Tome 1 La Pureté (2017)

GOD I LOVE THESE SOFT MUSKY LACTONIC FRAGS ! this one is almost freshie- lactonic - somehow .. the bergamont and the patchouli really brighten the creamy lactonic and sandalwood notes and make it really refreshing compared to heavier Commodity Milk - and quite similar to Intimate Silhouette but more daytime-y version. I can not get enough. if you like more dessert version, try Lost in a Dream by NAVITUS And if you want NICHE LEVEL , try FIVE SENSES (or YOU? also would be similar) )by House of Dastan...omg that's ETERNAL and uses Orcanox... A lot higher price range but you barely need 2 sprays of that one. The Tume 1 you will need to use 5-8 depending on if indoors or out. This and Zadig this is Her! (similar to Wood Whisper, Bianco Latte, etc) is also simlar in style - so Im well covered in this arena, but I just learned of Tume 2.. oh dear lord..they add iris?!?!? Im hunting a bottle of TUME 2 right now :) Have a SCENT-sational Day !

The first time I had the chance to test Tome 1 La Pureté by the iconic french maison ZADIG & VOLTAIRE was in Europe in 2016 in Belgium, nevertheless they had just the samples and run out of stock, and late in 2017 in a Z&V store in Amsterdam (P.C. Hoofstraat) finally found it again. I tested it in my arm, and it was as I would call it "love at first spray", I would define it as a truly versatile fragrance for both women and men with notes of Patchouli, Milk, as well as bergamot and sandalwood. You will love this fragrance if you're a huge fan of Patchouli as I am. Z&V advertises itself as a "Patchou-lait", cause the french for Patchouli and Milk. For me, every fragrance reminds me of a specific place/person/experience/time. In this case, It reminds me of someone very special, therefore I would classify it as my signature fragrance.

I blindly bought this and so far the best lactonic woody fragrance i have in my collection, j’adore so much!! It is powdery in a way like a cinnamon powder smells in a cup of cold milk fresh yet earthy and the bergamot is lifting it up so it is airy and performs like crazy, reminds me of my childhood and playing with dirt somehow it is sooo comforting and versatile can be worn all seasons, and of course disconnected

I love this perfume too much. It's perfection. True unisex. It's fresh, spicy, musky, sweet but not too sweet. It just has something special. A cross between an amazing perfume and something delicious to eat. Exciting and animalic. Like the best meal you ever had or a first kiss. You'll have to pry this out of my cold dead hands!

Beautiful creamy powdery wood. The actual version of Tome 1 La Pureté for her. I also have the original version wich is slightly more sugary. One of my favorite for 10 years now, simple french elegance.
