02 Sweet Vanilla

Unfortunately, Zara Perfumes are truly inconsistent. Hard to find same juice twice! Sweet Vanilla's production changed by each season, got reformulated, repacked. I had the luck of finding a bottle when this was coming without number 02 and with a faux leather antique rose coating bottle. My bottle is pure gold (the juice inside is dark), intense, deep caramel with a sparkling vanilla undertone, fresh hot milk. Layering it with strong Cambodian oud shows its overwhelming power. It covers any juice in my collection, lasts forever. This is not complex, but cozy enough to become a favorite, stunning nevertheless. Happy hunting!

Oh wow this is a doozy! For the price of$18 omg the silage is insane and lasts and lasts !! Compliments everywhere I go saying how sweet and smoky boozy type of perfume it is . Kind of haunting in a way . Seems like it should cost wayyyyy more than what it's worth . Love the cherry and amber combo wowza so damn sexy !

Wow! This one has some great longevity for a Zara fragrance. It lasts on my skin for about 5 hours. This is so nice it is like sweet vanilla ice cream with a powderiness. I just can’t stop smelling my arm. It is so delicious!

I could kick myself for not buying more of this. This is what I wanted gold sugar to be.. it actually lasted over 5 hours on me... which is a big thing ... especially ZARA!. I have another ZARA perfume Friday night or something.. this is wayyyyy better. It’s a creamy vanilla.. reminds me of cupcakes being baked. It was on clearance too... ughhhhhhh

I have Sweet Vanilla (100 ml, EdT) in the leather box and don't think the notes fit the fragrance at all. If it's actually the same fragrance as listed here. For my version, the Zara website lists caramel, ground almond, caramelized chestnut, vanilla, cedar and musk. And i disagree with those notes as well. What I get is a soapy rose(ish) scent with sweet notes and perhaps some chestnut and almond if I try to sniff it hard enough. I still wonder where the vanilla is and I would not call it a gourmand. It's more of a generic and cheap soapy bath bomb or shower gel with rose and something slightly sweet. It also doesn't dry down properly and leaves an oily surface.

This is some true strong vanilla scent, almost icy cake thing and too sweet for my well being. I bought it because the bottle was really pretty, but my first impression of this perfume reminds me how I wanted to vomit.

I don't think the notes are right According to the Zara website there's caramel, ground almond, caramelized chestnut, vanilla, cedar and musk in it. And I agree with that notes. The initial notes are very cheap, synthetic smelling. But... wait half an hour and you get the most beautiful, sweet, creamy and nutty gourmand perfume! The vanilla and caramel are the most dominant notes. I really like the combination of vanilla/caramel with the chestnut and almond. The cedar and musk are also detectable, giving the fragrance some depth. A lovely, unique gourmand perfume, and it's a cheapie! I paid 12 euro for 100ml. The sillage is weak, but the longevity is quite good. It stays on my skin for +/- 6 hours. Sweet Vanilla slightly reminds me of Hypnotic Poison, but then a sweeter version, with MUCH less sillage and longevity.

Hmmm ... A fresh and clean caramelized vanilla, a little powdery, between Prada Candy, Valentina Poudré and Her! Zadig & Voltaire. I can get just a little caramelized nutty note, not as detectable as the sugar coated chestnut accord of the new addictive perfume Stronger Armani (where you can easily smell chesnut cream with vanilla, a woody vanilla very more masculin much virile), but here it's a caramelized chestnut note or a soft spiced clean vanilla, soapy and woody (cedar) in a feminine way, and the almond is softer than in the perfume Pure Eve. This new Zara is a sweet fresh perfume as a vanilla shower gel. Very pleasant and addictive !

I smelled it yesterday on a friend and was astonished by the nutty sweet scent!!! My first impression was that she is wearing "Roberto Cavalli just her gold" as they share nutty notes,only to be suprised when she answered that it was a zara perfume! I always thought that their perfumes are ok,but not that special. It actually remained on my skin for long and really made up my day!!! I also totally agree with other comments below,description here is not same with official notes which I found more accurate to what I smell. Chestnut is the main thing I keep,of course in beautiful combination with queen vanilla.

Sweet vanilla by Zara is a deep, intense, and caramel-based fragrance with an undertone of vanilla and fresh hot milk. I love to layer it up with my Cambodian oud fragrance and others that make this one last longer and longer. The fragrance is simple, not complex, and is really cozy. Longevity is good enough, lasted for 6-7 hours on my skin. Silage is quite enormous. Wearing this feels like a sweet vanilla ice cream along with some powdery feel. Delicious one. the amber and cherry mix in this one is just perfect. sext and sweet and very girlish and all a girl desire for. I just love it!

This is a unique one! It DOES have a soapy synthetic quality to it and it's hard for me to pin-point exactly which note (s) does that, it might be the mixture of almond and cedar (interesting combo), then again my skin pulls cedar notes like there is no tomorrow. According to reviews musk is the strongest?? I don't get any musk, then again, I think my nose is broken from all the perfumes I've been smelling this past year. Gifted to a friend and she loves it!

Wrong notes listed here. The following are the correct ones: Fragrance pyramid includes notes of caramel, ground almond and caramelized chestnut. Even the color of the bottle is not accurate. Whatever! Just got it today: it is a sweet sugar burn vanilla. Linear but good longevity. Skin scent though. Not overly sweet but definitely cozy and feminine. On the gourmand side. I like it.

great longevity, sweet and mysterious, great for an economy perfume to wear in work. it combines great with other fruity perfumes (yeah i do this sometimes :) )

on my skin smells exactlly like valentina poudre maybe not as powdery but very similar

Sweet,baby-powdery, delicious one. Remindes ne baby products, but sweeter.
