Mon Paris Dazzling Lights Collector

This flanker is not the same as the original Mon Paris as they share the same DNA but Dazzling Lights has a little bit more strawberry than the original - the latter I assume is much more floral than fruity. Dazzling lights have so much resemblance to Miss Dior 2005 and 2007, I could say they are 98% identical. It was a happy accident to buy this version instead of Mon Paris Eau de Parfum. I liked it so much that I have found another three and made my personal backup because it is gorgeous! Unfortunately is getting harder to find now.

I very recently blind bought this, as it was on sale and I had a discount cupon. I have to say that, as a huge fan of the original Paris, I was expecting a little bit more. This is very clearly a crowd pleaser, if you are looking for something outstanding and original this is not it. It opens citrusy and fresh, slightly flowery, then it turns into a pear-ish, strawberry-ish, milky powdery vanilla scent that reminds me a little bit of strawberry frozen yogurt, and also of any other fruity vanilla sweet perfume that could exist nowadays. It’s ok if you just want to smell good, and inoffensive. Goes very much with the Mon Gerlain, Poison Girl, LVEB, Black Opium crowd. Cute but bit meh to be honest.

Is this just Mon Paris with a sparkly bottle?
