To @Djawed, well hello dear, I read your throbbing comments about my review for Mousse d'Arbre Gris of that modest, independent and much less in resource perfume company called @Woudacieux, in greatest pitiful interest as in your regard that you perceived and evaluated how the things going around here, well let me put a shred of light into this dilemma, this small company is by no means in any measurable context in the same commercial league of the ones whose perfumes you are happily making use of, or that you accidentally slipped and found your forehead bumped into trying them or eagerly beaggaring to have (as you declared by yourself in your own Fragrantica account) but could you please specify which comments of what reviewers dropping their texts for that small and evidentally non-lobbied company like Woudacieux did you find less credible, or what motivation arised the enthusiasm in you to call yourself as the immaculate sinnless lawyer, up for the dignified work to seek out the bitter and naked truth in this whole story, because after taking a short look at the numbers of the testers you received (which is 237 testers according your own input to your own Fragrantica account, plus you have 52 perfumes, plus 72 perfumes that you want to have, plus 27 perfumes that you already had, IN SUM IT MAKES 388 PERFUMES, AND AMONG ALL THOSE 388 PERFUMES THAT CAME SOMEHOW TO YOUR ATTENTION, YOU FOUND TO DROP A COMMENT TO FRAGRANTICA TO 9 PERFUMES ONLY, AND 5 OUT OF THOSE 9 BELONG TO WOUDACIEUX WHICH YOU SO CALLED DETEST AND TO WHICH YOU SHAMEFULLY COPIED AND PASTED THE SAME PAYROLLED TEXT BY YOUR BOSSES) about which I vowed to myself, heyyyy heyy heyyy wait, pay attention everyone, this gushy gooshy guy has one bigger motivation than lawyering himself up to unveil the bitter naked thruth, do you know what, swedging banshing and begging door by door and asking for testers, (since he got a number of 237 by now, what else we could have ever thought huh) ohhhh ohhhhh ,ohhhhh, wait , please....wait a second, take another guess, perhaps it's not the case , perhaps we are all witnessing quite a different situation here, my guts are very much alarming me of a way well known other possibility right down the road, which is, that perhaps you @Djawed would be a lappy puppy on pay roll, hired by some big companies to blacken all the small independent companies like Woudacieux and many others who refused to belong to a perfumery tyrant lobby or to a essence manufacturer mogule mob , and those mighty players in this small wicked game might have had practically hired the least important and and the easiest sacrificial element in the chain like yourself, so that you puppy up to show your precious work to them at the end of the day with your proud screen shots how you miserably and most inadequately tried to throw mud to those small budgeted, unresourceful and independent companies like this one , just to nibble on your pathetic daily loan paid by those perfumery tyrants and essence industry mogules, well, I am from Croatia , I am a real person, I have purchased these 2 creations of Woudacieux among more than 200 other perfumes I bought and I used so far, nothing was gifted to me in return of no favour or no forced blackening campaigne against some third parties and we have a saying here in Croatia, allow me to translate it in English "The mouse declared that he got deeply resented to the mountain, and guess what how the mountain reacted against, he said 《heeeer? Which one?????》" I very much wish you all the best at nibbing on your daily loan by attacking innocent companies

For questioning his motives why he spent his time and energy for dropping 5 out of the entire 9 comments he ever made in Fragrantica to a company he allegedly detests WITHOUT BEING ABLE TO SHOW ANY CONCRETE REASONS, or should I be ashamed of unveiling his criers like you and the @Bettybotox (no doubt all of you are originating as fake accounts from the very same IP, but I leave this investigation to the Fragrantica IT authorities) so.... could you please enlighten me a little bit more for what I should be ashamed of? DO YOU OR YOUR DOES THE SAME IP COMPANIAN @Bettybotox or YOUR OTHER SAME IP CLONE @Djawed have an answer to that question: HOW ON EARTH DOES SOMEONE CLAIMING TO HAVE 288 PERFUMES IN HIS FRAGRANTICA LIST WOULD EVER SACRIFICE 5 OUT OF 9 COMMENTS HE EVER MADE IN THE PAST 1.5 YEARS TO BLACKEN A COMPANY WITH BLINDLY COPIED AND PASTED SAME MESSAGES WITHOUT REVEALING WHY HE DISLIKES THE PRODUCTS OF THE COMPANY BY A SINGLE SYLLABLE AT ALL.

It's true that the brand Woudacieux extended the boundries of Niche Perfumery, where every most or less known niche brands are turning around the same-old same-old vanilla-tobac , cherry-gourmand, oud-rose, musk-sandal, or leather-cookie tables, but if you are looking for originality , this is definitely the right adress for you. I bought the full bottle of Mousse d'Arbre as soon as I smelled it on the sample of my friend who bought the discovery kit. It's literally an out of box piece of an exquisite perfume, like a potion I would say. Very hard to describe the feeling by words ehen I sniff on it, you have to experience this ambery-animalic-hyacinth magic by testing it on your own skin, the ingredients jump from creamy sandal to fougery "valerian", from herbal "rue" to mossy liken and leathery labdanum in an agility and harmony of ballet dancer, it's a poem like transition from satin-like amber-suede facades to resinous mossy chypre, where the hyacinth in the center is underlined on such a well blended manner by those subtle animalic accords (all synthetic, since yhe company is 100% vegan) and it still leans unexpectedly slightly to masculine side. It's a symphony alike olfactive experience to my nose with drastic longeivity and exceptional sillage

