I recently added this to my collection as a birthday gift to myself after waiting a few months after testing it at the shop several times. And I am so sad to hear that it's going to be discontinued soon because this is one of the few rosy scents that actually works for me. It is a long-lasting, balanced fruity floral on my skin, and apart from my favourites Penhaligon's Luna (a dreamy, citrusy rose) that smells good with my chemistry and Rose Alba by Alexandre J (a woodier, sultry rose), most roses don't brighten on my skin. Miss Dior's Rose N Roses smelled great at first but there was an unpleasant undertone after a while, Chloé rose EDPs turned more green on me, Guerlain's Rosa Rossa too sweet, and MFK's À la Rose disappeared, every of these perfumes which I wanted to have a proper "rose" didn't stay so. So, for whatever reason this one manages to keep it both fruity and rosy as well. As much as I love true rose scents, my skin chemistry usually goes more for patchouli and citruses, so I am happy enough to compromise for a fruity rose that this had to offer. A lot here seem to claim that this flanker is similar to the original EDP but to my nose it smells nothing like the EDP or the other flankers. Mon Paris OG was far too sweet for my tastes with nothing to stop the cloying scent, Floral which I've received as a sample since it was discontinued comes off as a generic, soapy floral scent on my skin. I've never gotten to try Couture, but I'm truly happy to have gotten this flanker, Intensement, as an addition to my collection. I may not be able to buy another bottle in the future if this gets discontinued, but I'm grateful to be able to own and appreciate every spritz of my 90ml. The bottle is so pretty as well, and I got the free engraving done so in the future I'll just keep this bottle as a memory. I'll miss this scent once it's gone, truly. If you love a rose with fruity notes, which isn't too sweet, good chance you'll love it too! It's suitable for dinners, special occasions and such, but even in the office won't be too offensive because it's quite a light scent - don't overspray, though!

Honestly, what an absolute delight! This is a beautifully well executed fragrance. At Ulta the notes are different and it lists grapefruit as a top note. There *is* a distinct citrus tone within the opening, and while this allegedly contains raspberry, I actually get a deeper, more blackberry vibe. Citrus and blackberry on top of clean rosey patchouli?! Ummm...hell yeah! There's definitely some vanilla in the base, and clean white musk. So ultimately, yes, this is another rose-centric fruitchouli...but it's one of the best in it's class in my mind. It has more personality, more dimension, and definitely more strength than the original (which I could take or leave honestly). Is it as delicate and waifish? Absolutely not, and probably not as refined in the opinion of many. This is actually kind of like a suped up Victoria's Secret or Bath and Body Works style. A predictable formula, but done better than nearly everything I've tested along these lines. I'll refrain from saying it's classy, or particularly upscale...I actually really don't believe it is at all, but this isn't necessarily a bad thing. It's quite approachable, understandable, and very crowd-pleasing; albeit punchy, unabashed and fun. Contradictory? Possibly. I hope I make sense here. My daughter is picky as they come, but she likes it. So, it's safe insofar as recommending this as a blind buy if you enjoy relatively mainstream 2000-teen style perfumes. It's not however, safe as an office, church, visiting in-laws...etc. sort of perfume. The original MP is much more versatile and inoffensive. This, in a nutshell, is more kickass. The way my class-less ass prefers things (usually) 🙃

I like it, I love how fresh yet sweet it is.. it reminds me of belvita's whole multi grain strawberry filled soft bakes.. I absolutely adore this one from this brand its my number one store bought dessert. I smell it before each bite by taking a deep breath in.. and I get an orgasm from just the scent.. then I eat it.. I love it. a few minutes before i first smelled this i smelled ameerat al arab in a red velvet bottle and ammerat al arab smelled horribly sickingly sweet like candy.. I was testing it.. but I couldn't stand how sickly sweet it was... I didn't know what the dry down was like but I was repulsed initially. Ameerat to me opened Like a very sweet orange or strawberry candy.. then I went into another store and I smelled this one.. but this one , I thought, kinda had a similiar vibe except less sweet, much more elegant and sophisticated and much much more wearable according to me. I love it.. I love the ombre pink on the bottle and how the bottle is not a real square but a curvy round square and when the light hits the bottle at those curvy edges it sparkles like a pink crystal. It's a very aromatic raspberry and black currant with a hint of woodyness that becomes apparent the more it dries down. Edit: I adore this now.. I am picking up on the rose now but it's not too much rose.. the rose adds to the sweetness and feminine redness of the scent.. it's a sophisticated slightly dark pink syrupy scent of the magical woods.. like eating a belvita strawberry filled soft bake in a fairy forest full of berries and some roses I feel elegant wearing this yet very young and playful

