Alexandria Imperiale

alexandria imperiale is much more aoud orientated than its original counterpart. the opening does not have the green apple, and quickly delves into a woody oriental type fragrance. this doesnt come off powdery on my skin while the original does a bit. the aouds used in this are very front centered, demanding attention throughout the composition. its a dark, non-barnyardish aoud that goes really well with other base notes such as vanilla and amber. if you like the original, then this version of alexandria is definitely worthy of attention. 9/10

Simply put... Alexandria II with refinement & finesse. No sharpness and roughness from the OG, it is smooth as silk. If the OG Alex II is very loud and bold, Imperiale is highly well mannered and more luxurious due to the amplified orris note. The most distinctive different from the two is no apple accord here, yet both still retain the same DNA very strongly. I think I've found a perfect winter woody fragrance for me. Most likely will grab a full bottle one day ✨

I love Alexandria II , but this is the best one in the line! Alexandria Imperiale is a godly scent and I'm very self-conscious when spraying, knowing it's damn near impossible to find

A lovely variation on Xerjoffs signature masterpiece Alexandria II, this more aromatic companion piece makes a few changes to the lavendery Oud base which is the signature of all perfumes of the Alexandria’s. The opening has a nice cardamom instead of the apple. The heart contains a leathery orris instead of lily of the valley. The Oud is more pronounced as well. Overall the perfume is quite well balanced and still evokes very positive happy feelings like the other Alexandria’s. Unisex with moderate to strong sillage and very good longevity. If you are an Alexandria fan check out this more Oud forward variant. Others can stick to the centerpiece beauty. Enjoy!

Definitely the most masculine of the Alexandria line! It’s very Oud forward and a spicier take on the original. The Oud here smells the same as the original but is definitely stronger and more pronounced. It feels like the original but backwards. And by that I mean the base is what you smell, and the top notes of the original (minus the apple) hover in the background. Overall just gorgeous as the original in its own way. If you can get your hands on it, it’s worth checking out!

This is arguably the most intense, potent and regal Oud-themed frag ever released in the market. With four (4) species of Oud expertly blended with rose, leather, sandalwood, musk and vanilla, one expects this frag to bask in an olfactory peregrination of contrasts, with bestial longevity, massive projection and scintillating silage to boot. Being a connoisseur, I'd give this frag a try. Apparently this is a "club scent" WHICH MUST BE SPRITZED LIGHTLY in the chilliest of a party night. I want this already!

They destroyed Alexandria ii First they added leathery iris and cardamom which destroyed the blend of the original Alexandria ii The addition of the barnyardy fecal oud just made things really worse and moved the beautiful Alexandria ii to something similar to Kemi Hayat category Longevity and projection are average Def not worth the asking price No compliments I got even negative comments from females with this one (have you showered lately?) Stick with the original Alexandria II

This was a disappointment for me. I own and love Alexandria II and while this shares similarities I am put off my the herbal notes. Having said that I found the tester strip two days later and this had the most gloriously smooth oud scent to it.
