Amber Fusion For Her

This perfume fascinates me but, be careful, I do not think this is an scent for all noses. It behaves also as a beast! At least on my skin I dose it carefully because it projects in a very powerful way and has a very good duration. When I use it sometimes the bed sheets keep the scent for days. For me, despite its misleading name, which seems to put us in front of an amber fragrance, this perfume is not. It is a deep musky parfume, perfectly unisex, in which the musk surrounds the lily note and certain green notes. Although it claims to contain vanilla, it is a dry fragrance to me, not a sweet vanilla at all, and I certainly do not perceive anything that would make me think of an amber accord. Although I have seen some references in the internet in which this perfume was compared with Erba Pura by Xerjoff, after comparing them side by side, to my nose they are not too similar. It is true that they share that musky vibe but I like Erba Pura better and it is much more fruity. Erba Pura also has perhaps a better duration, still being very even, but, on my skin, less sillage. Actually as I mentioned before, the sillage of Amber Fusion is powerful. Its duration, as in other perfumes of this line, is also not bad at all but very high. On my skin it easily lasts for 10 hours and on clothes until they are washed. Except in summer, I would use it all year round. If we talk about occasions, I find it can be appropiate for many, being quite versatile if we know how to dose it. We can raise the number of applications or lower them depending on the environment in which we are going to stay, applying very little if we will be in a close small space. In short, I find it exceptional for lovers of musky aromas at a very good price. Scent 8/10 Duration 9/10 Sillage 9/10 Quality / price 10/10 Versatility 9/10 Packaging 7,5 / 10 Would I buy again? The bottle i got doesn't state its for him or her. I blindbuy this perfume thinking its going to be pleasant and feminine. Shockingly, it smells sooo masculine that i gave it to my husband. A few months later, i revisited the perfume (bcos my husband thinks its too strong for him) so i sprayed some on me and the smell grew on me. It became my signature smell. Its drydown smells gorgeous! I love how it is strong and projects so long! You can be smelled from afar and if you leave the room, your smell lingers in the room! To make it more feminine, i do layer it with something floral and powdery just to take its masculinity down a little. Its smell undeniably sharp, fresh, citrusy, woodsy and amberish which i grew to love gained compliments from many.

Usually I prefer gourmand-ish/ "edible" scents, like heavy vanilla, caramel, coconut, pastry etc. Based on the notes Amber Fusion has never caught my attention..until the first try. This is sooo beautiful. Elegant, feminine, fresh, sweet, but not fruity sweet (which I don't like). This is the exact smell of parfum stores that I have been looking for and finally I have found it. So reading the notes can be very deceptive, try-on is a must. It will be great for spring and summer as I have mainly warm autumn-winter fragrances in my collection. In my mind I pair it with a white shirt. Projection and sillage is outstanding (so be careful). I gave it one spray to the back of my hand and my husband said it filled the room.

Amber fusion is pleasant, clean, musky. The name is misleading as it tends to lean cold and musky rather than warm and ambery. It has a similar DNA to quite a few Chanel perfumes and a quick comparison with Chance eau fraiche (which I own), I'm surprised of how alike they are although the former definitely lacks the green notes of the latter. It 's a very 'perfumey' scent, classic, appropriate for work but not my favourite from the line. Great for the price nonetheless! Edit: After wearing it a whole day, I've grown to love it much more. It has a beautiful metallic note which has a very niche quality about it. It got compliments from a few men which is rare for a perfume that leans clean.

I've found my best amber fragrance all time! It is the female version of Avon MAN which I love & would also wear but I was too ashamed to use it as a woman :D (I tested it only for nights) But GOD, this is almost the same, purely animalic amber but with a hint of soft sweet girly notes in addition, without masculine lines & without an overwhelming effect. (I think it is the lavender or some spices in the AVON) It lasts 12+hours on the skin as well. It has also a very goood sillage&projection. At the beginning it is a bit too much but after ~1 hour dry down it will be AMAZING & unforgettable, especially for amber fans!

I’m so intrigued by the range of reviews for this one. My husband and I both love it, but we also love the smell of rubbing alcohol LOL. I only mention that because this is an unconventional “perfume.” It’s definitely sharp, unisex, a bit industrial. I personally don’t get any fruit or citrus, but I do get loads of amber. It’s not a creamy amber, much more spicy, astringent, a bit exotic. I detect some woods, but again mostly sharp amber that really hits the nostrils. I think it’s a confident scent, very versatile and unique. Easy to layer as it isn’t very multi dimensional on its own. Fun cheapie!

