Mi Amore

I am really really surprised by this one - I like it a lot! This is an incredibly sexy, warm, sweet and slightly spicy perfume. I got this for £19.99 on Ebay for an absolutely huge bottle, and I'm very pleased with my purchase. For me, the opening blast was ripe plum, spun sugar and musky notes. I thought it was okay, but as the day went on, I kept getting a beautiful cloud of sweet raspberry candy-floss lingering around me, and I realized it was this scent! It really mellowed out on my skin, and I enjoyed the warm, comforting sweetness. Someone below said it was a "come hither" perfume, and I definitely agree! I wore this to see my other half today and he buried his nose into the crook of my neck, took a deep inhale and told me I smelt delicious. (He rarely compliments my perfumes, so I knew this one was a winner.) I can't say I enjoy the bottle... It's pretty gaudy, but never mind! The juice inside makes up for it. Mi Amore, in my opinion, is perhaps the more grown up, sophisticated, older, sexier sister of Pink Sugar. (I didn't like Pink Sugar at all, it was too bitter and cold smelling for me!) They're not overly alike, but to my nose, there is a slight similarity. It must be the sugar. Mi Amore has a lot more depth, and really develops on my skin into a deep, sensual wrist-sniffing perfume with it's dreamy vanilla dry down. Mi Amore is the glamorous one in the family, in strappy high heels and a tight pink dress, adorned with dazzling bling and a faux fur coat to top it all off. Sexy, playful, demanding and confident. I think I have a new date night perfume!

Delightful and dreamy! Okay, so far I'm impressed, the 95% positive reviews have not let me down at all. 'XOXO Mi Amore' is a super-feminine, subtly-flirty, daytime bright, clean scent. The opening is 100% the highlight for me! It's literally tangy ORANGE CANDY! But not too sweet or synthetic. The raspberry is tart too!, supporting the orange. There's also something else I can't quite put my finger on that makes this opening complex... Within 30-45 minutes, the scent develops into a gentle plummy cotton candy with a hint of vanilla. I feel the heart loses complexity from the opening, but it's still delicious and soapy. You'd think 'XOXO Mi Amore' might be too powdery or sickeningly cloying, but it's the COMPLETE opposite. 4-5 Hours on my skin and complexity has deepened again! The dry-down is so appealing: amber, woody...just a touch of musk. Smells so clean and classy! I'll be completely honest: I was expecting an absurdly cloying artificial mess of a fragrance, but instead was countered with a perfume that has none of those characteristics. This has great depth, mass-appealing, exudes cleanliness, is loved by men and 100% feminine. I'll definitely be keeping this as it's one-of-its-kind in my frag roster. Gorgeous!

Ok, editing this with a brand new post since I got a bottle of the perfume to use in conjunction with the body spray. First off: SWEET TARTS. This makes me smell like a walking sweet tart. This is *not* necessarily at all a bad thing in fact when hubby walked in the door at the end of the night he walked right over, sniffed my neck, kissed it and said, "I approve of whatever this new fragrance is". :) At first I thought I'd get sick of it but I noticed as the day wore on that I enjoyed the raspberries, oranges and overall sweetness of the perfume. I even went back and spritzed some more to refresh later! As the hours wore on and the fragrance mellowed out I was VERY much reminded of Delicious Cotton Candy and a *little* bit of the sugary elements in Pink Sugar but only a bit. In fact, I think this perfume would layer perfectly with Delicious Cotton Candy so I'll likely give that one a try. All in all, a GREAT value! A WHOLE lot of sweet-smelling, long-lasting perfume at a rock bottom price. I'd recommend it to any of my fellow gourmands.

