Bloom In Love

Hmm, I keep going from like to dislike this one. The citrusy flowery burst in the beginning is great, but I'm definitely getting a TON of cedarwood. This is like my mother's old fashioned cedar chest that also had a record player and storage for them. Somehow it makes me feel cold and sad, empty and lonely. I like the rest of it, but the cedar is just ruining it for me. Same thing with several other perfumes from YR. My Kiwi Kiss and the Purple Elixir especially. After 30 minutes it just goes sour and more dried out cedarwood. A tiny bit of really nice jasmine is in there for a bit longer. I'm going to use it once in awhile, for that juicy flower pop and try to ignore the woods. But it won't be another purchase or a favorite. I keep saying I'm done with YR, then I get tempted by new scents and usually turned off by too much patchouli, moss,or wood. At least this one isn't quite a scrubber. It seems to just depart on it's own after an hour.

What a lovely surprise. The first impression was just bitter, clean flowers but very nice. After wearing it on my skin and experiencing the development throughout the day I love it. It is clearly more complex than the few notes listed. I think maybe sandalwood and tea? It stands out from the other recent YR creations that are rather sweet. Now they just need to reinvent a appropriate bottle that can do the beautiful scent justice (and to bring back vie privee, 8e jour, ispahan and all their other forgotten treasures : )

This is absolutely charming! Fresh, floral, perfect for spring and summer. Well done YR! Waiting for warmer weather to wear this properly.

I blind-bought it in a travel set with two other scents. The scent is not as bad as the rating may indicate. Nevertheless, you have probably smelled similar scent profile before. It's fresh, bright, green/aromatic, clean, fresh spicy, and mildly floral. Reminds me of a crisp spring day. Smells fairly natural. It has classy feel. Nothing heavy, sweet, fruity or synthetic. Neroli seems prominent here, but I don't mind it, as long as it's sprayed lightly. I would enjoy it on spring days. Sur La Lande is still my favorite scent from the brand.

I find this to be very juicy, packs a lot of oumph in the opening. It reminds me a little of DG L'imperatrice - without the depth, but I get the same aquatic, melony approach. I layer it with a Jo Malone rhubarb to give it a bit of edge and I find the combo makes it a little more grown up. But overall not a bad one to have on hand for the warmer months.

I dont usually like this type of perfume, but there is something addictive in this perfume. It smells like spring morning to me. I agree with other reviewers, it definitely smells like there are other notes to IT than listed. I get tea and sandalwood, or to be precise drydown reminds me of molecule 01. I do like it.

Not a bad fragrance but nothing special. It smells exactly like Avon Skin So Soft Soft&Sensual.

Good refreshing bergamot perfume for hot summer days

Just Ok. I don't understand the purpose of this perfume. It smells good, but it's not original and I find it boring. They already have Matin Blanc which is very similar to it, but Bloom In Love contains Jasmine as well. It also shares the DNA of "Comme Une Évidence" (without the rose) and "Sur La Lande" without the woody side. So, at Yves Rocher, we are recycling. A feeling of déjà vu. BUT, I definitely prefer it to the original Mon Rouge (I hate plum in perfume), to Evidence (not being a fan of Chypre) and to "Sur La Lande" (which I can't stand for more than 10 minutes on me). Moreover, it is not heady even if overdosed in white flowers. I give it a 7/10. I think perfumers should really consider cutting down neroli in perfumes. This essence is very beautiful but very strong: It kills all the other notes and therefore creates almost identical perfumes!

Jo Malone'ish type of scent. Strong neroli note. Reminds me the opening of Mon Guerlain Bloom of Rose edt which contains loads of neroli. Its kind of Aqua Allegoria type of refreshing femine good mood fragrance.

Compared to Mon Rouge, Mon Rouge Bloom is more green and aquatic and fresh. Regular mon rouge can be nauseating as it turns rather gourmand and heavy. I get Eau De Issey vibes from Mon Rouge Bloom. In my opinion it is rather generic smelling fragrance. Id say it is not as long lasting as Mon Rouge. I do not think any of these smell potentially offensive but Mon Rouge Bloom is one that is potentially less offensive. Good for spring and summer. Suitable for younger crowd. I think the bottle looks very young, reminds me of printed T shirt.

It is very plain, boring and totally average. It smells flowery and soapy, lacking depth, sillage and any sign of originality. The bottle is so ugly it hurts. No, just no.

This fragrance reminds me so much some fragrance from the past, slightly reminds "Flower Party" from Yves Rocher..! Cant for the moment to figure out what else it does reminds me. Something either from Avon or from Escada, some bright fruity summer scent from 90s..! Something that already has been and not once..an interesting feeling I am getting. I get images of my teenagerhood actually even. Wow!

At first I liked it, but then more I used, then more I hated this one.. Sorry, it has something so cheap and annoying...there is no way out toward liking again.

I was so looking forward to this one. Sadly, it's not at all what I imagined. It smells like Indigo by Nest to me mixed with Yves Rocher Mon Rouge, which is strange considering they have no notes in common. I'm glad others voted Mon Rouge in the similar section above...cause it verifies I'm not crazy. This could be unisex. The packaging and marketing is all wrong for this one, definitely a heavy, darker fragrance to my nose. It's gotta have patchouli in it, cause that's oddly all I'm getting. Welp, the search for a light, modern, sparkling white floral continues on.

A quite linear neroli/bergamot fragrance and I also get a beautiful damascene rose alongside jasmine. There's a discreet, green, spring freshness in the background, a bit similar to the freshness of Yves Rocher's "Naturelle". A pretty and uplifting floral with juicy bergamot. Good for layering if you need a neroli/bergamot/rose floral. If you can't find Yves Rocher's "Secret d'Essences Neroli", this or "Matin Blanc" can be a substitute if you don't mind the other notes.

I read bad reviews but it isn’t a boring scent at all. It would make a lovely signature for an uncomplicated and clear life, a bit like YR Neroli in my previous existence. Clean, happy, flowery, lively and anchored.
