Animacuiris Intime

This gorgeous leathery gourmand perfume has a very distinct dry, powdery smell that is accentuated by the strong woody base of the formula.It's hard to describe exactly what the scent reminds me of, but definitely many variants of oriental ambers are there, on the other hand there are some subtle florals covered with seductive suede accords, not to overpower the feminine side of the concoction. I love this mystery of not being able to pinpoint the ingredients inside. I am getting the powdery side of iris but not the entire flower, again I am getting distantly some specific accords of patchouli, but not entirely all the aspects of patchouli , couple of hints of rose might be there too but in a very subtle way, traces of civet accords I am getting yes, but no cloying full aroma of animalics here. The gurjun balsam and precious white musks are absolutely transcendental, just wait 6-7 patiently until this potion reaches its drydown, and I looked up Thuja (a.k.a Aborvitae Tree, or Life tree), it supposed to have a smell between evergreens and burnt cumin, here you cannot distinguish it directly either, it's rather hiding the whole time underneath to keep the entire concoction from falling of too thick, but keeps it fresh and aired up during its whole life on your skin. Which other floral- leather-balsamic gourmand perfumes do you have in mind to advsie me with such mysterious ingredient blend quality, so that you could sense traces of them, but you cannot put your finger on them? Until hearing those, I will keep the tester of this attractive piece of a perfume in my purse any time

#Animacuiris smells awesome with iris absolute, beu branco resin extract and leathery eagle wood essential oil , so sexy and sensual, wonderful sillage with extreme longeivity, in truest se se of the word a sublime combination of sensous iris and classy resimous notes with gourmand leathers. So unique and sexy, it smells like nothing I ever smelled before , a gorgeous evening scent I have to say, so comforting to sniff it on my skin while clubbing, I feel safe with it, ... I don't want to sound like a total fanboy, but it is an amazing scent that I just bought last month (this one was my true favorite among the 10 creations in the discovery kit that I bought online) , and have worn every day since; except for a few days when I was sick (and it was hard to not wear it even then!). It smells so good, I can hardly describe it by words, how great and confident it makes you feel, if you are surrounded by its aura the entire day and night; it's probably a good thing I'm single :-p I will definitely order more bottles soon! Please bit me with your sexier clubbing gourmand leather scents, willya:-)

I bought the sample set, and this one #animacuiris stood out as one of my first favorites from the line, it smells rather masculine to my nosez but perfectly balanced with sweet notes as well (thanks to benzoin and liquerish palo santo tree) the whole comcoction is contrasted so marvelously with leathery tones of eagle wood and heavenly greenheart wood, it smells also slightly musky thanks to the premium synthetic civet and castoreum accords (the company is 100% vegan btw), the iris here is not a floral one, but rather woody and dusty, yet still powdery and deliciously creamy, I think a significant amount of sandal wood is also there to combine the elements, it's a perfect office or date scent with not too overpowered sillage but of extreme longeivity, definitley going to buy the full bottle version. When I sniff on my wrist, it drags me a.s.a.p off my daily rutine and makes me feel as if stepping on the clouds watching myself in my daily life from above, absolutely fantastic and almost dangerously addictive. A perfect blend of the best ingredients: beu branco resin, gurjun balsam, civet and castoreum, amber and palo santo tree, ropped with leather effects of eaglewood and green heart wood, with a final touch of creamy benzoin and dusty iris.All to create thw ultimately sexy and flirty unique perfume, can you remind me any other more flurtous and naught authentic niche perfume as descirbed above? This is one of the most beautiful, sensual scents I've smelled in years - the name says it all! This is more like one of those old fashioned perfumes that women would wear before they were covered up by designers b..sh.t.The opening smells very fruity, almost grape-y, and then evolves into a cloudy balsamic scent topped with balsamic caramel... oh so delicious... like warm melted caramel with a hint of vanilla on heated leather in front of chimney. If you like men's or women's boozy gourmand leather fragrances without being too "sweet" this is the one for you! I love this fragrance.C'mon raise the bait more with your favorite gourmand leathers without being too sweet. Anything you can think of?

Before buying the sample set I read the ingredients of this one in the website of yeb brand ad evesince I was so excited, and as soon as I received dmthe discovery kit I opened up Animacuiris and testes it right away. I could catch the amber, I could catch some resinous facades along the sweetness and subtle floral tones, but there's also something like sandalwood in it, but I can't put my finger on - Black and mysterious as the night, it’s dense and dark, reminds me of Nubian skin as night on one hand, but in the other hand it generates really pleasant and soft aroma, like the smell of a new born baby, sweet and soft, not like an adult smelling like this. A perfect blend of the best ingredients to create one great perfume, each of them give their own scent to the fragrance and together they are creating a masterpiece which is sensual and lovely, I am counting down to buy the full bottle, can you think of any other contradictive fruity-leather fragrances, adulterously sexy on one side and simultaneuosly smelling like innocent baby hair on the other side?

I adore this one since I put my nose on it for the first time I opened the discovert kit that I bought online.The opening has a floral top note on leather base which smells of sweets rounded off by balsamic notes, but still very delicious, like a mixture of slightly animalic fruits, crushed in an aromatic wooden bowl with toasted vanilla-biscuit crumble, accompanied by the damp and earthy smell of marvelous patchouli, as if topped by mapple syrup made of dried oak leaves fallen on earth, all aged in a leather water bottle, that leaves you with a wonderful taste that could be described as the taste of sex but without even having touched your partner! I love this, probably because it reminds me of the movie "The Last Tango in Paris", which is probably what inspired me to buy it, and watching the movie with your partner while wearing this fragrance makes it sound almost too good to be true...The perfect treat for autumn evenings spent indoors or outdoors at the park.Where else you like to wear your favorite gourmand leather perfumes?

