Gusto Limone

After spending some time with Gusto Limone, I can confidently say this one sits in the same family as Louis Vuitton Pacific Chill and Narcotica Limonata, which isn’t surprising considering they share the same perfumer. That said, Gusto Limone has its own personality and doesn’t feel like a clone of either. The opening is a vibrant burst of bright citrus and aromatic freshness, delivering that uplifting Mediterranean summer vibe. As it develops, the fragrance starts to separate itself, transitioning into a smooth and elegant dry down that actually reminds me a bit of Louis Vuitton Symphony. The lemon remains present, but it’s now accompanied by a refreshing mint nuance and a subtle, airy incense accord that adds sophistication and depth without ever becoming heavy. One thing worth mentioning is performance. I suspect some people may be going nose blind to this fragrance because my experience has been quite the opposite. I received a compliment eight hours into wearing it, which tells me the scent is projecting and lasting much better than some initial impressions online might suggest. Overall, Gusto Limone is a beautifully executed citrus fragrance that balances freshness, elegance, and wearability exceptionally well. If you enjoy the style of Pacific Chill, Limonata, or the refined citrus character of Symphony, this is absolutely worth experiencing. For me, this is one of the standout summer releases of the year

Sampling the most recent Zaharoff release, Signature Gusto Limone, unsurprisingly vibrant and fresh, featuring a citrus blend of lemon, mandarin, and tangerine, accented by a certain sharpness characterized by spearmint and sea breeze notes, over a bed of white pepper, incense, and mineral woods. At first sniff, it reminds me a bit of the balance of Profumum Roma Acqua Viva, but a little less sharp with respect to its lemon/cypress blend. Gusto Limone is a little smoother, less woody, less pungent, but in a way that’s easier to wear, a versatile citrus-led offering that is unsurprisingly very well-received, as perhaps the second citrus-centric offering after Signature Citron. It’s bright without being powdery, citric without being particularly sharp, and has some depth while still being fairly easy to wear. Overall, I’m instantly a fan of this and recommend that others check it out, given that the quality is high, and pricing and presentation and reasonable and lovely, respectively, as always. As with most of the Signature line, Gusto Limone is sold via the house website and priced at $195/155 for 120ml/60ml, but unlike most, it is extrait concentration, not EDP. 8 out of 10

This fragrance is actually amazing. It opens up extremely fresh and vibrant with a very photo realistic citrus. As it dries down it turns a bit creamy and has an awesome summer vibe. The people that are saying this is weak, and I was initially one of them need to test this on someone else. I sprayed this fragrance on my son to get a good idea of how long it lasted. Let's just say that after 8 hours I could still easily smell this fragrance coming off of him standing almost 3 ft away. Lasting power will not be an issue with this one and it will only get better as oxygen interacts with the bottle. When and if I go through this because I have a massive collection, I will be buying more. Wanted to put a review out because people need to stop testing fragrances on themselves and trying to gauge the performance. I am guilty of this as well, and let's face it we really can't do it. This one is a major go. Wanted to make sure I didn't use AI to review this because I'm sick of seeing it 💪

Photorealistic lemon up top, with an undertone of gorgeous musk and a light sea breeze. This happens for 2hrs then the ambery musk starts to take over, which is breathtakingly sexy. My first time wearing Gusto Limone I received a compliment 9hrs after applying it. I didnt think it was noticeable anymore but I was dead-wrong. My wife received a compliment from re-wearing a shirt that had Gusto Limone on it from the previous day. As unisex as a fragrance can get, but understand that it becomes masculine when a man wears it, and it becomes feminine when a female wears it. It becomes one with the wearer. Btw, I am not into citrus fragrances....

Gusto Limone is one of the most natural and elegant citrus fragrances I've worn in years. The opening captures the aroma of freshly cut Amalfi lemons with a refreshing touch of mint and a subtle sea breeze that instantly evokes the Mediterranean (the inspiration for the fragrance). As it dries down, the woods and soft incense add just enough depth without overshadowing the citrus heart. If you're looking for a citrus fragrance that feels luxurious, distinctive, and versatile, Gusto Limone is an easy recommendation.

This is a great scent. The only note I fail to find is the incense. I love incense notes! There is nothing I don't like about it. Well, except for the fact that the atomizer could stand to be upgraded. Doesn't come out in a fine mist....A worthy blind buy for sure. One of the few.....

While many citrus scents can lean synthetic or short-lived, this is incredibly natural, vibrant, and beautifully structured. It opens with a brilliant, photo-realistic burst of lemon but maintains an underlying depth and elegance that keeps it pushing for hours.

GUSTO - A very lemony opening, after a few minutes I get pacific Chill for a little bit. then the dry down lemon fades out and there is some mild pepper and soft woody notes. Not thrilled with the longevity. Definitely take a travel size to freshen up 2 hours later. My bottle just arrived. I don't know if it was because Justin StayFresh, my go to reviewer, said this one was "special" that I was a tad underwhelmed when I sprayed it on skin. It's OK, it's not blowing my mind though, not yet anyway. The diffuser is trash. This will not be a re-purchased scent. Citrus Poetry, is still my number one although the performance isn't great.

Scent is really nice but the performance was not up to par.Only 30% oil concentration for a 155.00 frag(NO THANKS)

I’ll let it sit for a bit, I have about 6-8 Zaharoff fragrances some good some okay, this one to me is pretty much straight up lemon disinfectant, I can’t even imagine wearing this one right now as is. I’ll come back to it in a few weeks to a month, definitely sample do not blind buy, I fell for the usual useful idiots on YouTube and you can probably guess who they are!

Would this be redundant if I already have Acqua di Parma Buongiorno? Is it similar? This Zaharoff, like Buongiorno lists mint but Buongiorno, (like Torino 21) is very prominent mint, not so much lemon and citrus to my nose.

I’ll admit it smells like the armaf dupe thing, but just way way better. It’s so natural smelling and takes me right back to the amalfi coast. Best from the house and best summer release in a while.

The most realistic and juicey Lemon fragrance I've come across. No toilet cleaner, synthetic mess. Lasted a good 8hrs on skin and took me back to Sorrento, Italy, in the lemon gardens!
