XJ 1861 Naxos

I've been on a bit of a roll lately in reviewing fragrances that are in my top five ever. Ombre Nomade and Brioni EDP Intense both got a write-up from me recently, and today it is high time I ticked another one of my absolute all timers off the list: Xerjoff's stellar, legendary Naxos. It is one that gets better and better the more you smell it, the longer it stays on you. We all know the accords by now. Bergamot and a short-lived but very fresh lemony accord with lavender in the top, sweetened with honey in the heart. The base is a quite rich, very heavy vanilla and tonka bean bedrock turned a little creamy with cashmeran and given a bit more life with the addition of some tobacco leaf. It isnt smoky cigarettes or wet, cloying tobacco plants but a very refined leafy smell akin to smelling the top of a fresh packet of cigarettes. This works well with the sweetness and cinnamon in the heart. There isn't any mentioned in the notes but there is something holding this together that polishes everything up into a gleam. There are no rough edges here. I have a feeling there is some Ambroxin in this, just helping homogenise it all. You always have this sense throughout that Naxos is incredibly well put together, everything just works with everything else. That is what Naxos is supposed to be. It is a very refined, super high quality fragrance for people who are very well put together and assured in what they do. I very much enjoy wearing Naxos and it is "my" kind of fragrance in that it is rich, sweet and quite heavy. Unlike a lot of other fragrances I have that are rich and heavy I find Naxos is universally wearable and lends itself equally well to casual shorts and t-shirt days as it does to formal suited and booted occasions. It is an extremely accomplished shorts/smart jeans, polo shirt and loafers choice I would say. I've layered this with some Sunday Cologne by Byredo or Colonia il Profumo by AdP over the top in the past and it goes a bit more citrusy and dynamic, but retains the beguiling sweetness and richness. Its sillage is a sweet lavender and creamy cinnamon once the citruses in the top have dried down, that is very distinctive and easy to spot. The lavender grows in prominence as Naxos stays with you. Performance is 9-12 hours easily and it will stay for weeks on clothes. Another thing peculiar to Naxos is how it changes character if you over-spray it. You can do one on the neck and one on each wrist and it is understated, addictive and very classy. You can two on either side of the neck, a couple on the chest, one on the head and two on each wrist and it becomes this very powerful, confident and bold version of itself that dominates rooms. You can do all that layered over Erba Pura and it becomes something that will conquer planets. There is never a bad time or wrong occasion to wear Naxos. Oddly, it is a fragrance that I absolutely love but have never once gotten even one compliment on. When you consider the weird and wonderful fragrances Ive worn over the years that have gotten compliments, this is a bit strange. But we don't wear fragrances for compliments do we? I get enough enjoyment out of smelling like this to not have to worry about what others think of Naxos. Three Word Summary: Italian All Round. It's my first review. It's not due to the power of Naxos. I'm just bored right now. I know, it's long. I'll do better. So I stoped by Scentbar LA to get some summer juice. The nice lady working there gave me a sample of Naxos. I wore a few dabs to a Whole Foods during a warm July day and was leaving a trail of good smells down each aisle but it may have been too potent for the Venice Beach noses. I really liked the blend so I bought a bottle (at Saks, don't tell Luckyscent). I've have been living with it for a week so here is my expert opinion. Presentation: The presentation, if you give a shit about that sorta thing, is A++. It came in a white box labeled Naxos, inside that box was a cooler red, white and green box and inside that box was a dope leather case and beautiful bottle. Note Break Down: You've got the notes list so I won't tell you I found some secret unlisted note. Who cares anyway, it smells f-n amazing. I'm originally from North Carolina (tobacco country) so I can say that the tobacco note is legit and amped up a bit. All the other notes smell realistic and well placed. Compliment Factor: Will it get you compliments? Yup. Will it get you laid (seems to be what some mean by "compliments" on here)? Probably not. No cologne alone can do that. Take a shower, be confident, smell good, wear clean pressed clothes and ask questions about the person you're interested in. Or be ridiculously good looking. Even then, I still shower daily. Occasions: Whatever works for your MOJO. I would wear it again to run errands, just not mid day in July in LA. I have an office that I sometimes visit. When I do, I might spray one to the chest (I wear a suit) and one on my wrists. No need to choke out the staff. I personally won't spray more than 4 shots when going out on the town but to each their own. Value: Excellent (for some). It's $250 per bottle but it's 3.4 oz. Many designer frags are $100+ for a 1.7 ouncer. That said, if you're living the broke life (no shame, I've been there) then you're better off buying something like Dolce and Gabbna The One EDP on the gray market and using the other $200 on bills, groceries, magic beans, etc. Comparisons: I also found a new bottle of Pure Havane 3 weeks ago and bought it to comp the two. My comparison is this. Michael Jordan is an NBA Hall of Fame shooting guard, so is Reggie Miller. Reggie Miller is no Naxos. Overall: I don't expect women to chase me down because I'm wearing Naxos. My non fraghead friends don't give three shits that I'm wearing Naxos. I won't wake up a better person because I'm wearing Naxos. But, I'm glad I've got Naxos on the team. It's a Hall of Famer.