I bought the sample kit right after having blindbought the full bottle of the other best seller of the brand Mousse d'Arbre Gris, while searching through the 10 piece discovery set, this one, #animacuiris , stood out as first to my taste and became my absolute date and clubbing scent, so sexy and addictive. As I read the perfume pyramid, I was literally shocked by the variety and rarity of the ingredients, civet, beu branco resin, eagle wood, green heart wood and palo santo tree, so that explains why it smells like nothing I've ever tried before. I simply adore being in this cozzy warm addictive arousing cloud of gourmand leathery patchouli rounded by creamy animalics and powdery iris, checking the perfumes I that used in the past, I believe it's between Goutal's Ambre Fetiche and Parfum d'Empire's Tabac Taboo, do you have any other suggestions to remind me to compare?

My friend won the discovery kit from a quiz giveaway of the brand and let me try this one Animacuiris on our high school reunion, well I have to say that I am impressed by the alluring depth and comlpexity of the work, I tried this perfume for the first time this week, although it didn't seem like something I'd want to wear all day (leather, balsamics, florals and amber, at first sight, all theese seemed to much for me to be put in the same bottle),then as I sprayed it, I actually liked it quite a lot in fact, there are some truely interesting elements in here,and it's definitely a departure from the typical "chic" fragrances out there, at least for me. Open up with ambery leathers and follows with moderately sweet iris and woods. Perfect sillage with more tha 8 hour longeivity. Definitely worth the price within this 3 spray last all day long perspective

I'm a big fan of this product! The smell itself is woody and leathery sweet, like ripe plum fruits rolled with wet and damp patchouli leaves, which makes me really happy because I love that mixture of plum-tobacco. But when it dries down on my skin, it turns drier and powdery-earthy, a bit like iris root rubbed leather - which makes me miss the freshly sprayed top notes again, but I guess that might be due to the fact that I don't have any body moisturizer on while wearing this (which could possibly be one of the reasons why it seems so strong and tending to masculine on my skin). Regardless of that though, it gives you a very nice feeling of freshness throughout the day, and I find myself reaching for it constantly. This is about to become my favorite iris-leather masculine fragrance, do you have any other alternatives to suggest me to compare?

I bought the full bottle of Animacuiris right after trying the sample. It's a gourmand leathery woody fragrance,I would say unisex but slightly tending to masculine with eagle wood,patchouli and gurjun balsam, but stil keeps its soft aspects with iris, palo santo and benzoin, I love it a lot, cozzy, sexy different and addictive, perfect for the office and special events, longeivity and sillage is out of this world, 3 sprays in the morning last until evening hence definitely worth the price, I couldn't recall any other floral amber-santal fragrance which impressed me on that level, may be guerlain samsara and serge lutens santal majiscule, can you remember of any others? Please remind me

A different perfume from a different and attractive brand. Frankly, they are creative and deserve to be tried. I also salute them for their audacity. @luxury_frag

Simple but a complex art in a same way... mind blowing niche, you would not be forgotten if you wear in a night event as an advice.

i hate fancy reviews: it's like a wet dog but he's not dirty nor washed with soap, also there is some spice in the air DO NOT WEAR QHEN HOT migraine guaranteed other than that it's not repulsing but like I didn't love it at first but still couldn't stop smelling it

The whole brand is more or less a disaster! Do yourself a favour and check the guard of hoax profiles that claim otherwise. See the date of their reviews, also their reviews of other scents, so they can appear credible. Or just check "People who like this also like". An upvoting campaign done badly, but more importantly it's also quite telling of the brands ethics!

This was part if the sample set, which I bought. This might be the ‘best’ of the lot but that’s not saying much. This entire range smells like someone just chucked the very loudest, cheapest aroma chemicals they could find into a vat. They make Axe smell elevated. After sampling this in my kitchen, I have scrubbed the floors but the smell of teenage boy still lingers. Breathtakingly cynical to charge so much for something so bad.

Ordered a full bottle from LuckyScent end of Sept 2022 after asking for and receiving a sample with a previous order. Performance: one spray seems to last a good long amount of time, over 5 hours. This is very important to me. The top and middle notes remind me of the syrupy sweet DNA of all the Unique’e Luxury fragrances (LOVE this) then it has a nice animalic musky drydown. Not deer musky though. I’m so excited to receive my full bottle! I was disappointed when I read the reviews on Fragrantica trying to suggest the Perfumery is fake. To me this fragrance seems niche and unique with good quality. With my full bottle order from LuckyScent, I also asked for samples of each of the other fragrances from this house that LuckyScent carries. I’m excited to see what the others smell like!

You say on your review for this perfume that your friend won the discovery kit which is how you got to try it, yet on your review for Mousse D’Arbre Gris you have stated that your husband bought the discovery kit. Which is it? Also, you only made your account yesterday. You're very vocal for such a new member.

That's a quite complex scent, - it's rather musky to my nose, yet sweet and strongly powdery - very relaxing to me, it smells of iris, slightly smokey amber and a lot of musk, - freshly washed and ironed bedlinen. It's like laying in bed all day doing nothing =D. Liked it a lot!

Come on, Fragrantica, review after review almost the same and upon investigating they all write reviews for this brand almost exclusively. Makes a mockery of the site.
