Eau My Secret

So feminine and beautiful. I love this one. Smells creamy and slightly spicy vanilla. Love the bottle as well. Best $20 perfume.

Eau My Secret was launched in 2016 and is part of the line of Eaux de Toilette by Women’Secret. Its fragrance was inspired by an oriental garden and is, without a doubt, the most sensual of the three launched. Eau My Secret has notes of Italian mandarin, lemon, grapefruit, pear, and blackberry on top; Almonds, rose (Orpur® absolute), jasmine, orange blossom, and white cedar, in the heart; Praline, musk, sandalwood, vanilla, and hawthorn, in the base. On the skin, Eau My Secret comes with a lot of pears and a dash of lemon. But the almonds stand out and gain even more vitality thanks to jasmine and praline, which is at the bottom but exhales from the beginning. The floral bouquet is not exaggerated, but it confers delicacy and sophistication. The note of the rose Orpur® is part of an exclusive collection of natural ingredients of higher quality, patented by Givaudan. Here, it merges with the orange blossom and balances the jasmine content, whose nuances explored were the powdery ones. In fact, it is not a powdery fragrance, but if you smell a piece of fabric that has been in contact with it after 48 hours, you will smell a strong powder scent. Evolution is subtle, but it exists. And with it, Eau My Secret gets a more gourmand base, bringing a creamy and not too sweet vanilla, along with the praline note that, simplistically explained, recalls the smell of roasted almonds with sugar, gaining a caramelized crust. Eau My Secret is a perfume classified as floral-oriental, which does not exhale too much and does not lose the comfortable aspect. Its lasting is good, and the fragrance is not extremely sweet, although the olfactory pyramid can give that impression. However, I felt more prominence on the oriental side than on the floral side. In my opinion, within this trio launched by Women'Secret, it represents the fragrance created to please women who like sweeter perfumes, without losing the concept of daily use proposed by the brand. And from what I could see, it tends to be quite successful among women. Coral is its color and its motto is to be beautiful, comfortable and sexy. In particular, I think it matches with autumn days, which start and end fresh. But it also works for night use, on romantic occasions of more complicity.

July 2022, about six months into my new fragrance collecting hobby: This simple, linear, fresh skin scent reminds me of a slightly more powdery, slightly more lemony version of Clean Reserve Skin. So to me, I see this as a "your skin but better" scent. I like to wear Eau My Secret on its own as a way to feel fresh after a shower and/or before bed. Alternatively, I like to layer EMS with other fragrances when I want to create my own scent accords. March 2023, after trying hundreds of samples, but still a relatively new fraghead: Is it just me, or does this little cheapy smell like something like Xerjoff Lira, and maybe also a bit like Acqua di Parma Vaniglia? I'm not saying they are sisters... more like cousins. But they are from the same family, as it were, to my nose. Unfortunately, I've never sniffed YSL Manifesto, so I cannot comment on that comparison. 🦋🧡🦋

Smells great and lasts very well for the price. This one is a great YSL Manifesto dupe.This is slightly more fresh/light but so close that it's not significant enough of a difference once applied to skin and clothes. I purchased it to have a less expensive backup now that Manifesto is discontinued and prices are rising. I'm happy to have it in my collection. If you want a dupe of Manifesto L'Elixer try Armaf Derby Club House Gold. It's great but needs a bit of time to macerate.

What can i say warm , sweet very almondish scent. When i say almondish imean it. If you do not like nutty notes even dont try it. It is more gourmand than oriental. I do not catch rose. I wish it would be litle bit freshier jucyer or flowery. Too calm for me which means also boring. I love flower fields and eden vibe which is NOT here. It could be even unisex. Yes young guy could smell like almond . Little bit disapointed at the end, even i knew what i buy.

It's very beautiful almond scent. Also I can smell praline and vanilla at the background. Sweet, feminine, tender. This fragrance is ideal for summer, because it's very light. And office friendly. Sillage and longevity is low. I can smell it about 1-2 hours on clothes and that is all. A good option for those who are tired of heavy niche scents, but still want to smell nice. My Secret is perfect for girls and women of any age.

I like this one, pleasant and safe scent. It's not that strong, but it lingers for quite some time. And I do get some Manifesto wibe from this one. It's an ok everyday scent.. Well longevity is not bad, sprayed it 7 hours ago and I can stil smell it, it's sweet and now I get almonds.. Nice.. and very afordable.. :)

If you want a dupe for YSL Manifesto, try this out. It definitely gives me those vibes. Cosy vanilla almond. The longevity’s not too bad on me, considering the price. Not spectacular of course, but decent, 4-5 hrs. I love Manifesto so I’ve already bought a backup of this.

Es rico la fragancia, pero no es memorable. Compre solo una botella, no le volvería a comprar. Al principio es dulce, pero despues muy atalcado para mi gusto. No dura nada la fragancia, y no es tan economico tampoco.

here is the tea for the dupes. if you love the original perfume dupe is never satisfied your expectation. but like me if you like manifesto eau my secret great alternative. cozy and sweet.