Decant review: Naxos’ opening comes in with a fresh, sweet lavender that feels airy and smooth right away. There’s citrus present but it stays in the background, more for lift than anything distinct. What stands out early (compared to my previous wears... maceration??) is how quickly a light tobacco presence shows up, blending into the sweetness rather than sitting apart. Within the first hour or so, the sweetness clearly turns into a syrupy honey—rich and slightly floral, giving it that true honey character. There’s also a subtle resinous edge early on that adds a bit of texture without disrupting the overall smoothness. As it moves into the mid, the honey warms up and becomes the core, while the tobacco blends into it and gives it a slight edge and depth. The lavender stays present longer than expected, continuing to keep things airy and controlled despite the richness of the honey. Around the second hour, a bit of cinnamon starts to come through on the edges, adding a soft spice that helps define the scent without overpowering it. At the same time, the tobacco begins to dry out slightly, creating a balanced contrast between the golden sweetness and a more textured, slightly dry backbone. Into the drydown, the honey and lavender fade back but never fully disappear, and a creamy vanilla starts to take over as the main body. This develops into a cinnamon-vanilla core wrapped in a dry tobacco layer, where the tobacco adds structure and keeps the sweetness from becoming too soft or generic. Even several hours in, it doesn’t turn into a typical vanilla-tonka drydown... there are still traces of the earlier honey and lavender that give it more character. It gradually softens into a lighter version of this profile but stays surprisingly present even at eight hours, maintaining that mix of vanilla, light spice, and dry tobacco with a subtle echo of its opening. Compared to the dupes, it really does stand on its own. The balance of the notes and how even top notes remain well into the Drydown is impressive. It is light and airy despite how sweet it is at times. You could wear this anytime except for the dead of summer. It smells like springtime to me. I would’ve liked more tobacco and a touch more cinnamon in the mid, but I’m really nit picking here. 9.5/10

2016 greece, that is what is reminding me of, though i have never been there. The luxury in a bottle. Xerjoff Naxos. When i tried Naxos for the first time, it hit me with 2016 summer greece vibes, maldives, bali, thailand, every other tropical place on earth. This is what it feels like when you buy Naxos or at least when you try it for the first time. You are not just buying a fragrance, you are buying a memento, you are buying a tropical scent that is going to fill you with moments that you have never gone to these tropical places, luxury hotels, places etc. In my opinion this is a very versatile scent despite why the people voted so much for winter, it is a versatile all year round scent, i can rock it everywhere i go if i was a rich man. Long lasting scent, will last you 12 hours or more, but i think you should spray 2-3 times per side if you want great performance. It is very unisex, women could easily wear this too. Sillage is strong, a loud fragrance which i approve of, if you do not like loud and sweet frags, this ain't for you. Price is more than fair, for me ok means fair, let's be real if you loved this scent and you preferred this specific blend over most parfums out there, would you buy it? for me this fragrance feels too real which is insane how great this fragrance is, real honey, real tobacco, real vanilla, real citrus, everything screams quality here, thus i called it: Luxury in a bottle, for this kind of quality and performance i am not surprised at the price. Overall: 10/10, i really love everything about this fragrance simply cause it transports you to a place you never been before and it works, this is truly a great scent, a scent that everyone should try at least once in their lifetime.

