“Wall Street” is an exquisite Oriental rose oud fragrance that has rightfully earned its place as one of my favorites. It’s a scent that may challenge the uninitiated with its medicinal hint, a signature of its Middle Eastern roots. The opening is a tapestry of resinous, spicy rose interwoven with rich leather undertones, creating a complex and luxurious aroma. As the fragrance unfolds, it reveals a smoky, incense-like accord that adds a layer of mystery to the composition. The dry down is a symphony of ambery warmth, with subtle hints of oud and the comforting, earthy balsamic nuances provided by saffron and benzoin. This fragrance boasts impressive longevity and projection, making it not suited for the office but perfect for a date night. To my nose, “Wall Street” leans slightly feminine, yet it possesses a universal appeal that could make it a stunning unisex choice, reminiscent of the beloved Noir de noir. Wearing it evokes a sense of luxury, mystery, and sensuality that is both intoxicating and unforgettable.

I'm in love with this scent. It may be my favourite from the entire Who Is Elijah range. I first tried it through their 11 piece discovery scent that I was gifted. This one is unique to the entire collection and was the clear outlier in terms of longevity and projection. It lasts on my skin for 8+ hours and on my clothes for ... WEEKS. I can still smell it on some of my fur coats that were spritz over 2 weeks ago. In terms of sillage, I can never really tell with fragrances, but I can definitely smell it when I'm wearing it, sort of in like a 'scent bubble'. I can see that a lot of women feel this is quite masculine, but I disagree.. I feel very feminine and powerful when I wear this scent. Appropriate as a day time scent in the winter, and appropriate as a nightime/going out scent in the spring/autumn. LOVE.

A smoother, softer Louis Vuitton Ombre Nomade (which is one of the best fragrances ever made imo). Smoky leather oud rose with a subtle deep sweetness. It doesn’t necessarily lean more feminine than Ombre Nomade but the extra softness makes it a lot more unisex and versatile. It also smells very nice layered with the Rock Rose which makes it even more unisex and versatile. Great stuff. I have a bottle of Haze and Morning After but this is on the list now after wearing my sample. I’m really liking this house.

I bought this after smelling it on a work colleague - it is so good! I now receive compliments each time I wear it, especially when paired with a rose perfume, e.g. Eau Rose EDP by Diptyque. The oud is initially quite strong and it persists but dries down to be sweeter and more well-rounded. There are always sales on the website and it's pretty good value even at full price compared to other niche fragrances.

I love this fragrance so much. To me it smells like luxury, elegance and money. It’s just so sexy. It honestly gives me similar vibes to the Fenty fragrance. I think it’s that rose and amber notes that make it similar to my nose. I get so many compliments wearing this. The lasting power is fantastic. If you like strong and powerful feminine fragrances then give this ago. It truly is a beautiful fragrance.

I don't understand how so many people hate this so much lol. Maybe it's because it is quite a unisex fragrance, but I find that part of the appeal. It smells like incense and Turkish delight, it's really quite lovely. It also lasts forever! I tried it on in-store, walked around for a few hours, went to the beach, showered, and I could still smell it on my wrist.

I smelt this on a lady I don’t know and HAD to ask her what she was wearing and this is what it was. She smelt amazing. She said she is always asked what she is wearing when she wears this one. Straight onto my want list.

This one is probably my favorite from this house and it’s also the most interesting. I think it leans between unisex to slightly masculine and is doing really well with the spring time weather. 8/10

Who is Elijah's 'Wall Street' presents a compelling, more refined interpretation of Louis Vuitton's Ombre Nomade. While many clones struggle with either an overbearing raspberry sweetness or an incense accord that overwhelms the delicate rose, 'Wall Street' strikes a pleasing balance. It offers a demure and subtle rendition, prioritizing harmony over sheer intensity, making it a more approachable daily wear compared to the original's bolder profile. The opening maintains a clear resemblance to Ombre Nomade, but with a gentler projection. This allows the nuanced rose to shine through, gracefully intertwined with the smoky incense and subtly tart raspberry, avoiding the cloying sweetness or sharp incense common in other imitations. Interestingly, after approximately two hours, 'Wall Street' undergoes a distinct transformation. The fragrance evolves, revealing a notable similarity to Dior's Oud Ispahan. The emergence of animalic oud notes adds a layer of depth and complexity, creating a rich and intriguing dry-down that lingers on the skin. This unexpected shift provides a unique olfactory experience, setting it apart from a mere replication and adding an interesting twist for those familiar with both Ombre Nomade and Oud Ispahan.

Rich, dark oud rose. Starts off very strong and smoky off the gate, but the incense settles down pretty quickly. It then becomes quite warm and rounded, with the woods enveloping the rose. A little juicy with the raspberry but not fruity per se. It’s not a particularly original style of perfume, but it’s nice and well executed. Longevity could be a little better.

Rose brightened with raspberry, and sweet baby powder dusted with smokey incense, warm woods base. Lasts 8 hours. Wall Street, Haze and Rebel Rose are the only usable ones of the 12 I've tried of this brand. The others are unbalanced sickly chemical messes that don't last nearly as long.

Smells exactly like another Ombré Nomad dupe I have.