Oh my word. This scent IMMEDIATELY brought back childhood memories of playing with an older child who owned a Strawberry Shortcake doll and friends. It does not have the exact scent of Strawberry Shortcake, but rather one of her berry scented pals. I smell a mixture of densely sweet, artificial berries and that 'plastic dolly' note that may well be synthetic amber. Linear, Young, and Strong. The only difference in the dry down is that it softens and showcases a tad more powder. The feeling conjured up for me is that of childhood fantasies and sweetened, plastic dolly skin. :D I would never compare it to fragrances with a genuine berry aura, or the classics that have withstood years of scrutiny and wear. But as ITSELF I consider it to be a guilty treat. Like that bit of chocolate you really don't need.... which brightens the entire day! Update - I couldn't resist. I now own the body spray and consider myself rather lucky. <3 This is happiness in a bottle, and utterly adorable. <3

Just bought from eBay for $13 great price. I was so excited to try this blind buy according to the reviews íve read on here. I will start off by saying at first spray I was like oh no! It smelled like CK obsession for women in the dark brown bottle... I don't hate CK obsession but don't like it for me personally. Therefore after a 15min ít smelled exactly like BS Fantasy which I like and own. With that being said í was little disappointed I was hoping for the the smell of plums, berries etc. All I got was powdery vanilla it last 2-3hrs on me but then again I only sprayed 1-2 light sprays. As í said earlier I like and own BS fantasy, and to me well on me smells identical!! It's not bad àt all íf you give it a chance after the first spray! Lol, I don't think I will be repurchasing this again. Although for $13 I don't consider this loss. Just wished It would have smelled more plúm ànd raspberries which I love!!! Therefore if you like BS Fantasy you will enjoy this! ✌🏼

I'm thrilled Mi Amore is still available! The body spray is absolutely delightful and only needs to be longer lasting to be perfect. It's strong and delectable. That it also comes as a perfume is perfect. Mi Amore hits a special spot for me, smelling like no particular berry or gourmand scent I already own, even as compared with Pink Sugar. They are related, but not even slightly twins. What does Mi Amore smell like? Like Strawberry Shortcake's gal pals! Like scented erasers. Like a plastic doll with berry scented hair. Like CHILDHOOD, in the best possible way. Oh, how I love it! Highly recommended as a budget treat for those who enjoy sweet gourmands and trips to Strawberry Shortcake land. :D

One of my favorite daily fragrances, simply a potent cotton candy perfume. Everything you could say about this fragrance has been said 100 times haha. Its like the body fantasies cotton candy body mist as a perfume. There’s little to no complexity here, which makes this amazing for layering on other frags. Sadly, the lack of complexity can make you want to wear more performative gourmand fragrances in your collection. Be careful not to overspray, one spritz too many and it turns ultra cheap. For that reason I sometimes prefer the more mild 8 oz body mist version for a fun lil mid day mood booster. 😌

Mi Amore is a good alternative for those who dislike Pink Sugar's opening, licorice, or the cotton candy sugar fest. This is just as much of a sugar fest, very sweet, but the sugar is fresher (not as warm) with raspberries dancing in the background. It opens fresh, fruity-sweet with orange and raspberry. As the fragrance settles, the sugar comes forth and the raspberry (not syrupy but not sour either) is the back-up singer. For anyone who almost likes Pink Sugar, try this!!

omg this smells delicious, mmmmm. I love wearing it. It's just a gorgeously sweet smell, but NOT sickly sweet. Just the right amount of sweetness, and it's slightly warm. I love woody vanilla sugary perfumes. I don't like Pink Sugar because it had a bitterness to it when I smelled it. I consider this much better. I have the body spray version though. I can smell it on myself right now, and it makes me happy.

I got this as a blind buy after reading the reviews on here and I'm so glad I did. It's a very sweet gourmand fragrance. I can see the resemblance to Pink Sugar especially on the dry down but Mi Amore doesnt have the liquorice and burnt sugar note that pink sugar has. This on has more of a sugar and vanilla note. I will wear this all year round evening hot days! A fab blind buy.

This is a sweet delight of a scent. It is a blend of fresh oranges and ripe raspberries sprinkled with sparkling sugar, and topped off with a scoop of cool creamy vanilla soft serve ice cream! So sweet and aromatic and feminine. As sweet as it is, it is never overpowering or cloying, so wear it with confidence whenever you feel playful and flirty. Perfect summer scent!!!

This was a blind buy~ which I don't regret! It is almost identical to Escada Magnetism, but more affordable! It is dark yet creamy, fresh-baked cookies and plum. Staying power is good, it is very tasteful. Not at all fruity in an aquatic sort of way, the only way I can describe it is; fresh baked cookies and plum. Yum.