I don't know that there is another fragrance out there that is so versatile, and yet so original. There are a lot of fragrances that work all 4 seasons, but they tend to be dull and uninspiring. There are also a lot of unconventional and interesting fragrances, but they tend to limit occasions to wear them by their nature. Naxos is the rare, dare I say unique, beast that is both at the same time. I can not thing of a single bit of weather, or a single occasion, in which it would be inappropriate to wear it. It is also just so interesting. It has so many notes during its evolution. The smell is intoxicating. It is sweet. It would be cloying, if it weren't for the spices, lavender, and citrus. Each of those balances the honey and tonka at different moments. I never notice the lavender and citrus at the same time. They seem to trade off their turns to keep the sweetness grounded. It is really just so well blended. I never get tired of it. Performance is fantastic. It would say it projects for 4-5 hours. It is a skin scent for 12. It gets constant compliments. By far my most complimented all-rounder (I have had more for gourmands in the winter, for example Via Cavor I gets raves, but it is far less versatile). If you get it on discounters, a 100ml bottle can be had for under $175 USD in the US. I can't think of a better value.

It smells like a familiar, trustworthy, elegant, calm, well-balanced, and well-groomed man, it gives a truly masculine sense of confidence. With lavender it feels masculine; with citrus it becomes fresh and dynamic; and with honey, cinnamon, and tobacco it creates a strikingly niche yet harmonious character. It’s very suitable for a blind buy, especially as a safe entry-level fragrance for those trying niche perfumes for the first time. It feels like a more modern, smoother, slightly sweeter, and much more wearable version of the classic “dad cologne” style , those traditional masculine scents, but refined. The more you smell it, the more you want to keep smelling it. It doesn’t tire the nose or feel suffocating. It suits a suit perfectly, and it also works very well for everyday wear for men who dress stylishly and masculine. It performs wonderfully in cool weather and winter, except for very hot summer days. Compliments are almost inevitable because it has a style that women tend to like masculine, balanced, moderately sweet, and quite strong in performance. Among so many perfumes, I don’t think it has a dramatic, unforgettable effect or something you instantly fall in love with, but it’s so comfortable to smell and so well balanced that I genuinely enjoy it a lot.

It’s measured, rounded, held in place. Nothing spills. Nothing spikes. It presents itself with calm authority. Its structure is progressive. Each phase reinforces the previous one, adding weight without distortion. It matures rather than transforms. The tension exists between comfort and command. It feels inviting, almost familiar, yet there is a firmness beneath it that prevents it from becoming passive. It welcomes—but on its terms. The warmth is controlled, never indulgent. Wearing it stabilizes your presence. There is no need to assert or project aggressively. It creates a grounded field around you—consistent, reliable, deliberate. You don’t move erratically in it; you operate with direction. To me, this is structured confidence. Not excess, calibration. Not softness, controlled warmth. Not dominance, authority that doesn’t fluctuate. It is what remains when intensity is refined into discipline.