Whoever said that Miss Dior Cherie EDP (the bottle you all crave like mad with the silver lettering on the bottle & the 'pop corn' note) doesn't have any connection with Mon Paris EDP, has to think again. They have 90% the same notes and as a target the same age group, though, Mon Paris is more 'modern' and has the fruity vibes of a Victoria's Secret body spray. Others can take it for good because of the lasting power, me not. In this case, the Intensement edition got my heart. Yes, it is a flanker of the original, yes, they share the same vibe with the original but there's a nectary sweetness that makes it so charming and kind of unique. People that find it similar to Miss Dior Absolutely Blooming or Armani Si maybe have survived covid haha. Although not a huge fan of YSL perfumes, not that I don't respect them, Manifesto (if not discontinued soon), Libre Intense, Mon Paris (Intensement edition only please!) are some of the greatest on the market! The blending of Intensement is amazing, you think that you get a fizzy fruitiness that waters your mouth when at the same time you have a floral punch from May & Bulgarian rose (freesia is also noticable) and as for the base? Cashmeran & benzoin are stealing the show. It's created for the younger crowds but everyone can love it. You see what happens when three different perfumers are working for a perfume? Masterpieces! P.S: Sillage & lasting power are great and don't forget it's a perfume that screams romance, not seduction! I think I need this beautiful bottle in my collection...

Beautiful! The rose is the first note to come through and as a rose lover this is just made for me! Lacks the slightly nauseating datura-patchouli combo present in the original Mon paris. Might disappoint those looking for the fruitchouli sweetness of the original - a much lighter touch, the "intensement" not in a sense you might expect. Unfortunately the "floral" denomination already taken in the flanker series. But for floral lovers - perfect! Light, floral, rosy, feel-good easy sophistication. Won't scream but whisper. An easy choise when you can enjoy the company of others while remaining true to yourself - no pushing or pressing your presence on others. Still more of a perfume than the fresh-out-of shower couture -version. Classic drydown. The bottle is simply corgeous. Should have been launched earlier or later - the velvety ribbon calls for colder weather than summer. Hopefully not buried under all the summer fumes... Enjoy! But do test before buying, quite a leap from the original. EDIT: Turkish Delights! While I would _not_ describe this as a gourmand, there is a definite recollection of the East Mediterranean delicatesse in the drydown - pure rosewater candy! :-)

Ohhh this delights me! Mistakenly at first I simply classified it as a rose essence. What mistake i'd have made by writing quickly straight away, instead of waiting for the whole essence development, at the end of the day. 'Intensément' stands aside from the classic Mon Paris. At least I perceive it this way and I'm not the only one. It lets itself be discovered by increasing the warm and sweetly spiced heart with every beat. It is a beautiful rose, made slightly gourmand by pear. That is not perceived as such, but overall creates that captivating and soft taste. I appreciate how pleasantly orange appears in the drydown fading and partly dissolving sweetness. Orange that probably smells more like peel than juice. It surprise me how I desire owning it, several times a day, thing I really like and which makes me softly restless, until its purchase I imagine shortly. The bottle and the flawless bow deserve all my admired gaze.

The more I wear this scent, the more I love it. Yves Saint Laurent is right up there with another one of my favorite designers, Guerlain. I can always tell when quality ingredients are used and well blended to make such a lovely formula as Mon Paris Intensement. This perfume smells so expensive, right up there with some of the $300 ones I have smelled but had to walk quickly away. ;-) I notice this fragrance follows me as I walk through the rooms of my home, so I can think that it will do the same as I walk through Malls, stores, etc. I am not sure which season it is best suited for, but it is Winter here and it is working great for me. I usually wear whatever I want, regardless of the season. Sometimes I find a perfume smells better with cooler air but with air conditioning, it is hard to tell, unless I am outside for a longer period of time. Enjoy!

True Rose scent 🌹🌸 you got your first big girl job? Your house is organized and aesthetically pleasing? You know how to dress for every occasion? Oh you have life figured out huh? This is that pretty feminine who is always put together driving a nice car. It smells like bold roses. I almost think this would be really attractive on a man as well. Please sample her first; she is not for the faint of heart ❤️ Just a friendly tip: You must let her sit for a little bit otherwise it smells bitter upon opening trying to wear it straight out the box. I was on the hunt for a Rose perfume with performance and I totally forgot about this in my collection. This is better than DIOR Rose n Roses plus better silage and longevity 🙂 I also really love Mon Paris but this is the more sophisticated grown up classy older sister to it 🥂love love love.

