Applejuice

I already have several dupes for Chanel Chance Eau Tendre in my collection. I couldn't resist purchasing yet another one however, because this scent was so inexpensive and the notes really do mimic the Chanel very closely. That said, after wearing Applejuice now for a couple of days, I'm kind of regretting the purchase because not only is this scent redundant for me, it is also the shortest lived and weakest of all the Eau Tendre wannabe's that I own. Short lived I can deal with by reapplying, but the faintness of this scent just really defeats the purpose of wearing fragrance at all. Mostly I'm just really annoyed with myself for giving in to the compulsion to buy this. I already own Spring Tempting Nashi which is also a very cheap and faithful, albeit synthetic smelling impersonation of Eau Tendre. Applejuice smells almost 100% identical to Tempting Nashi but has maybe half the sillage and longevity. Knowing myself I will probably be decluttering Applejuice very soon. Edit - so I'm not going to declutter this, I'm treating it as a body spray and I'm actually appreciating having something so lightweight and transient. It has its uses.

Top notes - apple Heart notes - floral bouquet Base notes - woody, musky facets of cedar This scent opens as an aquatic apple, it's super fresh, just sliced a green apple. Somewhat Be Delicious but the dry-down is much different. Drydown is a very light, floral, powdery musk. It's so light that I don't think it could bother anyone. Sillage is terrible for this because you will get used to the scent and not really notice it all. Others will though. After 1 to 2 hours this fragrance is fully dried down and leaves you with a slight clean smell. Overall this fragrance is comfortably unisex! Im a guy and I use it often. What it works best for is to add a fruity touch to another fragrance you're wearing or as a body mist/refresh type fragrance. It's also great for bedtime and smelling fresh at home.

I used to wear it at college all the time. Suitable for all seasons and hours, definitely a dupe of Chanel Chance Eau Tendre! Great longevity and at a great value for what is offering. Definition of delicate scent. inspiration in words: "You remind me of something, I know you from somewhere. I'm the one who just got out of the shower and the whole neighborhood smelled it, I'm the one who found you in the summer and stayed through the winter. I was by your side during pleasant, relaxed moments, but also during moments that required absolute dedication and concentration. I gave you oxygen and lifted your spirits. You definitely know me".

I got this earlier today, and I've already reapplied it four times. It has a very prominent apple/fruity smell upon the initial spray, which I love! The drydown is very much fruity-floral, with just a hint of musk. Inoffensive; a good option if you just want to smell fresh and clean. Sad that this doesn't last very long. I've gotten to around 15 sprays in just one day, which pains me since this is a bit expensive where I'm from. Also, this reminds me of that one Cinderella perfume with the pink tiara cap I had when I was a child. Used the hell out of that perfume, too.

This does not smell like apple juice to me. It does, however, smell almost exactly like Marc Jacob’s Daisy with slightly less of the fresh cut grass note from Daisy. The longevity on Applejuice is hilariously longer on me than Daisy, which is much more expensive, so I’ll be buying Applejuice going forward because I don’t mind re-applying. This would be a great office scent, great for those with sensitive noses like myself, and those looking for a truly inoffensive scent. Zara has refill bottles as well, which is a huge plus for me.

This is a close dupe to Chanel Chance eau Tendre, and it's the first Zara fragrance that I *actually* think works as an almost identical dupe upon dry down. I say this having sprayed both on a tester + on my skin almost simultaneously. At first spray, Applejuice is much more chemical than Chance, but after 30 minutes they're scarily similar. Longevity isn't bad either - was a bit afraid of that after reading all these comments, but I can still feel it on skin after 5 hours and on clothes for many more.

Applejuice sprayed liberally over Soap & Glory's Sugar Crush lime body lotion straight out of a shower gives a lasting clean and soapy citrus scent all day at work for me. Lovely as it's not overpowering and sits close to the skin. Yes, it's reminiscent of Chanel Chance eau Tendre. It's an easy reach for days you want to feel clean and prettily scented but need a break from stronger fragrances. I keep a big bottle of this in my bathroom and friends love freshening up with it too when visiting.

To me this is a dupe of Marc Jacobs Daisy. Not chance eau tendre. I feel that eau tendre has a strong powdery dry down which I don't find in Daisy. Appeljuice isn't powdery at all. More fresh, floral and fruity, just like Daisy. I probably will be getting this one, since I'm debating for a while now whetever to get Daisy or not for the spring and summer. Lastingpower of daisy is so bad! So I probably will get this one. I already own eau tendre and I really find it very different from Daisy.

I used to wear Chanel Eau Tendre every day. It had been a long time since I last sniffed it, and when I tried Applejuice, it was like a firework-like explosion of memories. And yes, I understand that Applejuice is not an exact dupe, but when an inspired fragrance evokes the same memories from a period of time in your life, it means it has succeeded. It's too bad it has poor performance; otherwise, it would be a 10/10. It's fun, it's beautiful, and it's cheap.