Very sexy and sultry come-hither perfume! Sweet, but not sickening sweet. Sexy sweet and not common, if that makes sense. Reminds me a bit of Pink Sugar minus the burnt sugar smell. It's like a toned-down PS. But this is a million times better than Pink Sugar.

Very sweet & smells like candy! Heavy raspberry & orange sugar bomb. I recommend if you love sweet gourmands & got it for under $20! Lasts about 3 hours on me. Longer on clothes! Smells similar to Pink sugar minus the licorice & caramel notes 10/10

Awesomeee! Not cloying, mature and draws compliments. Nice on the budget - value for 3.4 oz. Like it on me lots as much as I do like Britney Midnight fantasy, and more than the popular Pink Sugar and Hayman Pink scents. Gotta try it!

Great perfume if starting a perfume collection. Nice sweet smell and it's repetitively cheap. Only warning is it is a bit too sweet at times as someone who only wears sweet perfumes I love it but I can be a bit too much for others.

Beautiful, vanilla, raspberry and sugar gourmand!!! It really smells like raspberry jam and I like that! I have tried many perfumes that are described as "jammy," but this one takes the cake.. the raspberry cake that is ;).

in my opinion this has good lasting power per spray and value for 3.5oz vs true religion - i like it now a little better than true religion. yay a keeper!

Sugared raspberries with a hint of orange oil is the best way I can describe it.

XOXO's "Mi Amore" was a safe and pleasant blind buy. It's a sweet, fruity (more like berry-ish), creamy, and inoffensive scent. I especially love using it during this gloomy/cold, winter weather but can see myself using it year-round. For those comparing it to Pink Sugar and Gayle Hayman's Delicious Cotton Candy, as others have already said, the main things that Mi Amore shares in common with those two frags is that it is sweet, cozy/warm, and creamy. It is by no means cotton candy-heavy, nor does it have the burnt sugar or licorice notes. PS and DCC are strikingly similar in that regard, but you can definitely tell the difference between those two and Mi Amore. Mi Amore lasted the whole day when I sprayed it on my top but has poor longevity on skin (even when the skin is moisturized). So it might be worthwhile to buy the body mist and EDT to prolong its performance or stick to getting the EDT. The mist vanishes fairly quickly unless sprayed on a top. The price is great for a 100 ml flanker (or 8 oz for the mist), so you'll get a lot of juice since you may need to respray it. I love it and can see myself repurchasing it.

Very sweet, and pink sugar like w/o licorice or too much burnt kind of complexity (as I see others have already mentioned). It also reminds me of velvet sugar from bath and bodyworks. I feel like I am wearing raspberries rolled in vanilla and confectionery sugar, those berries are just completely covered. There is no tartness or bite to the raspberry, it's just super sweet but you can still tell it's raspberry versus strawberry. I do get a nice hint of orange that comes through time to time, my favorite part of this is that nice little hint of orange, I even wish the orange was stronger. The jasmine in here reminds me of velvet sugars jasmine, just covered in candy and hard to make out as a flower but it adds that hazy floral feel that changes the scent from being just vanilla sugar berries. I think in order for me to have loved this I would have needed an extra squeeze of citrus and some tart raspberry edgyness to differentiate it a little bit more from other scents. Overall I like it but it's not ground breaking to me since I already have velvet sugar and pink sugar. But I think it was worth the try.

XOXO Mi Amore was suggested to me by another Fragrantican. We're both "sugar babies"! Way nicer than Pink Sugar which was too bitter, too sharp for me, a little different than Sexual Sugar because XOXO is a tad muskier, bit more vanilla in the drydown, less linear than GH Cotton Candy, sweeter than Love, Hope & Denim, not as perfume-y as D&G Pour Femme. Off the top I get grapefruit, but it's a well-behaved grapefruit surrounded by sweet berries and juicy fruit. While the mentioned frags may have some bubble-gum notes, XOXO does not. But they're all in the same genre, so this is a wonderful addition to the sweets perfume tray. DH loves it. I think he's picking up the musk as my other sweets skew to powdery on me (which I tend to prefer). But I can live with the musk because it's nicely countered by warm, woody vanilla. The bottle is a lot of fun, too. Now my perfume tray looks like a city skyline-- a whole new dimension! There's a lot of value here for the price point, too.

