Whistler

Notes shown here are incorrect. As per Wild Coast website the correct notes are as follows.. tuberose, bergamot, mandarin, black pepper, vetiver, rose, sandalwood & patchouli. This is a easy to wear but very interesting tuberose fragrance. All natural ingredients blended together seamlessly.

Citrus and patchouli are the main player for me for this scent. Which is the combo i love, i wear this type alot. It is a minty patchouli, with citrus the scent smells snowy Edit: dry down becomes very floral woody. I think i smell tuberose, rose, sandalwood

Of my 3 samples tried so far from Wild Coast Perfumery, this is by far my favorite. Quite masculine, deep, sweet and spicy. In fact all 3 were quite heavy and sweet which I wonder if it's an overall common thread amongst their fragrances. Black pepper blends remarkably well with mandarin/tuberose. Not a huge fan of the rose element but overall and interesting scent. I'd rate the sillage probably as a bit stronger than average but my limited experience might be biased. Edit - 4 hours later the scent settled down very nicely, retaining most of the good elements and evening out quite well. Now a sweet yet not overwhelming aroma, sandalwood being louder and rose almost gone.

Fir is a nice touch in this offering, you don't get a lot of good fir options and this one is really smooth. Not very strong, but very fresh and lively, its like being surrounded by crisp fresh air. This is house does not have a lot of projection wich is great for social gatherings etc