Smells quite close to Chanel Chance eau de Tendre (the pink bottle)- the eau de toilette one, not the eau de parfum. Chanel edp is heavier on the rose/floral note so Apple juice isn't a dupe for edp. but with much less longevity and sillage. Apple juice is, evidently, stronger on the apple notes but for the price it is a good dupe. I'd recommend using it on clothes rather then the body if you want it to last longer than 10 minutes.

This is just a nice sophisticated fresh perfume. Nice fruity floral blend. But the performance sucks. Lasts for 20 mins and projects only for the first 10 mins 😂. It opens with a citrus note, gets floral in the middle and settles with powdery white musky smell. Very mild yet mood lifting perfume. I would have repurchased if the performance was good, unfortunately this is sucha disappointment 😕 it's a skip for me 👎🏻

Smells just like chanel chance eau tendre. Will get you compliments and is one of the best "clean girl" scents you can buy. In my opinion this works all year round and both day and night. Perfect for office or school. The major downfall is the longevity but at the price you can over spray and reapply. Ideal perfume for wearing around the house or when wearing a "real" or expensive perfume seems like a waste.

I always say, this smells like opening a big magazine that has the perfume scent strips after they have been opened up. The way all the beautiful scents mingle together. When I wear it people often say I smell like a department store that sells fragrances. I think its the same idea as the magazine. Its just a beautiful blend. I dont pick up on one scent a few minutes after spraying. Its a lovely melding .

I'm still on the lookout for my signature scent, but Zara's Apple Juice has been my go-to/default scent for pretty much everything for the past few years. It definitely reminds me of Chanel Chance (which I used to wear all the time in my 20s), but it's not as intense. I actually prefer Apple Juice's low silage and that lasts long enough for something like date night, which is just perfect for me.

This is 100% Chanel Chance Eau Tendre. I'm so happy too because I Love Eau Tendre but I refuse to spend $150 on a 100ml bottle. For a 180ml of Zara's version I spent $28. Longevity on clothes is a solid 24 hours. Smelled it on my clothes the next day. On skin about 3. So refreshing, sophisticated, and inoffensive. Absolutely in love 💕

I use this interchangeably with Chance Eau Tendre because they really are identical. I wear Applejuice on more chill/working from home days and save Chance Eau Tendre for going out/special occasions. There are performance issues but it doesn't really bother me since I wear it mostly at home, I can just reapply throughout the day.

This is a perfect, spring/summer unisex fragrance, as an alternative to all those citrus forward gents/unisex scents. It doesn’t overwhelm and the apple dries down into an easy floral intimate skin sent. Very happy to have chanced upon this (pun intended). Easy and breezy, it’s a bit of a no brainer for the price point

This perfume is so fresh and delicious, in my opinion identical to Chanel's Chance, I did overspray lol but just because I knew it was not going to last all day, it's been 7 hours and I can still smell it!!! Great value for the price honestly, this is beautiful and affordable, 10 out of 10 I do recommend it.

I’m obsessed with this scent!! I have Chanel Chance Eau Tendre but I don’t wear it because it’s sentimental, and who should I if I have one that is identical. The bottle is halfway gone, which doesn’t happen often because of how many I have. I love this fragrance! It’s so clean in my opinion.

fresh, beautiful scent. There’s no Apple in this fragrance . Fruit and roses Like Chanel eu tender and the first kiss from VS. Easy to reach in hot weathers . Btw, the longevity is not the best, but at the end of the day, it’s Zara, so you don’t expect beast mode sillage

This smells like Pert Plus 2in1 Shampoo & Conditioner & I LOVE it! There’s something nostalgic & comforting about it to me. If you want it to last longer you have to spray it like a body spray, but the price is so good that’s fine by me! This just makes me happy :)

The longevity and projection are miserable, but I dont use it like as an outside perfum. This is the perfect "after shower" smell in my opinion. Cheap, wearable in bed, soapy... perfect for a durable clean feeling after a long day and an refreshing shower.

Not a good dupe for Daisy. However, this is the body spray version of Chanel Chance Eau Tendre, through & through. Lovely, inoffensive and cheap. Poor performance but a good, cost effective alternative for anyone looking for a budget friendly option.

It has a post-shower crispy granny smith freshness to it. i think its the orange/violet accord. it's not very sweet but it's very orange zest/orange peel. more of a sour fruit salad. my mom loves it. i bought her a bottle too :-)

Love this! It smells exactly like Chance Eau Tendre, which to my nose is one of the prettiest scents ever for spring and summer. Light, fresh, airy, playful, and feminine. I'm very happy I tried it and I'm sure I will repurchase.

lol @those who downvoted chanel chance eau tendre in the similar perfumes. apple juice isn't similar to it, it's IDENTICAL. i smelled one after the other and they are 100% the same perfume. which is lovely, by the way.

