Cherry Fiesta

As I’m getting older, I’m losing my taste for sweet fragrances. However, this fragrance has just the right balance of sweet, spicy and vanilla, and the citrus accord gives my flagging energy levels a boost. It is one of my favourite WIE perfumes to date. Longevity isn’t great (it seems to last longer on my clothes than on my skin), however, it is currently winter here and the air (and hence my skin) is very dry. Longevity may improve as the weather becomes warmer and more humid.

I LOVE this perfume. It's definitely not super cherry like - it's more sweet and vanillary. More girly than mature. I'm not sure what it's meant to be a dupe of but for the price point I really love it. I only had the tester and I would like to get the full bottle.

Testing Cherry Fiesta from a 2 ml Who is Elijah official sample. First impressions are positive! I really like it. It’s not mind blowing, just to clarify, but for the price, it’s better than many other designer cherry focused fragrances on the market. On me, the opening is very pear, citrusy sweet dominant and slightly anisy. The cherry is the heart of this perfume literally, followed closely by a warm, resinous vanilla deep, dry down. Which is what I get most of the wear time from Cherry Fiesta: cherry, vanilla and benzoin. The downside is that it doesn’t last long and it offers just an intimate sillage. Overspraying might help boosting the performance. But, if bought during some sort of sale, it’s a fragrance that offers relatively good value for money. Cheery Fiesta is, for me, the introductory perfume for the Australian niche house of Who is Elijah and I am intrigued. I might have to get a sample set if they offer, to try more of their fragrances.

Honestly, a pretty generic fruity vanilla perfume. Nowhere near as much cherry as I was expecting! A bit underwhelming.

This is a bit bland. There is not a lot of cherry in here - it’s a citrusy pear more than anything. It’s lasted less than an hour on me and the sillage is quiet. I’ve got a sample but I wouldn’t buy.