I have this for more than a year now and used to wear this quite a lot to work but after I almost choked 2 people at office with this scent, I decided to not wear it to work anymore 🤣 This is one of the strongest amber scents in my collection, only two sprays can last the whole day and on clothes it stay for days and some occasion even after I washed the clothes and put in the dryer. Totally beast mode. Colleagues usually will say "whoahhhh!!! This is strong, girl". This perfume will announce your arrival, 5-10 metres before you physically arrive. Insane. I know.

At first I was like ugh what is this because I was hit with an intense synthetic musky woods smell But as it dried down it began to grow on me. It definitely does remind me of something from the chance line I get a lot of cedar and this last forever! I don't think its a scent for me but for anyone who wants something that smells like a BOSS B I suggest you try it edit: its the scent for me haha I couldn't stop thinking about it and bought a bottle Am now in love with this and its great for layering

If you love amber and bergamot notes, you’ll love this. It does have a sharp opening (so if you’re easily prone to headaches maybe skip this), but the dry down is amazing and it lasts for hours. I applied this morning at 7 AM and now (6:30 PM) I can still smell it on my clothes. It’s very reminiscent of Bath and Body Works “Mediterranean Mirage” but with a red fruit note. It’s my favorite fragrance at the moment and I highly recommend :)

The first sniff was a 5/10 for me. the dry down of it though is AMAZING!! for some reason it smells like a niche perfume. for me the quality of amber fusion is better than zara red temptation It's not the same as another 13 but it can have similar sensation when you smell it (they are not the same though) and it kinda smells like creed aventus for her!

I tried this one in store, it's complex it's fresh it's beautiful but unfortunately not a female scent at all. It lasted on my arm till tomorrow morning even though I took a bath before I went to bed. Overall it's amazing perfume with extreme longevity (on my skin), not strong in projection, ideal for every day but for men.

I saw a girl on tiktok talking about this fragrance, and she was so convincing that I blind bought this. 😅 In my opinion, this is a perfectly unisex scent. Not offensive at all, not migrane-inducing, but boss b vibes. I can see that for me, this is going to be a frequently used fragrance for a while.

Yep I'm in love. It's probably the most long lasting and projecting Zara perfume I have. The dry down smells so sexy, woody and warm. It definitely gives boss b vibes, as other has said. I've had 3 people comment on it already which honestly never happens! Going to be wearing it all autumn.

Very nice fragrance. In my opinion it is a mixture between Chanel Chance and Elizabeth Arden White Tea. I love them both, and this perfume has best of both worlds. The only flaws are sillage and longevity, anyhow since it is so cheap, I can't expect it to have it all.

Tried it in store and bought it right away, without caring it was m/f. For me it’s very unisex. Radiating Amber, no seanotes/lily.. I can’t detect other than Amber and woodsy reminds of Ombré Nomad a little. In fact I also layer it with a weak ON dupe I have.

Male buyer at a non male Zara shop. So it must be the female version: this is a bright luminous strong amber scent similar to Bahar by spirit of Dubai. Love the “thirst satisfying “ nuance, it almost makes it refreshing. Great deal IMO

Zara I was not familiar with your game...this is the first perfume that has wowed me in awhile. Gorgeous, rich, complex amber scent with a light hint of floral and fruit. Absolutely the best fragrance I’ve smelled at this price point.

my favourite perfume of all time! smells amazing, sexy and fresh, fits for any type of occasion. whenever i wear this scent i always get a bunch of compliments, which never happens when wearing other perfumes

What a beautiful cheapie!!! It's long-lasting and it's powerful. I personally don't detect the aquatic notes at all... It's 100% ambery goodness. And I love the fact that this isn't a dupe to another perfume!

Vers strong scent, masculine leaning, i gave it to my brother it smells amazing on him and projects like crazy

This fragance is light and very unisex, well, it depends whether it pulls sweeter on you, then it won't feel as unisex. But if you're wearing on a cold weather, the scent is very versatile as I believe it requires warmth to develop its sweetness. It doesn't last on my skin but it projects, it lingers on clothes, but maybe it depends on which fabrics. The fragance is inoffensive which is a word I usually don't use. But with that, it means this will easy be a scent that you come to 'like'. I detect the vanilla after it settles and right before it becomes a skin scent. It's lovely, I believe this is best to layer, either as a base or topper. Definitely worth it

I officially 'gave' this one to my fiancé (I just place it along his other perfumes and he has yet to figure it out 😁) Smells amazing on him, lasts forever on clothes, like it lingers even after 3 hours of hiking, it projects like crazy in warmer weather just with 3 sprays - but is not cloying or overpowering, it stays 'fresh'. Even though is unisex, I'd say this leans masculine and I love this one, on him. I'm starting to believe the same will happen with - Perpetual Oud - I bought it for me but there's something pulling masculine, let's see

It wasn't love at first sniff, but this one got me recently. Is fancy, fruity, with a dash of amber that gives the sofistication we like. It's perfect for the night, autumm and goes greatly for happy hours or even a date night.