Mi Amore is a better, fruity version of Pink Sugar without all that burnt caramel and licorice which are actually the only two notes I HATE about Pink Sugar, so you can probably imagine how happy I was to discover this amazing scent that is similar to it, but so much better. Let's be honest, it doesn't have the staying power nor the sillage of Pink Sugar, but at least it doesn't make me sick like PS does sometimes. So yeah, it's pink, it's cute, it's yummy, it's sweet, it's a lot of fruit and cotton candy and it's simply super lovely and adorable. Because - why not? ;-) Who says that a nice perfume has to have hundreds of expensive notes and cost 1k dollars? This is cheap as heck (for the amount of liquid you get, I mean... 100 ml... damn that's a lot, I actually had to buy a travalo lol) and is still a really yummy, sweet, playful crowd pleaser. I've been pretty unlucky with some of my blind buys before, but Mi Amore is one hell of a great one :-)

It lasts a good 4 hours on me, and I've gotten lots of compliments on it!! 🥰 I've seen some comments that call it "juvenile," but honestly, I think "youthful" is a better way to describe it, in the best way possible! Perfect for spring and summer vibes. 🌞 If it's a little too sweet for you, you can always mix it up and use it as a base and layer other fragrances on top. Or, if you have a perfume that needs a little extra sweetness, just add a spritz of this to the mix. ✨ If you wanna smell like a walking cotton candy cloud, you won't be disappointed! 🎀💖

This stays on until you shower wow what a great cost for such a lingering scent. This smells like High School Musical perfume I bought years ago!! Yes the show had perfume... Its because of the 💗heart shape on the ombre' bottle is why I bought this its a gorgeous bottle but this is swaaaaaweeeeeeet WOW just 2 sprays and I smell like a cotton candy stand but there is a lipsticky 🍇 grape scent I cant get enough of. It smells better than Pink Sugar because it has no licorice. It also smells like Katy Perry Meow in the pink bottle. It is sugary cloying at times sweet sweet..but makes a great gift for a teenager. Its not something I will reach for often but the bottle is enough for me it is adorable 💖

Yea! This has been added so I can comment..... This happens to be one of the sweetest, cutest, sugary scents I have ever had. It was a gift w/ purchase and I thought it was so similar to Pink Sugar; young, sticky-sweet, but it happens to be my "when I need a pick me up" scent. Not necessarily dousing myself in the sugary goodness, but just spritzing around and walking through the mist. Let's face it, it's fun. It's young. It's uplifting and fruity and sweet. You can't argue with that!

Cotton candy w/ a hint of fruit and fresh musk. I love it! Much cheaper alternative to Sugarful, which is what it smells like to me. Under 20.00 for a 3.4 oz bottle and I think the longevity is pretty good! The scent stays close, but I could smell it on my skin 6 hours later. This is amazing by itself and also to layer with. It's so perfect for calming down overly floral fragrances. I will always have a bottle of this.

i wear this through the summer, my taste is generally a bit muskier but it gets a bit cloying for me in the summer. this is perfect and is very VERY sweet but not in a way that makes it hard to function, lol. i live in the midwest which gets very humid and i never feel suffocated by this scent!! but i love feeling edible and sweet and approachable, i think the jasmine helps a lot to sweeten and balance it out

Smells really similar to sugarful, which is one of my favourite perfumes. There is similarities to this and pink sugar, but pink sugar isn't fruity and smells quite chemical to me, where this is just sugar, fruity and cotton candy like. Lasting power isn't great, id say its about the same as sugarful.

A well balanced mix between Fantasy, Pink Sugar, and Princess. It's sweet and candylike, but not in your face or overpowering like Fantasy and Pink Sugar can be. It isn't heavy, and it isn't musky like I find Princess to be. It's sweet, light, and fun!

It reminds me a lot of Escada perfumes. I can’t put my finger on exactly which one but I’m positive it smells just like it. It’s a pretty, sweet and fruity scent. Nothing extraordinary but definitely good to have in the collection.

