Silex

This fragrance has a lot more than just mineral notes. it has smoky top note and oud and even a bit of fruit too. It is subtle, well blended and way overpriced. I would wear this day or night, any season. It has some slight echoes of other scents but it has its own dna. Silage is moderate, lasts a few hours. I could not see myself spring for a full bottle, but anyone who loves bespoke fragrances this is worth sampling.

Sheeesh!! This bad boy is serious... Pulls no punches from the very start—stone and fire, imbued with some deep coniferous aspects, hit you right in the face—causing even the most prepared of challengers to falter and take a moment to gather themselves... Intensely masculine, commanding, domineering. Not for the faint of heart or floral-inclined. This is for those as unmoving and unwavering as the rock and stone captured here, and for those as bold and courageous as fire... This is certainly the most true mineral perfume I’ve laid my nose on. While it could also be said to be quite earthy, it is still very distinctly stone. Rough, not fully polished, sparks and puffs of dust still coming off with every glancing blow. The scent doesn’t evolve too much over time, with only YS-UZAC’s signature woodiness beginning to creep in. Though I personally find it a little too strong for more than the rare occasion, it’s a fragrance I strongly respect and admire, and would love to have a friend with the personality to pull it off with consistency. Or I suppose I’d even like to be that person myself, but alas I’m far too frilly, loving my florals and every other genre too much to dedicate enough of myself to it. Sillage strong, longevity excellent. As with most UZACs, price is sadly prohibitively high, and sampling rather difficult. I’m glad to help at that junction if I may—just let me know. Images conjured: stone quarries far underground, the up-close lattices of compressed strata deep in the Earth’s crust, forest bonfires surrounded by towering boulders... but also, your friend trying desperately to start a fire with two rocks and making the whole area smell of flint. Hahaha. Bravo, good sir!

For me this is one of the most interesting fragrances I have - it does smell like hot stones, especially in the opening. Then it becomes less bitter, colder and more fruity (I would expect a broken branch of a fruit tree to smell this way) but still maintains the gun-powdery core. One of a kind and surprisingly wearable

It smells like October; a flinty potpourri. Longevity is moderate to long, sillage is small to moderate. Stable mineral notes that speak of warmth, and good fortune (lucky scent). When it comes to fire/mineral perfumes, this is the best I've tried, being a bit more restrained and temperate than others.
