to save it. It is a classy very feminine fragrance in a pretty bottle.