A Masterpiece of Balance! Naxos is one of those fragrances that lives up to the hype. And honestly? It deserves every bit of it. The opening is a bright, slightly citrusy burst of bergamot and lavender, but don't let that fool you. Within minutes, the heart reveals itself: a rich, warm honey that's neither too sweet nor cloying, perfectly blended with tobacco and cinnamon. It's smooth and incredibly sophisticated. The dry down is where the magic happens. Vanilla and tonka bean add a creamy, slightly powdery sweetness, while the cashmeran and musk give it a soft, sensual base. The tobacco stays present throughout, but not smoky or harsh. Just want to mention; I don't like tobacco note, but I LOVE NAXOS! Performance? Beast mode! Easy 10+ hours on skin, days on clothes. Sillage is strong – people will notice you, but it's not offensive. Season: Fall and winter mostly. Spring evenings work too. Occasion: Date night, formal events, or anytime you want to feel like a million bucks. You don't need anything else if you have Naxos. If you love honey, tobacco, lavender, and vanilla, this is your signature scent. If you dislike sweet fragrances or find honey notes overwhelming, this might not be for you. In short; 10/10. It's a Masterpiece!

Real talk — I almost didn't buy this because I thought a "honey tobacco" scent would smell like a cigar shop or my uncle's den. Nope. Completely wrong. Naxos is honestly one of the most weirdly comforting things I've ever put on. The tobacco is barely even the star for me. What I notice most is this smooth honey and vanilla thing with a little lavender that somehow makes it smell almost like a really nice, clean bar of soap? I know that sounds strange for a sweet fragrance but that's the vibe. Sweet, but never that gross syrupy sweet where it gives you a headache. It stays classy. If you've smelled Mugler Pure Havane, yeah there's some overlap, but Naxos feels like the grown-up upgrade — thicker, creamier, higher quality, and it just sits better on the skin. Couple honest notes: it's not a summer beast for me, I save it for cooler months, and the price stings a bit. But you get a big 100ml bottle and it lasts absurdly long, so I've made peace with it. One or two sprays and I'm good all day, plus my jacket smells unreal the next morning. Bottom line: this is the kind of scent that makes you feel a little more put-together than you actually are. Zero regrets, would rebuy.

I originally bought this for my husband. When I first sprayed it on paper, the opening felt quite masculine to me, so I assumed it wasn’t my style. Today I tried it on my skin — and the drydown completely changed my mind. Once the layers started to unfold, there was this warm, resinous, slightly boozy sweetness that reminded me a lot of Angels’ Share Paradis. That same golden, syrupy amber texture appeared, but here it feels less gourmand and more powerful. Paradis leans a bit more feminine and sweeter; this one feels stronger and more grounded, yet still incredibly sexy. On my skin it transforms into a warm, resinous, subtly gourmand scent that isn’t overpowering, yet definitely leaves an impression. It doesn’t scream for attention, but it has presence. And I have to mention the experience — this was my first Xerjoff, and the unboxing felt like opening a piece of jewelry. The presentation truly adds to the luxury feeling. For me, it’s a fragrance that can work both day and night: not loud, but memorable. Love it.

I haven't seen anyone else mention this but in my country we have a gas drink with a flavour called pinenut. The drink has a creamy almost pineapple like flavour and smell, and I get the distinct scent of that cola drink in Naxos, particularly in the opening. It must be the sweet citruses mixed with something else. In any event, as soon as I smelled Naxos it entered my top 3 perfumes of all time. It's classy, elegant and very addictive. As a lover of tobacco scents, Herod I would say is good for day to day wear whereas Naxos is more for special occasions. That being said, the tobacco note in Naxos isn't as prominent as I expected but regardless the overall scent is amazing. Finally, the performance is of the best in my collection. Your clothes will need a wash to get the smell off but I don't know why you would not want your clothes to smell like what for good reason is Fragrantica's number one voted niche fragrance of all time. Naxos to me gives off smart casual Mediterranean "old money" vibes. 10/10

Do not spray this if your "power move" is a mildly assertive Slack message followed by "No worries if not!" If your aesthetic came from one TikTok carousel titled "old money starter pack"; walk away. The lavender and citrus will seduce you. The honey will betray you. The tobacco and vanilla will expose you. On the wrong man, every note becomes an indictment. The man who owns this wears it to nowhere. Conversations lower half a register when he enters. When he leaves, someone asks who he was. Nobody has a complete answer. He has been asked hundreds of times what he wears. He gives a partial smile that contains more information than the answer ever would. Naxos does not ask whether you can afford the bottle. Money was never the barrier. The barrier is whether the fragrance believes you when you wear it. If you need this scent to make you interesting, it will humiliate you in front of everyone you were trying to impress. If you were dangerous before you opened the cap; it will crown you.

