Monoscent G

I really wish I could smell this more because it is gorgeous :,( What I can smell is a lovely fresh-sheets-like musk, a bit ambery, a bit skin-like. It's there and it's immediately gone- super fleeting which is why I'm on the fence about buying it. Monoscent G is perfect for people who are veryyyyy sensitive to smell and like something similar to Nemat Amber or Dedcool Milk. I just don't know if it's unique enough for the pricepoint, just get yourself a $20 rollerball of Nemat tbh...

Smells exactly like back of a baby’s neck. I LOVE IT

Sprayed it on my wrist and was so impressed by the fragrance that i sprayed it fully on myself. 2 minutes later i didnt smell anything anymore. The duration of the other WWDIS fragrances that i experienced in the discovery box is also disappointing, but this one takes the cake, too bad, because i would like to smell it all day.

I like it. It's a very nice smell and ever so slightly floral to me, but it's almost non existent. Sillage is horrible and I don't know if other people would be able to smell it at all. It's only $70 at L.S., but I guess I just don't get the point of this fragrance. Is it to layer at this price point? It also doesn't remind me of anything else in my collection, so I guess that's good.

This is something I would recommend for those who don’t want to smell intense in any way, but also want to cover their own body smell. It’s an odourless cover

When you read people saying 30% of people are completely anosmic to galaxolide, believe it! I am another one who smells literally nothing with this. Only adding this because I think it's important people know that it's a not insignificant chance that they will smell nothing with this fragrance and definitely sample first.

Received this as part of the WWDIS Discovery Set. Ironically, this may have been the hardest fragrance in the set to identify because it's so faint and reserved. It stays quietly in the background from start to finish, offering little to latch onto. Essentially, it's a simple, airy musk with a very subtle character. Regarding the controversy over Galaxolide in Monoscent G, the available evidence does not suggest a significant health risk to humans. Most concerns relate to environmental accumulation and potential impacts on aquatic life and microorganisms. Unless you're a fish or a bacterium, it's probably not something to lose sleep over.

I thought I could not smell this so I used some before I went to bed. I noticed the next day that my sleep shirt smelled fantastic, so maybe I just get noseblind to it. It is a very cozy yet clean animalic smell, reminded me of the smelling the back of a baby’s head.

“three in ten could not smell Galaxolide” and I am one of those three in ten. If I press my nose into my skin, I can almost smell a musky floral scent, but so incredibly faint. Definitely sample before buying!

Smelled a very clean white musk for about 5 seconds, and then it completely disappeared. It was giving Iso E, which I also cannot smell. These molecular perfumes bore me.

I don’t have it planning on buying, most comments are saying the smells goes away in minutes, musk is one of those ingredients that you go Nose blind writhing minutes