6.9/10 - Have the reformulated version, silage isn't great and longevity could be better. Not as strong as others like Rose Gourmand/Golden Decade but lasts averagely 5hr intimately. Wouldn't buy again but happy to use it up

Just got this and Rose Gourmand this week . They are new bottles 2021 version. Smelled nice but didn’t last long on me 3hrs maximum I would say. Will spray on clothes see if it lasts longer

I really like this, it's a good replacement for Chanel Chance, in a newer jacket. Very beautiful, energetic and worthy to wear on the special days when feeling extra in your element.

I tried this on a piece of paper and got Chanel Chance vibes. What a good surprise! I will try it out on skin and edit my review; but this has a lot of similarity with Chance.

Opening smells like a generic department store masculine fragrance, the cheap kind. Then the marine accord starts to give it a more classy vibe but still...I find it so unappeling. The dry down however....beautiful, classy classy classy! The amber (and maybe musk?) in this gives it a *boss babe* vibe. You smell it and think...this woman is rich, she takes care of herself in the most luxury 5 stars spa. This ambery dry down is fresh yet warm, so enveloping, it's also soapy in a way, sofisticated, and gives away a salty yet powdery sensation, quite addictive. I can feel a gentle and warm woodiness too with very etherial touch of flowers, there is a metallic aspect and you can feel something synthetic/steril/cold that is reminiscent of a type of musk used in some niche perfumes (think of houses like Sospiro, Terenzi, Xerjoff, Initio). From time to time it brings to my mind the scent of the drawers of a very expensive Italian perfumery from wich I used to buy very quality makeup and toiletries when I had money (no more, unfortunately!!!). That mix between expensive storage and expensive quality refined products all blended togheter, you can't pin point what it is but you can not stop yourself from smelling it. I don't know though if I can get past the opening...because that cheap male fragrance smell lingers through the whole experience and comes back like an angry ghost to ruin your day. And I am sure that I am one of the few that finds it so bothersome, I see that many agree in finding the opening/mid or the scent as a whole quite masculine (more so then unisex) but on the internet very few peopole have been so critical (or repulsed) by it. Anyway, Zara stock this so rarely now, and I don't understand why...because many peopole love it, same thing with the others from the Chapter line. If you are impressed then take it on the spot. They are more focused on presenting new scents in a fast fashion way then they are in keeping happy the clients and the loved products stocked. EDIT: I would like to clarify that the problem is not that the perfume has a masculine feel because I like that style a lot, actually! The problem is that it is a "cheap" masculine feel, almost deodorant vibe. The only fragrance that disturbed me that much until now was Chanel Chance Edp wich I blind bought years ago and that I see it is in the "reminds me of" section for Amber Fusion, so it is not a problem of Zara quality but more so of "style" and chosen note.

However, finishing the bottle grants some insight into this decidedly feminine fragrance. The unusual blend proves moderately crowd-pleasing and well-suited for cold, rainy weather, if applied heavily to eke out decent performance. Comparisons to the almighty Chance fall painfully short, as Amber Fusion lacks similar intrigue or versatility. Its swift depletion also cements the overpriced nature for Zara, necessitating constant spraying that empties the bottle faster than expected. An accidental combinatorial mishap with Cerutti 1881 yielded a noxious reaction necessitating thorough cleanup and an oxygen mask, perhaps a new crowd control chemical weapon to sell off! While missing the mark for a male buyer, feminine noses may find charm in Amber Fusion's lightweight floral amber aura during dreary autumn days.

I expected a flowery amber scent but I’m surprised by how similar it is to “red temptation” from the same line. I get saffron-ish note from this but not as sweet and woody as in red temptation. It’s definitely a cold and sterile scent. I got the old bottle which is shown in the picture. I actually didn’t like this scent but still love the line. Longevity and sillage are insane for my bottle. I put my sister’s wrist 1-2 spray only at outside and her room was smelling after 6-7 hours!!

Zara copied the homework but made it cheaper. This is basically trying to be Baccarat Rouge 540’s little sister who shops at Zara instead of Saks. Sweet amber, fruity, feminine. "I want to smell like BR540 but my budget said no" energy. Young, date night, casual. If you want BR540 vibes for $27, this does the job. If you’ve smelled real niche amber scents, you’ll clock the synthetic dry down immediately. Not offensive, not special. It’s a starter pack scent.

This lacks the beautiful top notes of hyacinth and pineapple that Xerjoff Accento has, but otherwise they are very similar. Good quality. Very strong sillage and good lasting power.

