Sneakerhead

Smells like sweet glue, but not obnoxiously sweet, and it's quite wearable. In my personal taste, I wouldn't mind if they went a bit more raw, but if layered with Leatherize by DS&D, this is nothing short of a delight. Maybe I'll find that perfume one day, since I've had a bottle of this for quite a while. It does smooth out to a faint, ambery camphoric bias, but it's not significant. Doesn't last much longer than maybe 6 hours. TLDR: Wearable industrial glue, with little leather. I'm starting to regret ditching the old formulation of this thing which had more raw glue...but in any regards, didn't smell exactly like new sneakers.

less brand new sneaker, more sneaker store in the mall really bright, clean scent, pretty sweet too. i do get the leather and the glue and that rubber smell you get with sneakers, but theres also a lot more going on. to me it really does smell exactly like those stores in the mall, the sneakers plus whatever they pump into the air. i like it a lot edit: pairs well with Fresh Watermelon Beatbox

I tried 12 samples from Xyrena and didn't expect this to be the one. Androgynous, fresh, factory new opening, surprisingly not as artificial as I expected. Fruity and sweet, them fades to a men's deodorant while some of the newness lingers. Definitely could use Synthesis or Graffiti as backup, since it's not as unconventional as it seems.

Trying this also with samples of Dark Ride and Cinemaniac, I was not expecting THIS to be the most pleasant of the bunch. In fact it's surprising that this seems to get so much hate I can only imagine in true Fragrantican style most voters haven't even smelled the damn thing. Heavy dose of coumarin giving it an almost fougere-like composition, very soft leathery and plastic notes in the background, lightly aldehydic. It smells fresh, and genuinely would freshen up a pair of shoes as advertised. That said it doesn't really smell like any new pair of sneakers I've ever bought.

Holy shit I had this completely wrong. I ordered about ten samples from Xyrena and Sneakerhead was one of them. I sprayed it on one day and had to go wash it off and change my shirt. I thought it was a regular fragrance. I did not know it was to spray into your shoes.
