Luna

I’m shocked more people don’t know about this fragrance, it’s such a fantastic patchouli, caramel and citrus fragrance. It opens with a superb mix of slightly earthy patchouli, a medley of citrus and a powdery backbone, after around an hour you get a gorgeous caramel note beginning to emerge along with a hit of musks and cedar. The patchouli stays noticeable throughout but is noticeably toned down by the 2nd-3rd hour of wear to make way for the caramel and musks, by 5 hours I’m left with a faintly sweet, musky patchouli with a hint of woods and citrus that is just fantastic, I’ve received multiple compliments consistently when wearing this, with many of my friends calling it amazing but quite unusual (mainly due to the combination of patchouli and musks), with them liking it even more as it dries down. While it can be very hard to find I would recommend at least trying this to everyone as you may fall in love with it as I have.

My third favorite of the Xerjoff Kemi line, after Kemi (No°1) and 'Ilm (No°2). I think of Luna as the more feminine version of Aqua Reggia, and a more palatable version of Aurum. It's a similar fragrance in terms of the bright citrus, rose, and Singapore patchouli framework of all 3, but minus the horrid synthetic strawberry, oud/musk combo (registering as piss to my sensitive nose), and incense of Aurum; and much less musky than AR, without the leather/oud notes. Instead, Luna possesses a beautiful caramel note, which to my nose reads more like sweet cream butter. Then dials up the clean, striking florals, while dialing down the dirty in the patchouli. I do love the oud in Kemi and 'Ilm, but it just doesn't work with the strawberry and musk of Aurum at all. Appreciating the fact the creator mercifully excluded oud from this one, thereby making Luna a gorgeous and modern floral chypre. If you're looking for a modern floral chypre, with the added interest of a sweet, buttery, caramel note without being gourmand, who doesn't scream in sillage but sits quietly within arms length, and lasts for 14+ hours on skin, I highly recommend this fragrance -- because it ticks all of those boxes. A strong like for me. 💕

It smells fantastic to me because I love Aqua Regia and have a full bottle. If you own Aqua Regia or Luna, it is redundant to own both in my opinion. Xerjoff can do no wrong in my eyes. I have 20 decants now and enjoy them all. Although this one wasn't my favorite at first due to the heaviness of the patchouli, she has sat and macerated after several months, maturing into another lovely winner from Xerjoff..

Lusciously heavy, and very potent. I bought this late spring 🌦️. When it arrived, I wanted to smell it. Just 2 spray on my wrists were too much for my nose 👃🏿. Excellent cold 🥶 season perfume.

Started like the smell of wet cardboard. Let it mature a few months, then got patchouli/sweetness. After almost a year of maturing it's better but still has a sharp after-tone. Smells better when use only 1-2 sprays. Much smoother after about 1.5 years. Now get well blended sweet/caramelly patchouli long-laster.

This perfume opens with a flash of fruit before settling into a wet earthy patchouli that remains throughout the dry down. After a few hours a soft rose & faint caramel note can be detected within the patchouli. I can appreciate this fragrance but cannot wear it. Better on a man.

Beautiful patchouli with tons of atlas cedar; as it dries down the iris shines through with beautiful sweet ambers. Musks hold on to the skin forever love for me!!! Smells very similar to Aqua Regia

As others say, its similar to aqua regia but here is more caramel and rose.

This perfume reminds me of Tom Ford's Rose De Russie.