Love at first smell. High quality and luxurious smelling fragrance. Not offensive or heavy at all, its the opposite. This is a fragrance a gentleman would wear on special occasions. If you have an elegant style this is definitely for you. Suitable for special occasions, date nights and office environment. If you mix honey and milk and brush that mixture on a cigar, let it dry for a bit and then smell it, this is the smell you would get; Clean, sophisticated, elegant and rich smell. Strong projection and long lasting on my skin (12+ hours and still easily noticeable). I had blind bought this recently (i have smelled it on the store but never smelled it beforehand.) and i have no regrets. However, im not recommending anyone to blind buy any fragrance since fragrances are like food. Some might love it while some hate it. I wish i had introduced to this perfume long before. 10/10 For me, highly recommend it.

If you are looking for a tobacco honey, this is not it. With that being said I think Naxos is an absolute 10/10. This fragrance is definitely a journey, the beginning of which smells sweet floral that keeps you sniffing your wrist, I actually think the jasmine is way more present than people give credit for. Then the flowers go away and you are left with what I can describe best as a light cookie smell, like a biscoff. This could be the vanilla and cinnamon playing tricks on me, which I don't mind, because this part of the fragrance is just as beautiful as the beginning. I believe you can wear this all year round as it's not too heavy unlike what people might think, but the scent profile in my opinion is best suited for transitional seasons. The jasmine fits perfectly in a spring day, and the light slightly sweet cookies feels like a lovely treat in the Fall. top 3 of all time for me.

Naxos is a warm honeyed tobacco vanilla, with a strong lavender-citrus zing. It’s a fragrance I think of as “catchy”: it’s a crowd-pleaser, but it has enough complexity to make it intriguing and moreish. One of those scents that feels a little addictive. Naxos is one of the “loudest” perfumes I wear – it absolutely projects. When I wear it, I feel I’m shedding a golden glow. I’m usually nervous about overwhelming with my sillage, but I simply don’t worry too much with this perfume: it’s just so friendly, very hard not to like. It’s confident, but not overbearing or aggressive. It wraps me in an aura of good cheer, simple pleasure, shared laughter. It’s the perfect fragrance for Going Out: I love to wear it to comedy shows, bars, group dinners – anytime I want to uplift both myself and the people around me.

Xerjoff Naxos is widely regarded as one of the best niche fragrances on the market. Naxos is an absolute masterpiece of sensuality. Warm, rich, seductive, and incredibly addictive, it has that rare ability to feel luxurious and dangerously attractive at the same time. On skin, it develops into a magnetic scent trail that constantly pulls people in. Out of all the fragrances I own, this is easily one of the most devastating when it comes to female reactions. It’s genuinely a lethal weapon with women. Compliments are almost guaranteed, and the attention it creates feels effortless rather than overpowering. To me, Naxos is not just a fragrance — it’s pure charisma in a bottle. “Italians do it better”

For what it is, it is just perfect! It smelles slightly sweet, spicy, fresh and rich. Smells like luxury in the most baroque way possible and I love it. Blend is out of this world and sillage is amazing, in sillage it is very similar to what you smells on skin. Longevity is 8h+ on skin with 4 sprays and projection is strong for first 2h then a bit less for 2h more and then the most beautiful skin scent. It is wearable year round, maybe not in the 30°+, but for summer nights out and close space events it is just perfect. The only thing is that it's not daily driver becouse the the overwhelming beauty of the fragrance. It is just 10/10. PERFECT. Anybody that hates on this fragrance didn't try it for a full wear. Worth the price!

