Good smell but poor performance.

Discounted in my local shop down to 35€ for 50ml. I did 3 pumps on my arm. Opening with a lot of citrus, but the vetiver takes the lead after about 1-2 hours. Still noticeable after 4 hours, but gone after 6. Reminds me a lot of Terre de Hermes EdT, which I already own. Cheap alternative in my opinion.

This perfume consists of both two notes i hate the most - putrid rotten mandarin from Terre d'Hermes and sharp synthetic peppery-woodsy-ambery note from Suavage (or 99% of the new designer frags). Opening is promising, so you can be easily deceived in store. Bears no particular similarity to This Is Him. Longevity is great - i've had to wash my hand several times after 5 hr and still didn't get rid of some ambroxan remains. Since Terre have such praise, this frag will find it's audience.

I brought home a sample of this which my relatives liked, so I went out to buy one bottle after the first Covid lockdown ended. It was one of those instances where a fragrance of great promise during the trial phase turns out to be disappointing in real life conditions. Really didn't suit my style or body though it was not bad by any means. The peppery notes are definitely too overpowering for my taste.

To my nose the most dominant note here is something that smells like a herb called lemon balm, and unfortunately I heavily associate that smell with herbal mosquito repellents that you can buy at the pharmacy here in Sweden. This smells nice, clean and fresh - spicy and woody with a citrus feel - so it's really not bad, but the mosquity spray vibe just turns me off, unfortunately. I prefer the original This is Him to this one.

To my nose this one is a mix between Sauvage edt and the original This is Him, with slight herbal vibe at the start. That being said it’s likable and yes, I got a compliment on my first wearing after visiting a local Sephora. Thumbs up from me.

Citrus, grapefruit, pepper, incense, patchouli, amber. Deep and fresh at the same time. Nice wear. Office safe scent.

This smell looks like Notebook-Patchouly&Cedar Wood.