These guys are practically the cutting edge of new generation niche perfumery , or better said artisanal perfumery. I bought the sample kit on their website, I mean all 10 samples smell like nothing I have come across so far, some of them are not my taste but Animacuiris, Sapincense, especially this one Mousse d'Arbre are love at first sniff for me. I was not shocked at all as I read that Fragrantica's founder E. Vosnaki selected Mousse d'Arbre Gris as one of 3 best launches in 2021.I feel terrible having discovered the brand so late. They practically created wonders with hyacinth-civet (100%vegan) combo in this perfume, by dripping this potion into oakmoss and castoreum duo. While looking at the perfume, first I thought it could be too animalic for me, but no, to the contrary, it smells so balanced out, soft and enigmatic thanks to the key element true iris absolute, which binds all other elements in such a great and inspiring harmony. It lasts for good 8 hours on my skin with an incredible sillage even outdoors. I absolutely give 9 out of 10 to Mousse d'Arbre Gris

I first saw on IG and their website the images on the bottles and boxes, I thought its not a confident brand but try to attract maximum attention with whatever they could, but then a friend of mine gave me their tester kit and I have to admit, there are 4 or 5 samples out of it which instantly enchanted me, they are not your daily perfumes, they deserve to be worn on special occasions, Mousse d'Arbre is particularly addictive with its marvelous ambre gris and oakmoss notes, so I immediately bought the full bottle, they combined them in such an elegant way with iris and patchouli, I feel extremely comfortable and get a luxurious and seductive aura whenever I wear it. It has become my first choice on dates and special occasions.Not to mention that this piece of master work has been elected by Fragrantica Editor's Choice as best 3 launches of 2021.The company doesn't make huge pormotions here and there, and now I know why, because they are truely confident in the juice that they are offering.

I absolutely agree with @Lala_Dada_Parfa, we are not here to call 911 to sort out a dispute caused by Social Media Soldier on pay roll God knows nor cares hired by whom, wo dedicated 5 out of the only 9 comments that he ever made to a company that he suposedly detests. If I ever had 288 perfume in my posession as @Djawed very questionably claims, I would have used my time and energy mainly to comment for the ones that I liked and at the end , when it should ever come to the ones I dislike, I would have argumented my claim propperly why they didn't appeal my taste, @Djawed doesn't mention why he disliked the perfumes of Woudacieux that much, but blindly copies and pastes the same ungrounded accusations to each and every perfume of the brand as much as his literacy allows him to recognize. That's totally unfair and the FRAGRANTICA EDITORS should do something about it.

I blindbought a full bottle of this on company website despite being advised to get a tester kit first, and it's definitely awesome, most lucky bkind buy ever, moderately fruity , mild leathery and classy balsamic, and all three bound and rounded off with iris and became very wearable cozzy and comforting with a seductive hyacinth crown on top, it's so dynamic like a living thing, I know that last one doesn't make sense when told by words, but you have to experience it, I mean not spray on o a paper and then sniff, you need to wear it and spend the day in it, then you would understand what I mean, as if it's reshaping and forming itself acc to your mood and daily activities. In every sense of word true niche and the quality, that's what I call "unique fine perfumery"

I bought their tester kit online, and this one (I have copied and pasted the name not to make any typos😊) Mousse d'Arbre Gris is so energizing, don't get me wrong, it's not fresh, to the contrary thick and opaque but somehow it gives the impression as if something sparkling inside when you sniff it.. something, that makes you sit up from your coach and get in action, or go out, it's hard to define by words, the ingredients listed seem to be known very well, and used many times together, but this time, in Mousse d'Arbre Gris, they blended it in such a devine way that I simply cannot stip sniffing my wrist, it's purely addictive, and increasingly seductive.

Dear @Bettybotox (a.k.a @Djawed same IP different toilette, a.k.a @Fenissa same IP different toilette) Donot presume, or hope or dream that I would be giving the answer that you deserve here, it would have been accidentally an attempt to honor you, and during my college years of Pshycology BsC, I mean 18 years ago, I did clean and flush enough toilettes , so that I definitely do not to intend to clean some more anymore. If it were up to me, I would name this brand Woudacieux Independent Artisanal Perfumery, it's totally out of the regular niche we all are used to. I bought the sample kit like ine month ago, and still I am discovering new facades of Mousse d'Arbre and Poussiere de Lune when I am wearing them througout the day. Yes some of them not my taste, like Venine Amande and Inule Kiris but thos shows how confident the brand is to stay so determined out of the trends

my husband bought the discovery set last month and I didn't pay attention to this one since it has an old school masculinity and I am actually into rather lighter and more transparent masculine fragrances, but the more I smelled it on my husband the more I got used to it, and then after 2 weeks or so totally attracted to it, so that I bought the full bottle to my husband as his birthday present.