On the top of my wishlist as I currently do not own a bottle but the multiple times I ran into this while shopping, it was a beautiful, heavenly almost story like scent. The top lavender and honey notes start off with you in Eze strolling up the castle while smelling all the beautiful flowers surrounding the pathway. As the top layers begin to fade the rich cinnamon and jasmine comes in, you walk down Eze and call an uber to Cannes to enjoy the afternoon walk along de la croisette. And as the sun sets and the evening is looming, the fragrance then shifts to a complex vanilla and tonka fragrance perfect for grabbing an evening dinner alongside the beach probably at the gray plage barriere while admiring the Mediterranean.

I got a tester bottle for 140€ in Greece and for this price this has to be one of the best fragrances ever at least to my nose. I typically dislike Lavender heavy scents but here its blended perfectly with the honey and tobacco. On my skin its definitely coming off as a sweet scent however its not cloying at all, i would definitely use this all year round except like very hot days, Definitely suitable for summer evenings and perfect for date nights, definitely unisex leaning slightly masculine. Performance is excellent on my skin as I easily get over 8 hours, on clothing is lasts for days. Projection for the first couple hours is fairly strong so i would go easy on the trigger. Overall 9.5/10 definitely worth the hype

I am not a fan of citrus fragrances. But this I love it doesn’t smell like a blast of lemons in your face. It’s more like a citrus cream. I don’t know how I’ll still explain it.. the lavender follows almost immediately, and when that fades a little bit outcomes, the honey. If you don’t like honey, you will not like this fragrance. It’s very dense but at the same time smells delicious very long lasting fragrance over seven hours for me and I could still smell a skin scent in the morning. The lavender in here is beautiful and it last through most of the journey. This is the type of fragrance that is a true love or hate I’m just explaining how I experience this fragrance. It may be different for others.

I fucking love this fragrance. It’s sweet with the honey, which feels realistic, and then comes the tobacco, which is a perfect match with the honey. It is pretty mature and very elegant, like that versatile fragrance for special occasions that always makes a great impression. For the last part, the fragrance ends with a citrusy touch of lemon and bergamot. I normally get 8–10 hours of duration, but in the last 2–3 hours it’s more like a skin scent, though it still projects a lot. For me, wearing it is like an experience. It’s my favorite fragrance so far, and since it was a blind buy, I definitely recommend it. 10/10

I live on the doorstep of Provence, and every summer I rediscover this fragrance in the fields — slightly less sweet and honeyed. After the distillation of the lavender, the straw is spread back onto the same fields. These spent lavenders perfume the hills of the Drôme magnificently. Every time I ride past these fields, I think of Naxos, which for me is based two-thirds on this sublime natural scent. In these hot summer fields covered with lavender straw, one finds the tobacco, warm, spicy, almost vanilla-like side — so far from traditional lavender oil. This is the image that Naxos inspires in me.

Wowww. This fragrance is GORGEOUS. It scared me initially because there was an unwelcome ghost of anise/licorice - not even really the scent itself, but for some reason it made me think of licorice. It's hard to explain. I hate licorice, and even then I was going to give it a 4/5. Fortunately, that went away in a few minutes and blossomed into one of the best colognes I've ever smelled. To me, the strongest notes are the honey and lavender, which is very gently complimented by the tobacco. Truly a masterpiece. Me and my guy agreed this is probably what James Bond would smell like, lol.

Its a really beautiful scent. I get the lavender, lemon and honey projecting very nice off my skin. It lasts for a good amount of hours before it dries down to a smooth honey and vanilla scent. I tried it at a retail store first time and I didn’t like it. But my girlfriend said it was nice. Caved in, and bought a 100ml bottle on discounted price. The bottle I got smelled totally different then the one at the retail store. The one at the store only smelled honey. But the one I got, I smelled lavender, lemon, honey etc. I loved it. So It will be my signature scent for a good while.