I blind bought most of my perfumes especially if I am very drawn to the bottle and scent profile. This is my first mon paris perfume. Have not tested the OG so I can't compare. But I chose this mainly for the more prominent rose and floral notes. It's slightly uncomfortably candy sweet for my liking upon initial spraying but quickly evolves into something very likable. Not a fan of patchouli but fortunately on me it is very subtle. I like it better on my clothes because the rose stays longer whereas on my skin it turns powdery much more quickly. I am also not particularly fond of powdery scents but all the nice perfumes always ends up being powdery towards the end so I'll have to make do. Scents aside, I love pink and I love bows, so this is definitely still a win for me.

I asked for this for Christmas after trying it a few times in store and being completely taken by it. And yet, I was timid to actually WEAR it because it's SO rose-heavy and I was scared it would become cloying and I'd turn on it and the purchase would have been a mistake. Finally wore it and my worries were totally unfounded. Funny thing, though, is that I recently bought Si Intense and I find them quite similar, although this is a bit fruitier and MUCH rosier. It's the most beautiful rose note I've ever smelled and this really shines in cold weather. My one complaint is that the longevity doesn't seem that great. Really fades on me within a few hours. And for the record, I don't find this smells much like the original Mon Paris at all, which I'm not a big fan of.

This fragrance is absolutely delightful. I opened the website to review this, and the review right before me also describes this scent as “delightful,” which is funny that that’s the word we both thought of. It just summarizes the experience so perfectly! It’s a sort of succulent yet soft fruity opening — dark berries, tangy and sweet — unfolding into this gorgeous heart of pink roses and peonies, all laying on a bed of clean musk and the softest hint of vanilla. It’s truly a delicate and feminine scent, perfect for a date night or a casual lunch or just to feel a little extra pretty. Idk. I love this quite a lot, it’s a testament to the fruitchouli family, not heavy at all like Flowerbomb or LVEB, a light fruitchouli that deserves her flowers for sure.

This version is veryyyyy intense. It projects so much. I haven't worn this outside yet but I know this will definitely be noticeable. I used to own the original but I couldn't stand the amount on patchouli in there. In the intense version I get more rose and sweetness. The sweetness comes from the bergamot and orange. It's also juicier. In the drydown, I get alot of patchouli but not as much as the original. It lasted on my skin for hours which is surprising because (unless it's a beast mode perfume) nothing lasts on me😂 This is what a call "young and feminine" in a bottle! I only have a travel size for now, but I might buy the full size bottle if I get used to the patchouli.. of course !!

I purchased this in 2020 and was so in love with it for about 6 months. Now, I still love it but it is starting to give me headaches. I can say it lasts a fairly long time on me, so now I do not put as much on as I use to. It is quite sweet and chypre. After a few hours, only the chypre comes out for me.I prefered this flanker to the original "mon paris". I receive lots of compliments wearing this, mostly from women thought lol. Everytime there is the combination of Rose, White Musk, I may get the headache situation so if you do get bothered by some parfums and don't know why, well, perhaps you have the same thing happening.

One of my fave bottle designs. The perfume is very sweet and juicy, that rose sure packs a punch. It’s very sweet, especially during the opening, it smells like candy! Raspberry with Blackcurrant and a hint of citrus slowly develops into a rose bomb. The base notes are very brief and faint for me, I get a tad of patchouli, and barely a hint of vanilla. It’s lovely but not very long lasting. (2-3 hours at most) Silage is pretty decent, even strong, especially during the rose phase. It was a blind buy for me, it’s super girly and pretty, not very mature, but flirty and fun. I will reach for this often, especially for dates.

I smelled this on someone and had to ask. Once I found out I thought, "I have this!" Well, actually I have the MP Couture. NOTHING like this. Maybe a hint of a shared DNA but -- uh uh! THIS one is glorious! I absolutely love it! I bought it... After a day or so, it began to remind me of something else and finally it came to me. Love is On by Revlon. Red lip bottle probably bought for $20. Crazy, but I tried them side by side and they are almost dupes. HOWEVER, the MP Intensement is richer, deeper and lasts longer. But they are cousins for sure! This is a MUST TRY for everyone! LOVE LOVE LOVE it...

