Cherry Stain 02 Bold Dark Exotic

Supposed to be dupe of tf cherry smoke, i've never smelt cherry smoke so this is how i see it, its waxy and resinous cherry fragrance with little bit of smoke and incense, barely smoky, not sweet as lost cherry and there is no vanilla nor almonds, but it is ambery and slightly sweet, goes more into resins than sweet amber, cherry gives it a slight seductiveness but i wouldnt say its strong on cherry, you get like 40% cherry and 60% resins, so its very balsamic resinius and waxy, smells like cherry candle to me. I would say mature cherry fragrance, its neither female or male fragrance, true unisex, okay for daily, best for fall or spring, not strong enough for winter, and too heavy and waxy for summer. Performance isnt best, gets around 4-5 hours for me with medium projection, but i have very dry skin so its good. Bottle is clean asf, i would say great pick up

Mine arrived yesterday along, I bought both variants so only did a very quick skin test to try them as bought blind. Initial impression was this is my favourite of the two, its heavier and feels a bit more interesting than CS01. The cherry is richer, not sickly sweet and the liquer element gives it more body. As mentioned this was just a quick spray on the back of my hand, so not a comprehensive review by any means but I do favour this one out of the two. It feels like this has more personality to it and not so generic as the other. Looking forward to wearing this properly and seeing how it fairs over the course of the day.

Opens with an intoxicating cherry liqueur note that unfortunately fades very quickly (10 minutes), giving way to a classic dry-down of ambery black cherry with a hint of spices.

Fantastic fragrance - gives off Cherry Smoke vibes Zara has been throwing out gem after gem recently Longevity and sillage are quite strong. 10/10

First impressions. First wear. Sour fresh cherry. Immediately brought Sabrina Carpenter to mind/nose. Interesting. Update: compliment getter.

Smells like if a noir movie-style shootout halpened inside of a jazz bar that only sold cherry drinks.

Darker, richer, with more personality than its sibling Cherry Stain 01, this is good stuff. I typically avoid Ford’s scents because the dna usually don’t appeal to me, so I’ve no idea if this is supposed to be a dupe of something from that brand. 🤷🏾♂️ CS02 is pretty much what the notes say it is: A gently spiced, ambery cherry liquor, with a side of incense. Zara has really been hitting it out of the park lately. If you’re a baddie on a budget, don’t overlook this one. Although marketed to men, it’s absolutely genderless Worth mentioning: The deep red bottle with the gold text is nice to look at.

Boozy, ambery cherry. Very similar to Melting Lust from Emile Elise if you're familiar with this brand. Not as good of a performer as that one. It's a very wonderful offering for the price, though, and I'm reviewing this straight after receiving, so I'm hoping it will grow to perform better. Very unisex, but I feel like the fragrances in these types of bottles usually are. Everyone should wear what they like regardless. I'm personally still loving the fact that the cherry hype is still not over.

NOT a lost cherry clone! This zara's interpretation of cherry smoke, hence the incense. Usual clowns think every cherry frag is a clone of Lost cherry even though they smelled it once and bought a cheap dupe themselves. Now the cherry note in this is nice, then the incense kicks in and it reminds me more of sand desert at sunset with a cherry on top. It has that same sweet smokey warmth going on to about the same degree. Totally synthetic, top to bottom, start to finish. One of the better zara releases of recent times.

Straight up Lost Cherry clone. Smells good. Unisex, maybe leaning slightly female but can totally be worn by a man. Starts fresher and gradually becomes more sweet. A good release but it's not super intense. The Lost Cherry clone from Maison Alhambra performs much longer and projects stronger.
