Spring Jasmine

I wasn't expecting to like this since white florals aren't usually my taste, but the other notes intrigued me so I figured I might as well see how how it wears. What a wonderful surprise-- I love it! The jasmine is definitely the star of the show here, but after the dry down and some wear, the vanilla and clove begin warming things up. This smells like hugging my mom after a spring day filled with playing outside, the scent of sun and jasmine clinging to my skin. Quite lovely.

The profile says the main accords are “warm spicy,” but, to me this smells very fresh and clean. The fragrance starts off with the distinct scent of jasmine; to me it smells like the scent that lingers on one’s body after using a very expensive soap. During the drydown, more spice starts to appear, but it is still distinctly floral and very clean. I think that it is a beautiful scent, one of the most wearable in the collection.0

I like this a lot. It is not "warm and spicy". I would say that this a white floral that's both fresh and sweet. The Wild Spirit website lists tea leaves as a note, which is what enticed me to try it. I do not detect any tea sadly, but I still enjoy this fresh white floral a lot. I do not get any cloves either, but I think that's for the best on my skin. I love wearing this one on gray rainy days to lift my mood. I totally disagree with the Today comparisons. They smell nothing alike. Today is a very crisp, soapy, white floral with no hint of sweetness in it. I enjoy both though.

Light and feminine. Sparkling "pink." Great for sensitive noses or younger perfumistas.

SJWS is a light floral fragrance. Very wearable and work safe. Cruelty free, which is always a plus. Affordable and conveniently available at Walmart. I like being able to pick up nice frags at the local big box store because there are no department stores in the county. More substance and longevity would be nice but I'll take SJ as it is. :)

I received some samples from Wild Spirit. I think these scents are aimed at the younger generation. The one's I've tried so far have all been way too sweet. I'm using Spring Jasmine. I don't get anything but sweetness. No citrus and no jasmine. Way too much vanilla. as well. Reminds me of some of the sprays at Bath and Body Works. I think your teenagers will like the candy sweetness but it's not for me.