I stumbled this brand in IG, ordered the discovery kit, and although the name is diffucult for me to pronounce Mousse d'Arbre is my favorite in line, it has these complex, very subtle animalic notes, wearable soft musks and iris together made wonders, it has become my indispensable for dates.

Bravo @Profumo_Furiosa, it's an unjust allegation from a coward peanut who hasn't got the courage to even name the people who he stutteringly means to adress. The best I ever could do is to copy and paste your incontestable answer to that thing (what is it called again, huh OK @Djawed)

This one is very sexy, I bought the tester kit online, and after trying out all 10 samples I bought full bottle of Mousse d'Arbre for my husband (only for him, I never use it myself🤭🤫)

Hmmm... So as I wrote, check the dates for the reviews or just check "People who like this also like"... There has been a lot of silence and suddenly in less than three days a guard of newbies enters and upvote the brand and each other + downvoting negative reviews. @ profumo_Furiosa you became a member yesterday, made twelve reviews in less than 3 hours. The same suspicious behaviour can be said about you @Bethany_Mirabel, your profile is just two days older, and there you are supporting "profumo_Furiosa"... behaving as if this was some social media a la facebook or twitter and that this is some social justice issue. You are trying to cheat people of their money because the business failed. Own up to it! Do it better next time, don't try to make 10 perfumes in one year... Have some respect for the art! My only interest is to warn trusting people not to use 60 euro on a sample set with the promise that "Once you order this limited edition sample kit for its initial price of 60€, you are also getting the chance of receiving a refund of 30€ if you drop your comments for each of the 10 samples ... " And when that social media strategy obviously failed ... well ... When it comes to your surprise of the amount of fragrances I have, you should see what other members have... My collection is laughable compared to them ... This is what I can afford. It is a very expensive interest. That is one reason I'm warning the other members of the upvoting hoax.

The whole brand is more or less a disaster! Do yourself a favour and check the guard of hoax profiles that claim otherwise. See the date of their reviews, also their reviews of other scents, so they can appear credible. Or just check "People who like this also like". An upvoting campaign done badly, but more importantly it's also quite telling of the brands ethics!

The smell of disappointment bottled. This entire line is the work of someone with disposable income, a virtual address in Paris and no experience in perfumery. This doesn’t smell like a perfume, it smells like a cheap amber base mixed with touches of top notes but no real presence or character.

This is the only perfume of the collection that can pass as a perfume, it's really nothing special though. It feels like the dry down of a much better perfume with no real top notes.

They have not given me a bottle. I bought the discovery kit. And among all the fragrances I decided to buy this one. I got 20% on black Friday. If it is true that I have seen many people on Instagram with bottles given away. I have not had that luck.I guess I'm not important enough for them, or I don't have enough followers on Instagram. Completely intoxicating and intense aroma, balsamic, calming. White flowers with an animal touch in a very good way, very light suede in the background, something sweet and salty (as if it were sea foam). It is a haunting aroma, it is mysterious but not heavy, it is not dark, on the contrary, it feels airy and even cool and tart. For me the best of the collection, although, deep down they all share DNA. The trail is high and lasts for many hours on the skin, really exquisite. It doesn't remind me of any other fragrance I've tried before. On the website, you can read (if you have not suffered a brain aneurysm before ,because is really awfull website) that they claim that they are 80% natural fragrances at a concentration of 20%. They will make only 2000 pieces of each fragrance.

Saw the opportunity to try a second hand discovery set locally. Read the reviews and rubbish below from the same person using multiple accounts who makes absolutely no sense and instead spouts utter tripe at anyone who dares dissent against the obvious tripe being spouted. - so much defensiveness from a “customer”. Me think you protesteth too much. A brand should stand for itself, not seed fake accounts spouting drivel. Anyways, I saw the rubbish and am sufficiently put off from trying those samples. Well done.

I found 5 of this perfume house's creations and they are all good. I don't care about all the drama that apparently surrounds this house, that does not exist any more, I care about the perfumes . I've tested them all today on paper and my arms and this one is going strong, it's the one that keeps calling for attention. This one for the moment is my favorite because it's so strong and unique in it's profile and notes. I'll update later on, on the evolution and such, but wanted to write a little review all ready

A must try for me, strictly based on all the controversy it has aroused in this comment section Edit: 10/18/22, tried this, it's a big NO for me, this fragrance doesn't agree with me at all, the scent reminds me of someone I used to know who couldn't hold their liquor and would constantly be throwing up every time they drank. And the liquor they were always puking up was some kind of dark, malty, heavy alcohol. Big no thank you

I would tend to think @Scent_Oasis' comment (especially the caps locked part) is Freudian. A double bluff. The only thing any of you are achieving here by attacking Djawed, @Bethany_Mirabel and @Sophist_Niche is to a) prove @Djawed correct, and b) put people off from buying from this brand. Fake accounts leaving bogus reviews, then getting their panties in a twist when they get rumbled. It's pathetic.

Lala_Dada_Parfa the more of this copy paste crap you all keep posting, the more you're proving @Djawed correct. Keep at it. Pop is eating itself tonight and its glorious. I for one will now never buy from this company. Neither will others reading all of this.
