Vanille Blanche

I actually found this to be the most suitable vanilla for my type of skin and the type of weather I live in. As others commented, this is something between vanilla and vanilla cake batter. It is somewhat lighter and maybe also a little fresher than "regular" vanillas, and combines very well with other scents. Very long lasting, uncomplicated and plain GOOD :)

This is the kind of light and bright vanilla scent, which I (to my surprise, having not liked any of the previous YR vanilla scents) actually really like. Not a deep and warm vanilla, but light and crisp with citrus in it. For me, with an exceptionally warm skin tone, this is just perfect. Kind of a cool and fresh vanilla scent. Not too sweet either. A really fun scent, which I rarely use, but always enjoy when I do. I think this kind of a vanilla is pretty rare these days, as everyone is making their vanilla scents very sugary, sweet and warm, often also boozy and a bit smokey. When I wear this my husband often comments that "you smell like candy".

For me this is a very wintery smell. It's immediately connected to Christmas. It's cozy, sweet, joyful - nothing complicated, but adds some cheerful warm mood. Also i like how it fits to frosty weather. It's just good.

not that vanilla,rather a kind of merengue,or white cake,not bad but not good either,childish in the good way,and strong at first sniffs

Somehow at first spray it smells kinda sour to me and it gets worse when I spray it on my skin. Its okay on fabrik though and setters more Into vanilla after a whiskey..For now I use it to spray on my blankets and pillows in the sofa.

I was waiting for this to be added here, just so I'd see what notes this is supposed to consist of. I'm surprised there's no pear note: I could've swore this was similar to last year's Christmas special edition, Cocoa/pear, only the cocoa note replaced with a vanilla one. This comes across as a fruity fragrance with a hint of artificial vanilla. Nothing special, but nice enough scent for a shower gel or a body lotion.

I still have a candied orange and cinnamon hand cream from Yves Rocher from an older Christmas collection. This is the exact same scent. More orange than vanilla to my nose.