A blind buy. It wasn't as sweet as I thought it would be :/There's some spicy note that kinda ruines it a little bit for me. But it's still a nice scent.

I am normally more descriptive but there is not much to say about this one. This is so tame the notes are barely distinguishable unless you know they are there. This smelled like a diluted warm and slightly sweet floral upon smelling. I could only pinpoint the nutty and almond hint after reading the note because the fragrance in general is quite faint. It is a pleasant scent if you do not want to get noticed but want to feel a bit put together and wear something. Casual and tame spring daytime scent. Performance is weak (after 2.5 hours is practically gone for me) and projection very mild. It is an affordable fragrance but I think it is overpriced because you can find way better smelling and more long-lasting ones at this low-medium price point. It seems they wasted more resources on the bottles than the juice.

A weird one,not very potent, too soft. It opens up sweet, milky and almondy, very nice, not too playdoh or anything, but slightly nutty and then the jasmine-rose come forth along with the tart notes (pear-lemon), soft not citrusy or anything sharp. I get some of the rose which intensifies alot later in the drydown (after 15 mins), but it is dusty or too vintage. The mandarin orange, rose, pear and jasmine instantly remind me of Shakira's pop rock fizzy peppery essence for like 10 mins, without the patch/black currant pop corn note. So after the almond fades, about 10 mins after the initial spray, I am getting this pear-jasmine peppery vibe of Pop Rock, think light patch-free Mon Paris vibes since Pop Rock reminds me so much of Mon Paris. This effect doesnt last too long (which is good in my book), and then the rose comes forth more dominant and perfumey. Eau my Secret is very soft and inoffensive. I also find this combo of pear, jasmine, orange blossom in Armani Code Turquoise so they are quite alike at some point, but this is not citrusy or ozonic, and lacks the peppery ginger of the Turquoise. This is not spicy nor powdery on me, but aromatic and rosey. Id have liked some more almond in it FOR SURE, I love the opening almond element. There is some nutty feel here till the end, but the rose and orange blossom are more powerful. Doesnt last long on the skin so I spray on clothes too. I expected something oriental with the rose, jasmine, almond, mandarin orange notes, along the lines of Poison Girl EDP or Varens D'orient Amethyst OR like Girl of Now (which is softer than those two as it is lacking the rose), but this is different and not oriental or pungent. It is very rose dominant though. Girl of Now also has the mandarin orange, orange blossom and pear. I havent tried Girl Of Now Forever but I believe that they may be similar. This is not heavy or overly sweet.

I've never heard of this brand before. Decided to spritz some on as it's currently on sale along with Eau It's Fresh and Eau My Delice. I was expecting some generic, fruity floral sweet perfume judging by the bottle, but as soon as I smelt it I had to know what was in it as it was a quite lovely scent! Not too sweet but just right. The fruity/nutty/fresh vanilla combo is light and perfect for summertime here. I spritzed some on a piece of paper and can still smell it 2 days after. I think it's a scent that would suit a lot of women and a safe buy. I think it's going on my Xmas wish list :) PS. The bottle reminds me of Chloé, however I could never make that work on me. Update: My mum bought me a bottle of Beyoncé Heat for Christmas, but I can't stand it, so asked her to exchange it for this as I knew it was cheap and on sale along with the body lotion. It's quite fruity but in a fresh way; not cloying, and the orange blosson and rose part reminds me a bit of Beckham Intimately for Her; however much nicer and more interesting especially with that almond note which is my favourite part :) Very good staying power for a cheaper fragrance also. Definitely a safe buy if you enjoy such notes. A bit basic but at the same time a great every day scent. Out of all 3 I only liked this one. I love that vanilla-almond drydown too.

This is beautifully balanced and sheer bouquet made of Armani Lei with just a bit of Burberry Brit aroma. The smell of sugared almonds and sandalwood is floating around you without being overwhelming, cloying or rude. But still, it is present and stays the whole day (wow, for an budget edt). For the price of 15€/100ml, it is perfect budget version of Armani Lei. Only sugared almonds do recall memory of Burberry Brit edt. This little jewel is like a baby of my 2 favorite perfumes. Pleasure to wear <3

I bought this because it was recommended as a good dupe for Manifesto, which is my all time fave. It's not perfect, but close enough you'd probably have to have them next to each other to tell them apart. The biggest differences are the base notes are less rich than in Manifesto, and there's less staying power. But those make sense for a budget version. Overall, definitely worth it!

I got myself a tester out of pure curiosity..It reminds me a lot of YSL`s Manifesto - I was full sure that tonka bean is among the base notes! It could be a summer take on it as it is somewhat lighter and a tad bit sweeter, maybe due to the vanilla note there, yet gives the same impression. It doesn`t last too long, but the price-value rate is still not too bad.

Ahhh well, i have burberry brit on and whaddyaknow it's similar to this, Almont, sweet, vanilla etc. For $24 it's not bad value, these scents seem to last well, burberry brit edp is stronger but they both have the same kind of rounded sweet, almond thing happening. Decent

Bought it as a dupe for YSL Manifesto, which i miss terribly. It's really similar, actually super close but the longevity is so disappointed. :( please comment if you found better dupes.
