Mon Paris holds a special place in my heart. It’s the essence of my 20s captured in a bottle, and I can’t help but feel a wave of nostalgia every time I wear it. This fragrance has been my go-to for years, and I keep repurchasing it .. I’m on my 3rd or 4th bottle by now, and it never gets old. For me, this is the most perfect “It girl” scent. The opening is an immediate burst of sweet, juicy strawberry and raspberry, fresh yet indulgent. Oh my, upon reading the comments, I didn't even realize the strawberry opening notes! Looking at the ingredient list, I was shocked--no roses! I will admit, I feel this is Miss Dior Roses n' Roses' older sister. More fine-tuned, longlasting, chic but still ever-so versatile, classy, sexy--think, Instagram 2011 filters like Amaro or Mayfair....think, Michelle Phan vlogging in Paris, Madonna's book series 'English Roses' character styles, early 2010 fashion blogging, Hanna from PLL would wear this scent (lol)....It just gives that vibe. Really fragrances depend on your memory and what you associate things with...Even though I never had this fragrance 15 years ago, it still took me back to that time, a simpler, fantasy life that I can't believe I had the pleasure of witnessing...Just to know, I don't think of fruity at ALL when smelling this. I am not a fan of super girly, super sweet or super floral scents...I like Miss Goldilocks juust right...classical scents that make an impression. Really those fruit smells melt in the background and you smell what is a conjoined effort of ingredients trying to smell like a perfect rose...At least in my opinion! Such a valuable diverse smell, I would love to wear this anywhere it is really perfect and simple.

Sparkling wine opening, reminds me of the opening in Si. Only this is bolder and more prominent overall throughout. I used to wear Si as my signature years ago and it’s much more intimate and probably less offensive. This feels scratchy in the dry down, like an airy patchouli, not dirty or deep. Still, if you don’t like patchouli this could probably be a bother. I love the presence of this perfume. I feel strawberry all the way through, the florals are light and not sweet, any sweetness is from the berries at the opening. This isn’t warm or powdery. I’ve seen a lot of reviews mention powder and I don’t get that element at all. I get tart berries, elevated floral mixed with musk and scratchy patchouli. If patchouli came in a white version? This is probably the effect of the musk mixed in. Some musks I can’t detect at all, this one is light on skin in the very dry down as far as I can tell. This projects like crazy and I can smell it on myself all day. My husband loves this one. He asked if it was the one he always loves (it’s not, that one happens to be Dior Miss Dior Absolutely Blooming) I don’t find them super similar but they both have a fruity zingy profile so I can see why he does.

I first got this perfume as a tester alongside a purchase. i did not expect much from it at first, as the notes seemed quite familiar in many perfumes. however, i could never be more wrong. i was immediately blown away from the first spray. the perfume opens up with fruity notes, sweet but with a sense of maturity. it’s a girly scent, but is suitable for all ages. ysl mon paris isn’t just a perfume, it’s an entire romantic story within a bottle that screams chic. One spray and you’re suddenly not just walking down the street, but slow motion twirling through paris with a dozen roses in hand. it smells like you’re on your way to your job as a fashion designer, lip gloss in hand and kitten heels on your feet. it makes you feel like you’re the main character of a 2000’s romcom, with warm sunlight glistening upon your pink sparkly dress as you bump into a man you’re about to spend the next two hours chasing after. TLDR Mon paris is a really good feminine perfume, it’s not too sickeningly sweet and is suitable for all ages. it’s one of my favourites and i’d totally recommend it, especially if you’re into perfumes like miss dior :)

I keep finding perfumes with Datura listed as an ingredient, that smell nothing like the flower itself. I can add this one to that list. Fragrantica lists Datura as a "fantasy" note. I live in the desert of Phoenix, Arizona, and I can tell you that Datura flower has a very real smell. The blooms open at night, usually in Summer. I have a favorite bush in my neighborhood that I go to visit on balmy nights. The fragrance is a lemon tinged white floral somewhere between magnolia, lily (lys, not lily of the valley) and honeysuckle. It is fresh, yet intoxicating, with a salty edge reminiscent of sea breezes. The leaves, when rubbed, smell bitter and nutty: akin to fig leaf and peanut butter. I wouldn't recommend rubbing the leaves or picking the flowers, however. The plant is a potent deliriant: meaning that it causes you to hallucinate, but not know that you are hallucinating. I wanted to share this truth with the fragrance community. I look forward to a soliflore perfume that actually captures this beauty.

