Opium is probably the best selling and most famous oriential fragrance. It is my favourite so far and was my paternal grandmother’s signature scent. When this edition came out I was very attracted to the beautiful gold bottle. Having not actually owned a full size at the time I decided to buy this one. Fantastic, spicy, resins, I detect the bay leaf from the original, not listed above. Fantastic sillage and longevity. My love for this has prompted me to recently purchase the vintage pure parfum version. It has yet to arrive but I’m extremely excited to experience its magic.

this is something between old and new addition of opium, the myrrh and opoponax is dominat like the new version however you can also smelll spicy nuances.

Women's fragrances that I get compliments on by women and straight men; Opium EDP, Flowerbomb cream, Angel EDP, Womanity EDP, Shalimar EDP, Chanel *5, Issey Miyake lotion, Versace Versense, Prada L'Eau Ambree. My favorite though is Opium; smells like when you walk by Cinnabon. That sweet and spicy aroma that captivates you, but since it's a women's fragrance, they're always shocked to hear what I'm wearing :)

I have just recieved this and sprayed it a 50ml bottle for a bargain i also have the vintage opium i put this on one arm and the vintage on another and theres no difference infact i think this one is a little stronger and much fresher well pleased with it thankyou ebay