I saw the notes and thought that would love it. Reading the comments I was almost sure. Do not blind buy this. It's very strong for my taste. Smells like oriental perfume which means it's very heavy. There is no marine notes just sharp and in your face. I gave it away.

This is another frag that has a balloon-rubber kind of a note in the base, also present in Oriflame's Citrus Tonic for men. Can't stand it. Maybe it's my nose. I don't know what people pointing at Erba Pura had in mind either.

this is so screechy alcohlic and horrible. Its sillage and projection are absolutely nuclear. I’ve never experienced a fragrance this strong

I might be bias because this fragrance is right up my alley but it’s phenomenal for the price. It’s citrusy, aquatic, woody, and slightly floral. The most impressive part however is the performance, easily 8-10 hours with decent projection. The performance alone is comparable to that of Xerjoff and TT fragrances. It is very synthetic at first but it does dry down beautifully to a fresh citrusy white floral. If you want a beast mode fresh fragrance this is a great option and long lasting fragrances in this family are hard to find. I love it so much. To the people looking for an Accento dupe this is definitely not it. I can see the comparison to Xerjoff dna however I don’t think it’s close enough to be a dupe. It’s almost a combination of J’adore by Dior and Kirkè by TT.

Upon initial sniff you get a blast of a cologne vibe - a masculine fresh scent that isn’t pleasant. I think they definitely were inspired by Tiziana Terenzi’s use of water notes, and also Montale’s Starry Nights perfume. They both share this laundry detergent vibes. Don’t be fooled - this is a sharp, aquatic citrus perfume for the majority of its life span. Maybe after a few hours is it that you can tell that there’s a bit of amber. This seriously needs to be more balanced, warmer and ambery. It’s too sharp.

To me this smells expensive, people-pleasing and not particularly complex, so it is a great day-to-night office friendly perfume that will get you compliments for sure. The moment I sniffed this, I immediately got Chanel Chance watered down (which is actually good since Chance can be a bit cloying and matronly to some). I used to wear CC for years so I can detect those notes from a mile away. I definitely don't get unisex vibes from it, it smells definitely feminine to my nose.

I was scared when i read someone here write that Amber Fusion is strong. Today i got mine and was hesitate to spray it but thank God i did. I like it! It is warm and not strong like i thought. I detect the amber, fail to snif the vanilla and quickly becomes a skin scent on my skin or i got nose blind . I still prefer Amber from Reminiscence. This is very light compared to Reminiscence Amber. Edit: I tried to layer it with Fleur de Patchouli and i like it even more.

Received today. Amber/vanilla/Lily....yes...all present here. But, I feel there must be other notes not mentioned in this !!! I need a full wearing of this to decide how I feel about it....but..today at first sniff...I find it "MEH"...sadly. EDIT: After a "full wearing" of this....I have changed my mind !! This one needs to develop on skin....patience required.....the dry down is awesome!! Moderate performance...

I think I grabbed the wrong box at Zara, because this smells nothing like the scent I tested in store. To me/on me this perfume smells very chemical, very screeching, too masculine for me, and the bergamot top note is unpleasant to me. Maceration did not help either. Pro: It does last very long, and projects. Ended up throwing this away, because I did not want my friends to smell like this either.

So unbelievebly fresh. And sour. It gives the skin a very natural beautiful smell. Great summer scent. Useless to mention the unbeatable price. It's not a dupe for Erba Pura. I avoided it because of this. It's much fresher and more sour and more uplifting. I find it somewhere between EP and Light Blue for some reason. Very very nice one

I already have Sospiro Accento and this one seems redundant to own, as it develops identically, although a bit lighter and more rounded, especially how toned down the aggressive musks are vs Sospiro's version. Somebody suggested Saharienne as similar to this one, but it's actually the prototype for Zara Femme.

This took some time to grow on me, but I think the more I wear it, the more I like it... I kept on wondering what it reminded me of because it smelled familiar... Unpopular opinion maybe (and I'm not saying they are dupes) but this does remind me of Vanille Antique by Byredo...

Ooooohh, the designer or niche quality, a sophisticated go-to long-lasting scent for an affordable price. Just go for Zara's Amber Fusion if you enjoy Creed Aventus For Her, Montale's Starry Night, Chanel Chance EDP, or something similar.

Not sure whether I got the male version instead of female, but to me this smells way more masculine than feminine. Whilst I enjoy a unisex fragrance, this was too masculine for me, therefore I gave it to my husband and I love it on him.

Smells unisex for sure and has that cologne lingering scent. It does have amber but it’s not a gourmand amber. It’s more of a cold, deep amber. Projects very well and lasts forever! This is a compliment getter and very inoffensive.