I'm Always saying that I'll no longer buy Zara fragrances and here I am again hahaha it's a great shampooey scent, nothing too special, but It smells soooo good! Sounds great for the whole year round

Great summer fragrance, I’m not sure if it’s just me but it smells quite similar to Daisy by Marc Jacob's but with a poorer sillage and longevity, still great for a cheap fragrance.

This perfume is like the mixture of Daisy by Marc Jacobs and Chanel Chance Eau Tendre. The scent is amazing but the longevity is awful.

I think it’s perfect for summer . It gives the vibe of I just took a shower . If you wanna feel clean you should definitely get this 💖

A Fragrance with Poor Longevity but a Surprising Twist! I have to say, despite its poor longevity, I absolutely love this fragrance. Why? Because it did something I never expected—it helped me get over my aversion to apples! For some context, I got really sick once and, for some reason, was overfed apples while I was recovering. The association stuck, and for 15 years, just looking at an apple would make me feel nauseous. Fast forward to now: I decided to "borrow" this fragrance from my sister without even checking the name. I kid you not, after one spray, I felt so thirsty I almost wanted to drink it! I finally looked at the name of the fragrance, and I was in disbelief. I stared at it for a full five minutes, completely confused. But here's the kicker—this fragrance actually made me want to give real apples a try again! :') Now I want a fragrance to get over my milk aversion!

I had no idea that Zara even sold perfumes and colognes. This is my first bottle from them and if they’re all as nice as this I shall certainly be buying more. Applejuice’s opening is very sweet, super dooper sweet, it does smell like that sugary goodness that is Applejuice. It’s so sweet that if it were actual applejuice then you would for sure get a toothache. Very fresh and zesty, gorgeous and clean and superbly pretty. Personally, I think it feels rather unisex. To me, it seems quite easy for anyone to wear it and wear it comfortably. Due to its high freshness I think it’s suitable for hot weather only, the juice is nice but longevity and sillage isn’t very strong, so if you wore this during winter it would disappear quickly. Great scent overall though. I enjoyed wearing it and am looking forward to smelling more Zara fragrances.

This, sadly, becomes a skin scent after 1 hour or so, but it lasts for a good 4 hours in my hair. It's definitely apple dominant as one would expect with added brightness from the citrus notes in the opening. As it begins to dry, the peony and violet peeks through creating a soft feminine scent. I don't really get any rose, jasmine, cedar or sandalwood honestly. There is a hint of musk to ground everything. A long while back, Victoria's Secret had a limited body mist called "Girl's Night Out". It's so old that it's not listed on Fragrantica lol. Anyways, this is 95% similar to it. So if you are missing it, get this instead of overpaying on eBay. I wished that it projected more and lasted longer. It's really a lovely sent. Over spraying it is! (tip: get the 200 ml bottle, it's only $25.00 CAD)

Alright, I'm bit confused whether I like it or not. So, let's start from the beginning. I bought edt version and it lasts forever on my skin. It even survived washing the dishes, so I'm pretty much amazed from that point of view. What I'm not so fond of is the fact that first 3 hours, I swear, I can only feel the apple scent and I don't find it feminine, I find it rather girly. In the dry down, which takes ages to come on my skin, it is much nicer. Then I can feel jasmine, cedar and musk, which is my favourite combo in perfumes. For example, I adore CK beauty, I find it as a most feminine perfume, but for some reason it fades away within minutes. However, this one has more pros than cons, and its price is one huge pro for sure. Seems like "green" scents tend to stick on my skin.

Totally a Chance Eau Tendre dupe! I blind bought it as I was curious as to how close it was to Chance eau Tendre, and since mine is running out, I figured I would try Applejuice to see if I can save a few bucks as it’s literally a fraction of the price. I definitely agree with all the reviewers that it is such a close dupe. I always thought Chance eau Tendre smelled like Pert Plus shampoo, and I find that this one smells EXACTLY like Pert Plus. I personally like the smell of Pert Plus, so I don’t mind, and I don’t mean that as a bad thing. The projection is good on me, but doesn’t last long...don’t mind respraying this though, as it is so affordable. I spray it in my hair as it is such a shampoo/clean fresh scent.

