Seductive & Alluring. I get a mash-up of Givenchy Gentleman EDP + Reserve Prive with a hint of By Killian Black Phantom. As someone who likes/loves all three of these fragrances, I think Ibere is the best of all 3.

This smells like a more refined stronger Replica Jazz Club, more smooth, spicy Tonka, without the synthetic rubber smell of Jazz Club. 10/10

Perfect sweetness, slightly powdery. A Gourmand for those that don't like a Gourmand

This opens with a classy, refined vanilla that feels deep, sensual, and slightly dusty. It has this sugared vanilla sweetness, but it’s not thick or dessert-like. There’s a noticeable dryness and woodiness running through the fragrance that gives it structure, I also pick up something that reminds me of raisins which I'm assuming is the dried fruits. It’s slightly fruity but in a dried-out, concentrated way. There’s a subtle nuttiness in the background tucked behind everything, adding a little extra texture to the scent. As it dries down, I start noticing a gentle warmth and faint heat, which I think is coming from the pink pepper. It adds a slight spark and adds to the coziness and sexiness of this fragrance. This fragrance is labeled as a gourmand, but honestly I don’t really see that at all. The sweetness is there, but it’s far more dry, woody, and refined than edible. Feels more like in the realm of a barbershop scent, there’s an aromatic green freshness woven in that keeps the scent from becoming too heavy or overly sweet and kinda reminds me of those barbershop scents a little. This is perfect for date nights, cozy evenings, or late nights out. It has a very sexy and intimate character to it. There’s also something about it that feels festive, almost like the type of fragrance one of my uncle's or older relative might wear when coming over for the holidays or family reunions. But to be clear, this doesn’t smell like an “old man” fragrance. It’s simply very upscale, polished, and classy both in the scent itself and in the way it performs. I do really like this fragrance and enjoy wearing it, but I feel like there might be one or two elements missing that stop me from fully loving it. Maybe if it projected just a little bit more on my skin it would push it over the edge for me. That said, the understated nature of this fragrance is part of its charm. With a scent profile like this, subtlety works in its favor. For the type of person I am and the situations I find myself in, I do sometimes wish I had chosen a different fragrance from the ZedCreator 3.0 line. But I still genuinely like this one, I’m grateful to have a bottle, and I can definitely see myself putting a serious dent in it.

I picked this up on the back of enjoying Sun Kissed Island. The notes in Ibere really appeal, and given that we have perfect weather for this type of fragrance about 70% of the time in UK, this genre of olfactory art tends to go down a treat. Nutmeg & Dried Fruits are what sold me. There is a dry feel to the fragrances in general, some might describe it as powdery. A beautiful vanilla and tonka beam throughout, with the lavender, cedarwood, and oakmoss giving it a more traditional back bone. It's a really nice fragrance, Autumn or winter date nights spring to mind. I think this smells nicer as it goes along, a compliment getter on a confident and silent man. I do not feel there is anything particularly unique about it, but that is not a bad thing. It's a quality more mass appealing male scent, and I think it does it a lot better than the street designers in recent years. Some of the comparisons are interesting, I certainly think it stands out more than the Givenchy line people have suggested, but I can see why they make such comparisons. This would make a really good gift, a shame it is not available any longer. I have a 60ml bottle, once it's gone, it's gone.