I've been collecting and using perfumes for many years and somehow I never tried this beauty until recently. On me, Mon Paris Perfume is a grown up feminine floral fruity scent. A strong, ever present, sultry datura flower floats like a cloud over ripe sweet fruits, keeping Mon Paris flirty but mature. Jasmine, orange blossom and peony blend into a soft bouquet. Patchouli here is crispy, lightweight , blending perfectly with fresh white musk, airy moss and cedar. A touch of dry amber, ambroxan, is added to the base to make this scent long lasting. On my skin, this scent lasts easily 12 hours or more, especially in autumn and winter. Cooler temperatures bring out all the notes. In hot summer, it doesn't seem to last as long. A perfectly blended, very French, classic perfume, Mon Paris is now one of my favorites. I hope to try the eau de toilette soon, too, as it may work better in heat.

There is a lot of hate for this fragrance, and I'm not sure why. It's really charming. I didn't expect to love it, but I do---very much so! I think the bottle is adorable and I find the fragrance quite likable as well. This opens in a candy-lipstick cloud on me (raspberry, I get so much wonderful raspberry from this!) and it stays bright and *pink* for about 45 minutes before it starts it's drydown into smoky patchouli, amber, and fruit. The peony shows up in the middle but isn't sharp or harsh, just a nice soft sweet pink floral breeze. This is a scent with a fun opening and a sexy drydown, and I find myself reaching for it a few times a week. It lasts a good 6-7 hours on me with reasonable sillage (which is unusual for me, I don't normally catch my own scent trail when walking back into my office, but today I did!) i love love love strawberry. i find it hard to find a strawberry scent that suits my taste, and i'm glad i found mon paris. it's sweet, fruity, and floral. the fruity sweetness isn't cloying, in fact it's elevated by the florals. it's sweet and fresh, perfect for spring and summer. despite that i use it in the winter too! as long as you find the right layering spray (。•̀ᴗ-) ✧ it's one of my most complimented perfumes. from the boys, to the gays, to the girls - they all love it! it's definitely a scent for all the pretty princesses out there + ̊⊹♡ i've been using it for over a year now and it has become my signature scent (ᐢ. .ᐢ) + ̊⊹♡

Ummm... did YSL just put out the very best fruitchouli in the entire stinking world?! I think so! If fruitchoulis along the vibes of la vie est belle are not your thing, don't write this one off: the berries smell sooo drool worthy good (not quite green fresh and not quite candied but somewhere in the middle). The patchouli is clean and not heavy. Longevity and silage are both good but not anything to write home about BUT this perfume smells fantastic. It is completely safe for work. Really if you like the way YSL does the isolated berry notes this one will be a win for you. Great job YSL. I feel pretty wearing this. Want!

I was hesitant about this perfume, at first it was too artificial for me. After a year or so I’ve tired it again, and I really like this. I wasn’t sure about the longevity but after showering I can still smell on myself this. It’s artificial but in a good sense, it’s a fruity musky patchouli fragrance. I’m not a fan of patchouli but it still works somehow, it gives depth and makes it less childish. It’s sexy, playful and mature, yet it’s not a “grandma like” perfume. Whenever I wear this I always get compliments. I get where the air freshener comments get from but on my skin it’s nice. I love it.