This is a good dupe for Chanel Chance eau Tendre. I like it, but Target also makes an excellent dupe for Chance eau Tendre under their Fine'ry line called Flower Bed. The Fine'ry version is quite a bit stronger and lasts a lot longer on my skin (it's also inexpensive at $28 for 2 oz.). I reach for Applejuice when I want a light, clean, shampoo-y fresh fruity-floral but don't necessarily want it to last all day. If I am in the mood for that same scent profile, but want something more potent that lasts all day, I'll reach for Fine'ry Flower Bed. That said, if you don't want to shell out the money for Chance eau Tendre and you don't have access to Target, Zara Applejuice is a fine dupe.

Of all my fragrances, this one might be the shampoo-iest. It’s like if Garnier Fructis or Herbal Essences made an edt, this is what it would smell like. Not a bad thing! Definitely a fresh, clean scent. Apple juice, it is not. Instead, the most prominent notes are a crisp (not tart, but not all that sweet) apple and dewy florals. It lasts all of half an hour before it becomes a skin scent, but it’s $25 USD for 180mL, so who’s complaining? Not me! No idea how it compares to Chance, but if it’s anything similar, this could be a real bargain. Edit: I now own Eau Tendre (EDP formulation), and yeah. Zara is totally duping Eau Tendre.

Very similar to Chance Eau Tendre, but at an affordable price. I've always liked, but not loved, Eau Tendre, so picking up Applejuice was a no brainer. Eau Tendre doesn't seem special enough to me to justify the price tag, but Applejuice is cheap and smells almost exactly the same. Performance isn't as good as Eau Tendre, but again it's super affordable so I really don't care if the performance isn't the best. Great for everyday/office wear since it sits so close to the skin and is really not a complicated or controversial scent at all. As others have noted, it's just a nice, fresh, shampoo-like scent.

Picked this up for my nanny after hearing great things about it, tested it in shop and it's a very fresh, spring scent that's safe for a blind buy. I'm not fond of fruit scents myself but I really am fond of this one, it's fruity without being immature (I find some fruity fragrances remind me of kids shampoo). It's not at all overpowering and reminds me of Chance by Chanel. Can't speak on the longevity but as my grandad can't stomach being around potent perfumes, I figure this will keep both grandparents satisfied.

This smells so, so, so good! I just wish it projected and lasted for any time at all. I know perfumes react differently to everyone but this one is gone within 30min. My boyfriend loves the scent. I know it's a supposed dupe for Chance Eau Tendre so I might splurge if that one will last longer for me. Bottom line: love everything about the actual smell, devastated over the performance. edit: bought again because it smells so good to me. vaporizer on this bottle is atrocious :') i have to use both hands to spray

It's quite an accurate dupe for Chanel Chance Eau Tendre EDP. The major difference is the opening with the apple note but once it dries down it becomes almost the same, just less powdery. While it projects somewhat moderately the longevity is very poor on my skin. Over spraying makes it project a bit more but does not increase longevity. Usually around 2 hours and the base notes maybe linger for another hour. I hope Zara brings the Apple Juice Intense EDP to the US which hopefully has better performance.

I don't know Chance Eau Tendre so I can't make that comparison, but for me this smells smack in between Si Passione and D&G Light Blue. Light, fresh, fruity and shampooey. It's quite pretty and a clean, delicate hot-weather fragrance. I'll definitely wear this out and about on hot summer days. I didn't know if I'd like it, but it was on sale directly from Zara for $12.99 CAD for a 180ml bottle (!), which is practically free, so I gave it a shot and I don't regret it. And the atomizer is incredible!

It smells very similar to Chanel Chance Eau Tendre, specially in the opening notes but stronger. It has a sillage, unfortunately, when it dries down, it goes sour. Literally like a fruit going sour and then the sillage is about that sourness. I like it to be at home, not so much to go out, smells a little cheap in the dry down. Best to buy Chanel Chance Eau Tendre to avoid the sourness and not be ashamed of others catching the sourness in the scent.

I am a HUGE fan of Chance eau tendre. I sprayed Applejuice on one wrist and tendre on the other and they initially smelled IDENTICAL! Then as they dried down, Applejuice smelled slightly more masculine (sandalwood pulled through more). But as it dried down even more, they smelled almost exactly the same! Tendre is slightly more floral in my opinion, but Applejuice is lovely and I will be layering them!

Overlooking what I would naturally expect from a Zara scent, this dries down to spicy (orange) / christmas woods on me. I halfway liked the initial spray, very fruity, but the apple is less sweet than the usual pears, raspberries etc. players. Several hours later the dry down is pleasing. I might get into this for Summer. After generously spraying, it seems this would mix well with a sweaty day.

This is my casual scent. I got a big bottle of it as a gift, and I really came to like it. It's fresh, not overpowering, people can barely tell I'm wearing perfume, which is often what I want. I like to put it on before I go training. I think it smells good when my body heats up. It fades quickly, but lasts just enough to get me into my confident mood. Also, I can always reapply later.