My husband was actually supposed to buy YSL Libre Intense but ended up getting this by mistake. And I’m so happy he did! From the moment I saw the bottle and sprayed it on my wrist, I completely fell in love. It feels like a soft, modern rose on the skin. It’s not sharp or old fashioned at all... More warm, slightly sweet, and easy to wear. The rose is definitely there, but it blends in a way that feels fruity and natural. I like how it feels romantic without trying too hard. It’s the kind of scent I put on and just feel comfortable in 💜

Wow I’m shocked this came home with me, truly. By the notes I was sure it would be a miss for me, but I was 100% wrong. This is a syrupy sweet almost sour slightly rose vanilla frag. I do enjoy this a good bit and find myself reach for it a lot. Performance is strong and it’ll last for the day. This is definitely a compliment getter and more of a sexy scent. This can lean unisex not in a manly way but this is a strong sweet scent that a guy could pull off as well and the rose isn’t extremely feminine in this. Definitely give this a try!

I appreciate everything about this. The rose is immediately what comes out to okay but this is not your Granny’s rose garden.. no. This is fate night in the city, randomly receive a rose and a compliment on your smile type of rose. She’s pretty and playful and extremely sexy. Unlike the original mon Paris her fruitiness doesn’t overpower all the other levels. . Enough to keep this young and fun. I love the dry down! It’s a beautiful musk, you still have the playful rose and that vanilla brings it all together to keep you intrigued.

Honestly, I was a bit scared by all the reviews saying it had a 'jammy rose' scent since I don’t usually like fragrances like that, for example, You're the One by BBW. I do get a fruity rose, don't get me wrong! BUT it’s balanced with bergamot, musk, and patchouli. It feels pretty similar to the original flanker, but muuuuuuuch sweeter. It's more elegant and very feminine. EDIT: I've gotten so many compliments on this one! Whenever I leave the room and someone enters, they always comment on how nice it smells!

The name Intensement fits well to this fragrance! I get so much sweetness from this! It's a very romantic scent with so much patchouli in there. Very Jackie Kennedy! Then has Strawberry Cheesecake French macarons and rose sherbet notes — making it a lot sweeter! It lasts so long and the sillage is great! My quadruplet sister Rolene Sophia Larkins had that and she recommended this fragrance to me. When I smell that, I totally loved it!!! Try Mon Paris Intensement by Yves Saint Laurent! This is the best!

I tested this out and couldn't really smell much except a general "feminine perfume" scent. But, I got a compliment from a friend so it must smell good somehow! I haven't had much luck with any of the Mon Paris flankers. My nose must be anosmic to something in here. edit: I tested this again and it was an amazing experience. I was completely enveloped by a sweet, almost syrupy raspberry and black currant smell with rose, vanilla, and musk. It smells so lovely and is now at the top of my to buy list!

Okay, I had to come back to write this down because I've noticed something so oddly specific lol For whatever reason, this perfume has men in a chokehold. 😭 Every time I wear it, the compliments are almost exclusively from men. I don't know why, I just thought it was funny enough to mention. Besides that, this is honestly one of the most intense perfumes in my collection. It projects really well on my skin and lasts forever!! Obsessed with it

Doesn't really smell that similar to the original Mon Paris. The dry-down smells like sweet berry slightly tart rose jam. I get the Armani Si and Lancome Idole vibes, but a little sweeter and juicier. I think if you like those two but find them too mature, MP Intensement will be a great alternative. Also it doesn't have that intense patchouli that some may not like in the original. GREETINGS FROM THE CZECH REPUBLIC! :-)

Vintage romance with a pretty little bow. I'm not familiar with the other Paris versions but this one opens with a noseful of floral fruits bouquet but settles right down into a glamorous cloud of powdery nostalgia. I can see some being put off by the mature vibes but being of a certain age myself and certainly mature... I'm lovin' it. Pearls and petit fours.

To me, this smells better than the original. It just smells like a proper perfume is supposed to smell like, especially one in a bottle design such as this. Heavy, thick, dense, feminine, sensual... Perfect for the hopeless romantic in your life. The juice reminds me so much of RL Romance Parfum but the YSL bottle is nicer and adds to the fantasy.

The rose note sets this fragrance apart from the Mon Paris. I like that it is not an over powering rose note, but it is there all the way through the scent, I sprayed myself around 8:00 and it is still beautiful 12 hours later! Just wow! Luxury in a bottle, the bottle design is the same as Mon Paris, only more red/magenta in color, beautiful.

Mon Paris Intensement truly is one of the best perfumes I've ever worn. I get compliments on it every time (often, more attention than I'd like), and the performance lasts for an extremely long time. It's feminine, strong, sexy, pretty, and super juicy. This is truly one I always gravitate to, and used to the very, very last drop.