Brought this for my wife as a gift and she loves wearing this on special occasions. It is a very rich fruity fragrance that feels premium and smells posh. The openings are good floral strawberry with a good citrus hint to make it feel more appealing. It dries down into a smooth jasmine and musk mixed together that also retains it's initial fruitless. This is a perfume you smell one on someone and you know they have good smelling perfume as they pass you buy in airports and occasions that makes you want to smell it one someone close to you. 10/10 women's perfume imo and a super safe blind buy.

Such a beautiful fragrance. This used to be my signature perfume <3 Juicy red berry opening, dries down to such a pretty jasmine & patchouli base. I also get some of the pear in the mid. My only qualm is that once I have the perfume for a couple of years, that patchouli gets really strong and starts becoming overpowering. I fix this by layering something a little greener or juicier underneath. Still really love the fragrance but imo fresh bottles of it smell the best compared to one that’s been open for a few years. (Normally I prefer my other fragrances once they’ve aged some.)

Not syrupy at all not too sweet not jammy like people below me are saying this smells like a sweet raspberry leaf that smells a more like raspberries and fresh pears than a green leaf. And sometimes it smells to me like a fresh strawberry without the sugar they add when it is processed. When fresh it has a green grassy scent to it not just sweet iron (strawberries are rich in iron and I can smell this in strawberries) I love this. I adore it. A must for strawberry or raspberry lovers who want a fresh yet sweet sophisticated scent

Floral, fruity and feminine. Honestly didn’t expect to love it as much as I do but it has grown on me immensely. It’s an easy wear day or night and would suit most age brackets from teen to senior. I got this as a gift and keep mine in my purse for long days, so naturally it has become my ‘elevated’ daily when I’m not spritzing something cheaper or more extravagantly priced for a night out. The body lotion is exquisite and smells a little stronger also - wish they made a shower gel or body wash of this scent!!!

LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS!! This is such a mouth watering scent, so feminine yet a little light, fruity sweet but not headache sweet, easy going through all seasons!! The price is OK. Longevity is good but projection is moderate.if you are thinking about blind buying it then I’m not sure that this is a safe blind buy since I heard people complaining about the patchouli note. I personally didn’t even feel it, but everyone’s skin works differently. This is an easy 9/10 for me!!

Though not gourmand, this scent is mouthwateringly delicious. Elegant yet with a flirty, playful side, I believe this sweet berry scent with a citrus fizz has enough depth and sensuality tempered by its chypre tones to be worn by someone of any age - as long as you have a twinkle in your eye ;) Not many years till I'm 50 - I don't see why I shouldn't be rocking this for another 50!! You should always wear the scent you love, whether a teenager or in your autumn years.

This scent is crazy, each and every time i wear it i get compliment from men and women,regardless when,which season which location. Just to mention that I have roughly 150 perfumes from niche to designer, it only happens consistently with this perfume. It does magic to the nose if people around you and if your overspray it last 12+ hours. Yesterday a lady in office said you smell amazing and I know when you are coming from your scent trail.

My first ever perfume! Ah she's so beautiful, an explosion of strawberry and vanilla sweetness. I was quite young when I first wore this, but I am not that old and I am still thinking of repurchasing. I still have quite a few drops left in my bottle which I take great care of. In no way does it smell artificial to my nose, nor its sweetness irritates me. I really like this. Longevity is cool and sillage is even cooler.

I absolutely hated this when I first bought it years ago, all I smelled was patchouli. Now, I think it's gorgeous. Yes, it is a fruitchouli but its sweet, syrupy and pretty. Its a nice (albeit generic and a little headache inducing) blend of red fruits, flowers and patchouli. It is what President Barbie would probably wear. 💕 Also, this DOES smell exactly like the soap and glory body butter

This scent is absolutely delicious. The berry notes really shine: sweet, juicy, and easy to love. It’s very feminine and beautifully balanced, never overwhelming or juvenile. The patchouli adds just the right amount of depth, making it more sophisticated. This is my signature scent. I can wear it anywhere, anytime, in any season. It always works, always feels appropriate, and never misses.

