Bold Blossom

I’m not sure what this is a dupe for but by itself I am in LOVE. Floral but not in a too youthful cheap way, the base notes seem to hold down the floral to more subtle levels. It does start off more bold 🤓 but I find it very relaxed and wearable yet still distinct from other floral scents I own. The dry down actually stay fairly similar just loses the bold, and moves into softer waves where the hint of fruit comes through. But never too strong or harsh. Hours later I get something akin to Lily of the Valley not sure what notes turned that way. Still a very pleasant mid weight scent through all the dry downs. I wore this outside in Florida all day and can still smell some on me, so impressed with the longevity. Stayed better on clothes than skin but to be expected in hot and humid. Not your typical floral, the base keeps it grounded even though I couldn’t really smell those notes separately. Love the mellow effect they give. This is a favorite.

Seeing the reviews and reading the comments I did not even want to test it in the store. But! I did - and bought it immidiately. This perfume goes in the direction of Gres Fruit de la creativity, but sweeter, brighter, more positive and uplifted. It's like a dark rose-based drink with bubbles. This fizziness mesmerizes me. At home I tested with Gres side-by-side - not dupes at all, but the same ingredients played very differently, with different outcome. Gres dark and serious, Bold Blossom sweet and playful. I like it. It will be even better in cold weather

The notes had me instantly curious about this one. Rose, Patchouli, Raspberry.... i thought okay maybe it smells like POAL. Not even close. I was very disappointed because i can’t smell any of the notes. It’s super light and airy for a parfum that claims to have all these heavy hitter notes.. smells very 90s yves rocher, clinique. it doesn’t smell bad, just not what i expected.

Comparing Bold Blossom and Nobody knows I realised that they share this fuzziness! But NK much brighter and fresher, Cassis stands out, and BB calmer darker, rosier. Not dupes at all, even though I see where people come from with this comparison

This is lovely! Nice longevity, you can barely detect the rose note- makes you feel fresh and spicy. Totally wearable during the day and for date night.

I'm not blown away by it. It's not what I expected and I had high hopes seeing as, saffron, frankincense, rose, patchouli, amber and tonka bean are all notes that I love. What I can definitely say is that they definitely created a "perfume" here. In the sense that if you would imagine a vintage, like 1980s style perfume that you would just smell somewhere, on someone, without knowing anything along the lines of creator, brand or notes, this is definitely something that you could describe that as. Personally, I'm having troubles to recognize any of the notes here. It's just like... a scent of its own. A scent of classic, typical perfumery. I would describe it as unisex in the sense that, yes, it might come off as feminine if you would smell it on the tester strip, but I didn't feel weird wearing it, and I couldn't imagine that anyone would say that I was wearing a typical woman's fragrance while I wore it. It's a rather linear smell. Sillage was okay, not too overpowering but I didn't want that from this kind of perfume anyway. I had the weirdest experience with the longevity in the sense that it was doing really, and then suddenly, as if one sudden moment, it seemed to be totally gone after about four hours and a half. I could only smell it on my clothes then.

I’m surprised at the low rating of this one. It’s better than many brand name fragrances and superb value! Lovely, smooth, to my nose mostly amber-raspberry-hint of saffron with some sweetness from tonka in a very lovely, balanced and quite an elegant blend. Believe this is now discontinued but there are a few bottles on Ebay.

Finally a great dupe for Narciso Rodriguez' white cube - loved by many including myself, I do have the original but used it sparingly to never run out so this is my back up 🤘🏻

This fragrance is by far the 2nd worse blind purchase I have received from zara the first for me being the 2024 release of Leather Jardin. Both being a fragrance someone that adored fragrances made in the 90s would prefer. This is more of a vintage perfume to me and I pick up little rose and mostly saffron. I have no fragrance I can even compare to this. It is just bad. There were no reviews when I blindly bought. I have many perfumes by Jerome Epinette and for reference one of my favorite is Dear Polly and La Tulipe. This is def not those. Not a fresh scent at all.

A classic combination of amber, saffron, and rose. This perfume is linear to my nose but beautifully crafted, with excellent longevity and projection! A powerful scent that evokes oriental vibes, best suited for cold weather. While it's not my style of perfume, I can see many people enjoying it. :)

I genuinely hated this fragrance. It's a dry, amber with dry florals with a dry, unsweet fruit note. It's as if they took dehydrated raw materials and attempted to extract the fragrance from these dry, dead florals and saffron. I didn't like the way it smelled nor the way it made me feel. The whole thing is just really unappealing to me.

I finally have got a bottle of this perfume, it intrigued me a lot from what I've been reading on many review sites and boy am I glad I have it. This is a PERFUME and as a man I must say I love it. I have nothing like it in my collection and this is high quality for a Zara release . First impressions are those of being very happily surprised by the yes, boldness , of the opening notes. They are in your face, rich and powerful, there is a smoothness in it as also a tangy aroma, I suppose this comes from the pink pepper and tangerine and saffron , yet underneath the raspberry and rose comes through, not so much the incense. In the air it does remind me of la panther de Cartier, but that is more in the opening and in the air, on the skin it smells different. Will have to see how the dry down is as the longevity on skin. to be continued ....

I’m wearing this right now and it’s really pretty. I fancied a pretty scent and this fits the bill for me!