Well, all I can say is that XOXO Mi Amore is really sweet. It's like a mix of all the gummy candy Gushers meets a sweet vanilla bean cookie. Men love it, I love it. That's all that matters.

This is just fine. This is Nothing amazing or anything. This is completely safe to wear in any place. I can't imagine this offending anyone. It's definitely generic smelling for sure. It's pretty juvenile too. This honestly smells like if you mixed 40% of Fancy Girl by Jessica Simpson, with 40% of Raspberry Jelly Donut by Bath And Body Works, and then 20% of any cotton candy based fragrance. If You haven't smelled those Fragrances, the closest thing I can compare this too is like the smell of a really mild fruity pebbles cereal. But it smells really similar to a jelly donut as well, more of the jelly and powdered sugar, and not so much of the dough. There's no prominent florals, woods, or musk. It's mostly just raspberry, orange, and a lot sugary sweetness. If you're a girl who likes, easy gourmand fragrances, that are not challenging in anyway, then this is for you. This will not be for those who like more complex Fragrances, or mature fragrances. Wear time, projection, and lasting power is pretty average. So far, I would not repurchase this. Maybe something will change over time, but I completely doubt it. It's nothing memorable. You can find this s scent profile in so many other Fragrances.

The opening smells a bit like pink sugar with a mix of sweetarts but also like grape syrup/medicine which I HATE. I didn’t like that artificial grape note at all.