A fruity, but light beginning - the first twenty minutes filled with strawberry, patchouli and orange blossom. This is followed by the warmest and most comforting 12+ hours of occasional patchouli, amber-like and raspberry whiffs. The perfect fall and winter scent that makes you want to wear a black cashmere turtleneck, trench coat, heels and sip wine with the girls on a cold, wet evening.

This is one of my favorite perfumes! It is somewhat strong and a little goes a long way, but I love it. It is one I think you can wear any time of the year. It is a bit sweet and fruity, but also has warmth to it. Men always compliment me when I wear it and ask what it is. It lasts 7 or 8 hours on me, so the longevity is good too! This is one I will keep in stock ❤️

Obviously, this is a hyperfeminine fragrance. It's sweet and fruity which I prefer on women, rather than floral focused fragrances. Sadly, it doesn't last that long so expect tons of respraying on this. A perfect description of this fragrance is "coquette aesthetic in a bottle" which actually make sense cause there's a literally a ribbon on the bottle! 9/10.

It's about time! When dior released miss dior and chanel released coco mademoiselle... my olfactory senses where in scent heaven. YSL is having its moment right now on my skin...HURRAY for this strawberry patchouli scent... I have a new signature scent. I'm like goldilocks right now. Dior was too hot chanel too cold. YSL... you're just right!

Perfume of a woman who is very feminine but also has a very strong personality. Princess energy. The opening is very powdery and floral but on skin it's a beautiful fruitiness with a hint of wood. It's not a sweet scent but it's really feminine, very unique. You can wear it anywhere, anytime. Best women fragrance from YSL.

This scent is deceptive because it opens SO fruity. About an hour later, you’re hit with the realization that this is a patchouli bomb. I love patchouli so I really enjoyed the dry down all day. The woodiness of the cedar would sometimes waft and just feel so cozy. Definitely wouldn’t wear this in warmer weather, though.

Sparkling Cherry with juicy citrus, sweet candy, faint tea scent (not dissimilar to VR Flowerbomb), to my nose, there is no spice or patchouli, minimal floral but what’s there is clean and fresh. Dry down has a touch of vanilla but remains berry/citrus fruity, which I love. I really love this scent!

It's my date night go to. I feel like a Parisian ballerina having a night out, wearing a chic leather jacket with a girly and fun ensemble. I get the berries, datura flower and the patchouli base. It's berry sweet, with something powdery cutting the chypre fragrance so its not too sharp.

Effervescent sweet fresh fruity but sophisticated. Just the nicest thing I've ever smelt. I get how this can be way too sweet for some and even headache inducing. But I just love it. I love anything chypre. I could drink this actually. All time fave. Always has been always will be.

This is a fruity floral easy reach. Playful and unoffensive. It's been one of my favorites for a while. I also think it's almost universally liked by others as it's one of my most complimented fragrances. Good in all seasons. I also like to layer it with Dior Pure Poison.

Very charming and feminine fruchouli. The strawberry and raspberry are very distinct and beautiful, like a jam. I love it and it lasts all day on my skin. It does truly associate with a carefree day in Paris eating French croissants with sweet raspberry jam filling.

I am not a sweet fragrance kinda woman. Nothing makes me more nauseous than a sweet/fruity scent profile, with this being said, this is one of the very very few perfumes that got to me. I ran through the entire bottle in disbelief and it always got men’s attention.

The dry down on this is the best part and it's what I value most in a fragrance. It's loud with fruity notes when you first spray it and not too sweet. It lasts for hours - from midday to the end of the day with a sort of exotic floral and patchouli mix.

Can I start with how long does this perfume last? I put it on 12 hours ago and it still smells. And it smells perfect. It's a perfume for when you want to smell sweet without you having a headache. And bonus points for the cute packaging.

