Cocoa Sunset

I got this as a gift from my lovely mother and I can say that she absolutely nailed the gift. I see a lot of people comparing this to Yara even though these two have nothing in common. I can, however, say that this smells similar to Sol de Janeiro 62 and I'm honestly surprised to see not that many people make the same comparison. Cocoa Sunset opens up with beautiful absolutely edible fruity, subtly salty, notes unraveling a soft milky background. The longer you wear this fragrance the more the chocolate absorbs you. This smells like a chocolate fruit cake and a tanning balsm at the same time and I'm so here for that. I just wish this fragrance lasted longer. Also the last time I felt this way about catching whiffs of a fragrance was with Prada's Paradoxe, and this is right up there with Paradoxe when it comes to my most complimented perfumes. The price is so affordable and this is the type of a gourmand fragrance I absolutely love.

I bought this on BF because it was a great deal and I liked the scent when I tried it at the store. I wasn ́t sure about it, but I gave it a try. It was a set with the oil, and oil is all sorts of divine. The best smelling thing. I love fruity scents, and here passion fruit and peach are creamy and gentle. I love it! My skin for some reason makes most perfumes smell like the detegent for cleaning the floors or ar freshner or somehow heavy. And most perfumes give me headache. So, I am beyond happy when I find something that just doesn ́t make me sick. This is so much more than that. For me it is a very summery scent. Like a hot summe night by the beach, laying down looking at the stars and listening to the slow night waves. It inspires me. It makes me feel sexy. I imagine myself tanned with soft skin and this scent. I am super happy. And you cannot beat the price. Also, it lasts quite a while. This elevates my mood.

While the notes may remind some of a rich summer body lotion, this is definetely a winter smell. While the chocolate sits faintly in the background, the warmth of this perfume reminds of hot cocoa and fireplaces VERY long lasting, even put me off at first! One direct spray on my neck wouldnt go away even for three days on me! Couldnt sleep the first night. Spraying first on wrists is sufficient, because when done correctly you will smile everytime you feel it on yourself. Very sweet, yet still just grown up enough to be a very attractive smell, not lactonic at all... Loved it so much that I bought one for a friend. Others will definetely feel it too, so prepare for compliments! Although it can be a perfect intimate night scent, dont worry that you will nausiate others by the day

The notes listed in the graphic shots don’t mention the peach or passion fruit but that’s what elevates this fragrance from the simple chocolate, cream and vanilla listed. It’s a gorgeous tropical combination that is completely unisex. We all wear this in my house. It’s definitely a love. I don’t get the Yara reference except maybe that they both share a sweet vanilla dry down. Other than that, I don’t see any connection. Highly recommend, especially for the price point.

OH MY GOD!! idk what Zara made but they made a masterpiece. Who ever tells this smells like Yara (pink one) no, not at all, i disagree 100%. this opens strong! a mix with a chocolate (not to strong) whipped creamy hint of coconut..? vanilla everything mixed up and the dry down is a comforting scent a soft cacoa with a bit of vanilla but very soft.. the first time wearing this i got so many compliments, day after i got again so many. for this price.. it’s so worth it.
