this opens /almost/ unpleasantly. it gives bug spray pickle juice and then cherry cola for a bit before it finally settles in. after that it develops into a tangy, spicy wood that doesn't change and is very intimate (I actually found myself sort of enjoying the consistency it gave throughout my workday). a true spicy wood, though. not a generic "man" fragrance spicy wood. it smells floral only in the way where you smell like someone took a handful of summer prairie plants, mashed them up, and rubbed the fresh green plant juice on you. honestly, I like it a lot. on me it smells more like I've had a run-in with a very fragrant plant than like I'm wearing a fragrance, which I like. unisex to me, but some people might think it leans masculine. I wish it had a little more projection, but it's nice for wearing when you want to keep a nice, natural smell to yourself.