This is the type of perfume that: when you buy it, you will start to understand there is levels to this hobby. Opens up with the explosion of lavender honey combination that envelopes you in this incredible vibe of an expensive Opera setting and dries down with the most pleasant tobacco smell, think of an old jazz club atmosphere. Incredible scent development, the most complemented fragrance I own, worth every penny. Be aware, it is quite cloying, and people with sensitivity to sharp smells will announce their discomfort, but who cares when you smell like that? 8/10 Banger.

There are people on these frag forums that should have their first amendment taken away from them. The saturation of stupidity in the fragrance community is astounding. Sone of the halfwitted comments make me weep for the gene pool of America. There are literally people complaining because a honey/tobacco based fragrance smells like honey--Fck sake. Even if you don't like honey and tobacco fragrances, this is a masterpiece of perfumery. Absolutely beautiful. Perfectly blended and smells like money....and honey. Now go buy your club De nuit and STFU.

I just love Naxos. I know many hate on this fragrance, mostly because it has been hyped for years now and is a bit more pricey. But honestly this is a beautiful scent, became my signature. I also use Maison Asrar - Muharib to not waste too much from the original. The only thing that can make you unhappy is the performance difference between batches. My first bottle was weak and didn’t last more than two hours. The one I have now lasts 6-8 hours and projects okay. The more you dressed up when you wear this fragrance the better it will smell on you.

So glad I blind bought this. Perhaps it just dethroned Althair as my "comfy" scent. In order to be perfect however, I wish it was just a little bit edgier, just slightly more masculine. But perfection isn't necessary. I will wear this on days where I want to feel good vibes, be kind to people and charming. It's not an aggressive or dominant scent to "get things done" (for that, I have Boss Bottled Absolu and others), it's just beautiful and cozy, while staying somewhat deep and mysterious. It's probably easy to fall in love with.

This is absolutely divine and the description does not do it justice. This starts out fruity and floral mixed with spices. It also has woods with a touch of rhum. At first the spices are stronger but settle down after a few minutes and fragrance becomes more balanced making it a bit more floral which I like. After a while you are left with woods, rhum and orange flowers with the spices in the background. Definitely worth a try. Strong, long lasting and very good projection.

At first it was abit weird, but as i wore this more i started to really appreciate how good it was. Its the scent trail and the bubble around you that gets you the compliments and alot of women compliment telling me its unique. Its on my rotation now and everytime i get to this bottle, i drench my clothes and body with it becuse the dry down is where the magic happens and when your body heats up and emits the scent, ladies get drawn to it in my experience.

Oh ok. First time I put my hand on it, it was love at first sniff. Lovely blend of citrus and sweet components . Love the trail it leaves behind, particularly at the beginning. Then it tones down to something else. I was afraid I’d smell like some mafioso but it never happened. :) I think this will be forever gem made by Xerjoff. Decent longevity and sillage however definitely not a beast mode performance. Shame. Expected a bit more.

Much better than I’d even expected. Exceptional. This is a master blend, and the cohesion here is stunning. Sweet, fresh, amber, citrus, honey, musk. You can tell it has the structure of a Fougere when you smell closely. I’ve smelled more of Xerjoff since and I am 50/50 on the much of their output, but this is their heavy hitter for a reason. Really sits between niche and designer sensibilities perfectly. A real symphony. A+

@alperi.... you're fine,,, the older ones are less sugary if you will,,, overall performance is similar,,, after initial projection of first few hrs it always leaves a thick scent trail.,,,even when you think its gone,,, it will pop out to remind you,,, sometimes you catch a whiff and other a mouth full.... you've got a special scent,,,enjoy it without the community noise.,.,.it will only distract from the ride!

Honey, lavender, touch of tobacco-- sublime. You can smell the citruses and cinnamon really giving Naxos lift on skin, but they never become the key players. Naxos is mass appealing, and you can be certain that everyone around you will like how you smell. Performance is excellent. It's not nuclear, but it is indeed excellent. You'll get a full work day and then some with a few sprays of Naxos.