This is smooth, sweet elegant scent from the first sniff. I love it so much. It's true, that it is similar to other popular fragrances, but I love it either way. It smells like mature rose with very sweet and fresh notes. Very romantic, feminine and elegant main character perfume!

I love French fragrances and this one is so romantically French! I love it! The raspberry-peony combination is extremely wonderful, and the datura-black currant-vanilla-musk drydown feels warm and lovely! The bright pinkish-purple bottle is adorable and totally fits the fragrance!

right up my alley. It's got the strawberry and thing s likethe OG its velvety like dand g the only one 2, it's abit woodier than the oh, smooth and deep, starts off similar to oh then changes I love it personally personally Arms length whafty sillage, seems excellent longevity

The original mon paris smells too screechy and makes my nose sting, but I was actually impressed with this one. This is way more balanced since the patchouli isn't dominating. When I smell this, I keep thinking of roses and champagne. A huge love for me!

When I wear this it makes me feel clean and feminine. It’s a blend of fruit and flowers that would last around 8+hours on my skin and 10+hours on clothes. If you like Angel Nova you’ll probably like this one.

amazing fruity rose scent. the rose is so well done and gives the scent a perfect romantic flair that pairs well with the fruit. the patchouli is less present here than in the original which i appreciate.

The original Mon Paris smells wonderful on my friend. So much so that it got me into perfume. However, the original on me smells “good!(bad?)” where there’s a note in there that really gives off what I call “PERFUME”, which I can describe as harsh and cheap like, when you smell too many perfumes in a store too quickly and your nose is fried. I think I’ve narrowed this down to patchouli, but I’m unsure. I do love patchouli on its own, I love burning incense with patchouli. However, I’ve smelled some patch heavy fragrances and truly HATED them. I *hate* nearly all of the Mugler lineup, not alien goddess intense and low and behold - no patchouli. That being said, I have liked a few fragrances with some patchouli that does not make my nose upset, if it’s there but not the star of the show. Mon Paris Intensement does that for me! I can tell there’s the original mon Paris DNA, and I know there’s patchouli, but so far it’s been very inoffensive on my skin. It’s soft, not “HEYO IM PATCHOULI” more like “hi, this is vanilla and that’s benzoin and my name is patchouli.” Like introverted patchouli which is IMO enhancing the depth of the fragrance. I have recently discovered I’m a big fan of fruity rose, red berries, black currant with rose, like dessert roses and this is that for me. Very Good Girl and Coach Wild Rose are both “SWEET DESSERT ROSE” and i adore them for that. I was going to buy wild rose, but went for mon Paris intensement instead because this scent is so much more “expensive” or “luxurious”, the fruity rose is also served with a very soft musky-patchouli-incense moment, which seems deeper than just edible rose. This is the first perfume that projects! On me. Like someone from around 6 feet away complimented my perfume. Performance is lovely. Not as overpowering as the original.

It's nice and familiar. I'm a hater of patchouli, but this makes it palatable. I consider it a sweet fruitchouli. Nice in the winter. My problem is how quickly this fades on me. Perhaps I need to test it more extensively, but it doesn't seem "intense" to me. I like it, but my problem is that it doesn't feel unique or special. This scent profile has been done to death at this point by Lancome, Dior, etc. Mon Paris just falls flat for me. A similar scent I prefer is Emporio Armani In Love with You, which is sadly discontinued. This just doesn't live up to that standard for me. One thing I can't deny though is that this is one of the most beautiful perfume bottles out there. That's why I wanted to love this, and I wanted it to be better than the Armani perfume. Yes... I am guilty of being sucked in by an aesthetic. And for that reason I will probably give this another chance at some stage, and maybe one day when the price goes down I'll buy it for the shelf appeal.

Quite similar to the original. This does not get much fruity on me, except a small bit of pear in opening. It is more rose than the original on me, a bit sweeter and a tiny bit stronger, but still not strong at all. I would seriously consider to buy this of the two, if you are not sure which to choose, because of originals weakness. If you like the original, I bet you will like this too, or even more. Its a very pleasant smell, I just wish it was fruitier on me. I might consider to buy it, but it is a little weak. It is very uncommon of me to say that lol. I consider it daytime scent, and will probably work all year. Its very light. Very easy to like, but on me, this does not last long, and does not smell strong at all, so it is definitiv office friendly. Remember that if buying, considering its weakness, I rate this as quite pricey. EDIT: note to myself, do not buy. Settle down quite musky and also "lipsticky", not my cup of tea.