Mi Amore XOXO is a fun, upbeat, whimsical type "purple" fragrance that is sugar and candy sweet. This is not my typical fragrance archetypical smell, I normally gravitate to fragrances that have more of a yellow/golden type vibe... but so what -- we are in Covid 19 now -- and you may as well have some FUN! This perfume starts with a similar consistency to some of the Victoria Secret fragrances, the notes are familiar. Despite a fairly common beginning -- the dry down of this is particularly incredible - chocolate emerges, this is yummy and an unexpected twist to the plot - because I don't smell a lot of chocolate in this from the beginning. (This is pretty strong, I have begun to experiment with layering softer fragrances over this - to knock back some of the more screeching notes. This works pretty effectively, you just need to find the right blend that you like from the beginning through the dry down). --------- I'm normally repulsed by cotton candy type fragrances. I've ranted on and on about them in previous perfume reviews... but with all that is going on in the news, now is certainly the time to find some pleasurable things that bring back pleasant and fun memories. Cotton Candy and Sweet Tarts seems to be the closest thing in my memory bank of what this perfume actually smells like...(cotton candy and the grape sweet tarts, to be more exact -- with a vanilla note that ties the whole chord together). The cotton candy and Sweet Tarts takes me back to pre-junior high days where I couldn't wait to go to the county fair and have my annual cotton candy piled high with these gorgeous fluffy cloud-like pastel shades intertwined...the sticky sweet fluffy texture dissolving as soon as it made contact with my tongue. Then the granulated sugar melting in my mouth. The trick was to eat this without getting your hands and hair all sticky! It was fun - and totally Yummy! Not a culinary experience, but one of the happy, fun memories that I remember most about my childhood! Growing up requires more discipline -- so, one of the things that I gave up was overly sugary desserts. So bye bye cotton candy --- bye bye Sweet Tarts, (such a shame - because these were two things that I dearly LOVED!)!!!! However, my adult self will ever once in awhile (unconsciously...of course) grab a bag of pre packaged cotton candy and stuff it in my grocery cart, not even admitting to myself that I actually LOVE this stuff -- but have been denying myself this guilty pleasure for decades. Anyway, so much for getting carried away down memory lane! You can probably see why I like the fragrance notes in Mi Amore! --------- Mi Amore is a fun, playful, happy type fragrance. It is probably not going to fill every box for being a "signature" fragrance, but it will definitely add some variety to life - particularly since most of us are in some form of "quarantine" now. The packaging is cute, I would have probably liked this better when I was in Junior High -- or when I was trying to look creative living in the dorm room in college. The packaging is really perfect for this perfume - it resonates with the juice. Mi Amore reminds of a more whimsical, playful, light-hearted Euphoria option. Euphoria is more of the mother or more sophisticated older sister. Euphoria is more refined, polished, and more introverted, less expressive. oddly enough, they are in the identical same range - meaning, the chord is absolutely the same exact fragrance chord....however, Mi Amore is slightly more sharp... just a couple of notes singing slightly sharp, but adding a whimsical, magical, Disney type ZING to the whole fragrance composition. Avon's Rare Amethyst - is not an exact dupe, but if you are drawn to Mi Amore and this is your very favorite perfume -- Rare Amethyst may be your version of a business fragrance, something that buffs down the whimsical playful notes into a more polished version of the same family of berry ingredients. Rare Amethyst is a softer, more polished sister --- very similar family of raw ingredients - but Rare Amethyst is like someone blended the ingredients into a smoothie where you smell the overall effect of the individual ingredients. Mi Amore is a bit more raw - like smelling the berries in the ingredients as if in a bowl where you can still make out the individual notes. Some of the notes take on a more sharp, sweet and tart type vibe. Euphoria, Mi Amore, and Avon's Rare Amethyst could be used as a signature - expressing different moods and intentions. On date nights and days when you are feeling more sexy/romantic - wear Euphoria; on days when you feel more flirty, playful, and fun - wear Mi Amore; and on days where you are having to get dressed for business to appear pulled together and like you have your business act together -- wear Rare Amethyst. Have fun with it! This is a fun fragrance -- And - have the cotton candy and Sweet Tarts ever once in awhile! Enjoy it! -------------- I would never have even tried this - without seeing the reviews of this on Fragrantica.com. After two weeks of trying this on my skin, it is definitely playful, fun, youthful. It takes the right occasion to wear this by itself, but I'm having success layering this fragrance to give a purple twist to other notes that I spray on top. I think this would be a great fragrance to wear around young children, it has a fun happy vibe to it...like wearing "Barney" (the overstuffed children's animation). It would be great for an elementary school teacher or Mom! This IS really FUN! The chocolate notes in the dry down are great! ------------ Ricci Ricci - in the bright purple bottle is a more mature version of this with rhubarb being the prominent note. If you like Mi Amore XOXO - you should also try Ricci Ricci. RR wears in much more of a linear fashion, it has a grounding dynamic to it that could be worn with MAXOXO for layering. ------------ Update: I'm trying mi Amore XOXO again because it is the Memorial Day weekend of a year and a half of Covid 19. This is a great light hearted, fun, upbeat, playful perfume for the spring/summer. There are probably some people who could wear this year round, why not! This is a mood enhancing, uplifting perfume. It is fun! I have just tried something that reminds me of Mi Amore XOXO - which is Jafra's Double Nature Rock perfume. This wears slightly lighter and softer than Mi Amore XOXO, but still has the general sweetness and berry type notes which reminded me of MAXOXO. I would recommend this for anyone who feels that they really like the general smell of MAXOXO - but do not want the silage or projection of a heavier perfume. This is one to wear if you have been told to "cool it" when wearing MAXOXO!

Love love love this 😍!!! It’s extremely sweet and candy-like. It doesn’t smell like Pink Sugar but I can definitely see the comparisons because they both fall in the same family of tooth-achingly sweet and girly perfumes. To me, this smells like candied raspberry & sugar, or raspberry flavored cotton candy. The sweetness here is thick, dense, and syrupy so be prepared to get nauseated if you overspray bc it can definitely get cloying. As someone who loves Pink Sugar and cotton candy-like perfumes, I am absolutely head over heels in love with this too 💘! I can’t speak on longevity yet but the silliage is enormous. I only sprayed 3x on myself but I’ve been choking on it for at least the past hour, and everytime I walk into a room, everyone says they can smell me 😅🥴

I am in no way a gatekeeper but I am afraid to tell people about this because I feel like if it was more mainstream it would go down in history as one of the BEST gourmands EVER!! I don't want it to ever sell out or be discontinued. I am a gourmand girl, and honestly I think this is better than Pink Sugar for me. And I wouldn't even say that it's just a cute cotton candy, I also really smell the orange oil in it as well but it's not citrusy at all, it's like sugared down orange oil lol. The plum is also prominent in here. But yeah it's mostly a sugar bomb lol. In the BEST way and lasts forever!! So worth the 30$ and one of my all time favorites.

very plummy and vanilla scent. Its mostly plum vanilla and amber, it reminds me of Sweet Like Candy by Ariana Grande but lighter and cheaper. I think the bottle is really cute too, I have never tried this brand before but i want to try the others now. They do Floral fruities right. PS this can layer very well with many other sweet-sugary shower gels and lotions...i used this with Secret Wonderland shower gel and Sugar Plum dream lotion....cause i was low on secret wonderland lotion....and it smells really good mixed with these cheap scents from bath and Body works. I love it...its like u have a whole new scent.