Who is Elijah is a dupe house, and being a dupe house there is a tendency to lose part of what the replicated fragrance had that made it special. In this case, Wall Street is a dupe of Ombre Nomad by Louis Vuitton, which itself took inspiration from Tom Ford's Tuscan Leather. I think that Wall Street has surprising longevity and silage without losing much of what makes its inspirations special. The rose / raspberry note is still very much alive, the deep leathery oud is still a smack in the face on the first spray, and the rich, sweet incense is still apparent too. Maybe its my own cognitive bias that prefers the originals, particularly Tuscan Leather, but I still think this is a really solid dupe. The performance is very similar, with one spray lasting all day and projecting hugely. If you can afford it, at least get a sample of Ombre Nomad or Tuscan Leather because they do have a depth that Wall Street seems to miss, but if you're on a budget and looking for a smokey, leathery, woody head-turner then this perfume is a good bet.

I just bumped into a woman wearing this at school drop-off this morning and had to ask what it was. Even though the note breakdown is nothing alike, I almost could've sworn she was wearing 1 Million Elixir but with a bit of incense. I guess maybe the rose and raspberry combo come off a bit like the rose and apple in 1ME. She said she can't smell it on herself but always gets compliments on how good it smells and people always ask what it is. I obviously can't comment on the longevity or the drydown, but the sillage was easily 6ft and fairly strong, though perhaps not as punchy as 1ME. Edit: coming back to this after receiving a decant of Juliette Has A Gun Not A Perfume Superdose. Whatever is in that (I know it’s supposed to be just Cetalox) must be in this because the second I smelled it, it instantly reminded me of Wall Street.

Bought the discovery set. Bad but not the worst from the set. A strong incense smell.

This smells like if Cafe Oud by Kayali and Rose Poetique by Manos Gerakinis had a baby. Potent saffron note, I think it leans more masculine. Very strong, sticks to clothes, and lasts long. You’ll use a light hand or have a headache within the hour.

Elijah, I don't know who you are. But please stop.

This fragrance is absolutely disgusting, people like to compare it to Ombré Nomade and say it is a dupe of it, when in reality that is an insult to Ombre Nomade. It smells like a cheap, horrible rose scent that is extremely feminine, it is extremely alcohol heavy and is blended horrifically. The longevity is decent, i got 5 hours on skin and the silage was mediocre. I wouldn’t give this to a homeless man or woman FOR FREE, never mind recommend it. And I would rate this a 3.4/10, extremely disappointed🤮

I hate this fragrance. The oud, saffron & leather I think gives me a cigarette & warm whiskey drinking lawyer sweating in a suit on a hot day and wiping his face off with a dirty green hundred dollar bill

Yikes, This one is a scrubber for me. It’s like if VW Boudoir (which I love) and gasoline had a baby. MAYBE just MAYBE a man could pull this off if used ever so sparingly.

Terribly blended and synthetic. Didn't realise they're a dupe house until I smelt their 3x10mls Low quality & somewhat misleading. 2/10

Challenging and intense. Not for me.

Wall Street by Who is Elijah is the most unique fragrance from this line thus far. I was starting to become quite bored with the brand as most of their fragrances are dupes of well-known scents, yet the more recent releases are attempting to add a unique spin to their compositions so they don't smell like carbon copies. Wall Street is supposedly a dupe for Louis Vuitton's Ombre Nomade, and whilst I certainly see how the two can be compared, I find that this fragrance has more juicy, sweet raspberry and a stronger geranium accord. Wall Street has a delightful Middle Eastern vibe with a heavy oud note and a sweet, resinous incense base. It has bold projection on the skin, so I would be tentative to wear it during the warmer seasons as it could easily become cloying. The sweet raspberry, rose, amberwood and saffron accords provide a much needed sweetness to help balance out the heavy oud in the composition. Wall Street is a unisex fragrance, leaning neither feminine nor masculine. The oud note in Wall Street is thankfully not a barnyard oud, and smells more sophisticated, sweet and fruity on the skin. My partner walked into the room as I was testing this scent, and immediately said, "my goodness, you smell amazing", so it appears to be well-received by men in addition to women. The name Wall Street makes me think of businessmen in tight, tailored suits working for high-end accounting firms. Wall Street is more of a sensual evening date-night scent that doesn't quite suit the hustle and bustle image of Wall Street, so I find the name a little misleading. Admittedly, I do find Louis Vuitton's Ombre Nomade a much nicer, more refined composition that is well worth the money, however as a dupe, Wall Street by Who is Elijah is definitely up there in terms of longevity, quality and projection. I look forward to wearing more of my sample during the cooler months.

I think this is my favourite from the discovery set so far. It's a restrained Middle Eastern DNA that stops before going into uncomfortable territory. It sits somewhere between Club De Nuit Intense her and Sheikh Al Shuyka and maybe Elie Saab Royal. Rose forward, bold and sexy. I feel taller when I wear this. So nice.

I seriously can’t fathom why so many people hate this perfume as it’s absolutely divine. It smells like your on a date wearing something silk and your partners leather jacket but your also an Egyptian goddess , it’s just so rich and expensive smelling I love it