To everybody saying the new batches have no performance, take a shower please. In all seriousness this is one of if not the strongest fragrance I’ve ever owned and also the least linear fragrance ever. It’s genuinley insane the way it changes on your skin. Oh yeah and it gets compliments if thats your sort of thing. Probably the closest fragrance to perfection (for me)

It took me a minute to appreciate it. Because at first it smelled really strong of medicinal lavender which gave me headache. But then I smelled it on somebody else. He projected real good of that honey note. Tried it again and yeah! You should not shove your nose to the spray spot. Better, wear it. It smells delicious with sophistication coming from that lavender.

Surprised me the first time I tried it, I was expecting a typical gourmand and it wasn't that at all. Smells high quality, distinct, sweet... a more masculine take on the gourmand thing, though it still stays unisex. Interesting stuff. Very popular, and I get why. Not my favorite overall, but it's top 15-20 in my collection. Personal subjective score: 8.5/10

2nd review: this was my SOTD on summer day party, I got so many compliments it's insane, people asked me what was I wearing and I even got complimented twice by same person saying that I'm smelling crazy good. I did respray it after 4h. So for anyone saying this is not good for summer just try wearing it in heat and you will see. It was around 30° Celsius.

This was a blind buy with absolutely no regrets. I got it for my husband for his birthday, and it turned out to be a perfect choice. The scent is smooth, warm, and very appealing without being too strong. It’s definitely unisex, and I wouldn’t mind wearing it myself. I especially love catching the scent of it on him throughout the day.

In my opinion, this is the best in the world; it has everything. I'd only choose it for autumn and winter. I've tried the best fragrances; some have too much vanilla, some too much tobacco, some too much honey, but this one is indescribably perfect. No one will ever surpass it; it's like a blend of all scents, not from this world.

On trying this from the discovery set, I have to say that Naxos is one of the most beautiful fragrances that I have ever smelled. That being said, to my nose it does lean more feminine. Your results may vary though, so definitely try it out. Its just that to me, I would rather smell it on a woman than on myself.

Got a multi tester pack, many was mehh. Then sniffed Naxos, my eyes closed, central nervsystem orgasmic response. My shoulders fell down, my nose came in a a second long whiff. Eyes are now rolling back in my skull. I have never thrown my credit card harder at something before. BACKUP bottle worthy! 10/10

Naxos was my sig scent for the past few years. I had an older bottle with the lighter colored juice and it was so, so good. Finished that bottle and got a new one, evidently reformulated, noticeably darker, and it just lacked the magic. Not terrible at all but not special either. A definite shame.

Got in a decant, two sprays on the neck on a very hot day, and I love it. Might already be my all time favourite. A soft Smokey sweetness that isn't an annoying trendy sweetbomb gourmand. Don't know if I'll ever want to spend that much for a whole bottle, but I'll definitely get more decants.

The lemon, honey, tobacco blend in this is just delightful. Really love it, super inviting, not offensive at all and widely loved as a seriously pleasant fragrance 🥰 Currently got it as a tester but would seriously consider buying this once I run out of another fragrance in my collection 💛

Love it, such a nice sweet, but not overly sweet fragrance. The tobacco note adds masculinity to it, so it doesn't smell like every other generic stronger with you intensley type of scent. Bergamot note adds some freshness balancing the sweetness a bit too. My go to for special occasions.

Sweet but not gourmand. Honey bomb with amazing projection and longevity, with a well done lavender note on top. I don't really get tobacco from it. In my opinion I think this leans more unisex than masculine and can be used year round if worn right. Absolutely delightful masterpiece.

Honestly, this fragrance is pure perfection. Nothing has ever had me so addicted. It’s long lasting - I smell it on my clothes for days after and the only reason I don’t wear it everyday for the rest of my life is I don’t want to go blind to the smell of it. Absolutely work of art.