I love a sultry warm perfume, so why I like this one is beyond me. It's so sweet and fruity and has a light hearted vibe. The sweetness isn't too much, the fruity berry note dominates this one. Vanilla balances it well. The bottle is tacky sparkly and I adore it. The bottle is tall, beginning at the base it is round but graduates to a heart shape at the top. Underneath the bottom is a pink heart too. That metallic paint makes it the "gazing ball" of my collection. It's so silly and youthful but it commands me to stare at it. To me it's kind of a picnic perfume. It doesn't last very long on me, about 4 hours.

This one is Sa-weet! I sprayed myself about six times; the initial spray is immediately candied berries, heavy on the sugar. I got strong syrupy wafts of it floating up to my nostrils throughout the day and I think I overdosed on it. I adore gourmands, so this is right up my alley. However, for some, I can see how this can become sweet to the point of cloying so go light on that trigger finger. It is a sexy, saccharine berry bomb that will send you into a sugar coma. It's delicious. It lasts around five hours on my skin and all day on my clothes. I like it!

I love this. It is cotton candy and more. The more is also as wonderful as the cotton candy. I think I'm experiencing a second childhood, why else would I want to smell like warm fuzzy cotton candy. Call it a cheap thrill all you want, but this is fun! and I love smelling like this. I can't compare to other cotton candy scents, since I've never tried them but my tastes are floral/fruity which this has as the undercurrent along with the sweet, which by the way is very warm and vanilla.

I love my perfume very very sweet! And this is wonderful!! Think Pink Sugar with fruit. Or Hard Candy without the rhubarb. My favorite scents are gourmands and this quickly put itself into my top 5! (Pink Sugar, True Religion Hope Love Denim, Fantasy, Viva La Juicy, and now XOXO Mi Amor) I wish it had the potency/sillage that Pink Sugar does, but XOXO Mi Amor surprises me when I get a whiff of it later in the day, so that's good!

"Mi amore" is a pretty and "yummy" First spray is tart, "citrus" plum and raspberries.Once it driesdown it get sugary and vanilla. But still keeping its tartness.I don't get any Cotton Candy in this. It smells like "Sweet Tarts" Candies. Imo It smells nothing like Pink Sugar It's tart, Pink Sugar is not. "Mi amore" is Tart berries , sprinkled with vanilla sugar. Just yum..I've gotten some flattering compliments wearing this.

I see where you're coming from with the Pink sugar similarities, but this is in no way burnt, caramelly or licorice-y. It's a very sweet berry scent, more like synthetic blueberry than anything. Reminds me alot of Britney Spears Midnight fantasy, but also slightly of the much more expensive and discontinued NY for her by Bond no 9.

I feel like I would buy something totally different here in Czech republic, than the others. It is sicky sweet, I feel mostly coconut...and sweet...and coconut. That's all. No fruits, no cotton, nothing special. May it this fragrance be already old or different for other countrhies, than is in USA?

To me this is very much like Pink Sugar, but I enjoy this one more. If you like Pink Sugar, Fantasy, or Sugarful this might be something you should try. The current bottle looks different than what is pictured here btw. It's a pretty inexpensive perfume to purchase.

I seriously neeeeed the eau de Parfum version. There’s only body mists available right now and this scent is unbelievably delicious. It smells like a orangey plum sugary candy/cotton candy! The dry down is so yummy. Waaaay better than pink sugar!

Oh, how this takes me back to my childhood and the hippie stores with the berry incense burning. It is similar to Pink Sugar, but it really is Nestle Strawberry Nesquik.