This perfume is a flirty and playful fruity/floral. It's sexy and intoxicating but still light enough to not be overpowering. It reminds me of fresh berries and juicy candy. Perfect perfume if you want to smell delicious on date night.

I love this fragrance. I just put it on me again after a few months. I can't get enough of it. I smell the Strawberries and I am a huge fan of Patchouli that lingers in the background. I could bathe in it. For me it's one of a kind.

When I smell this, suddenly I'm 11 again, Christmas day of 2016, playing Pokemon X and Y strolling in Kalos city with my roller skates in game. This was my first grown perfume. Love it so much still, I can't stop appreciating it.

my favourite scent, so timeless n wonderful. I first bought this in 2019 and have rebought thrice since. When i first got this scent, I described it as a fancy jam and I think i'd still describe it that way now lol

A blast of berries in the opening, it's an inoffensive, feminine, everyday perfume. I love it enough that it's the first one I am reviewing on this site. The longevity is impressive, as well.

Beautiful, Sweet, fruity, floral, warm, flirty, feminine, romantic, chic, whimsical, charming, elegant, classy, citrusy, bright, fresh, playfully sexy, woody, warm spicy, earthy, musky, creamy, sophisticated, rich, deep, alluring, sensual, seductive, cozy On me this opens sweet and fruity with juicy strawberry, tart raspberry, and syrupy pear as well as bright and fresh citrus with orange, tangerine, and bergamot, and with femininely floral datura flower, velvety peony, lush jasmine, and sweet orange blossom. As it dries down the warmly spicy patchouli notes, soft white musk, warm, sensual, and creamy vanilla, fresh and sweetly woody cedar, and earthy moss start to shine through more adding a darker depth. The notes are balanced very well here. So, even after it has dried down and the more warm, spicy, earthy, and woody notes become more rich, dark, and prominent you’re still getting the sweet, fruity, fresh, bright, and floral notes too. I really enjoy the balance between light and dark here. It’s bright and fresh, yet dark and warm. Playful and whimsical, yet sophisticated and classy. Sweet and fruity, yet spicy and earthy. Light and floral, yet deep and woody. Romantic and lighthearted, yet sexy and mysterious. Pretty and fun, yet sensual and elegant. Mon Paris is such a beautiful and versatile fragrance. I think it can easily suit women of any age and works well for any occasion from casual to fancy. I also think it works well throughout all of the different seasons. The sweet and fresh fruity floral notes being perfect for spring through early fall, and the deeper warm and spicy notes being perfect for the colder months. Overall, She’s just super pretty, an easy reach, a crowd pleaser, and one that I’m happy to have in my collection! Let’s not forget about her gorgeously designed bottle either! It matches the feel of the scent perfectly! it’s very pretty, feminine, elegant, and classy with its pale pinkish lavender liquid, and it’s whimsical and sweet, yet seductive and mysterious with its chic black bow. To me this feels similar to a certain era and/or style of fragrances. It’s not that it exactly smells the same as these others, but they all come to mind together for me and seem to feel like they have some similar vibes. Some of the ones I’m thinking of along with Mon Paris include YSL Parisienne, YSL Black Opium, Gucci Guilty Intense, JPG Classique, Dior Addict Eau de Parfum, D&G The One, Chloe EDP, Chloe Love Story, Coach Love (original 2012 version) Dior Miss Dior Cherie, Dior Miss Dior, Chanel Coco Mademoiselle, V&R Flowerbomb, Lancôme La Vie Est Belle, Narciso Rodriguez For Her Musc Eau de Parfum Intense, Versace Bright Crystal, Versace Crystal Noir, Calvin Klein Euphoria, and Marc Jacobs Decadence. I do think that V&R Flowerbomb Midnight and VS Tease Candy Noir are somewhat similar to Mon Paris. I get excellent performance with Mon Paris. The longevity is great, it lasts throughout the entire day on me. The projection is very good too, it radiates out at least a few feet from me.
