Coconut Tropic Tides

Wow! I was a bit nervous because of the negative reviews, but I was very pleasantly surprised. It really is more of a tropical cocktail, the coconut is less noticeable, but it’s not a childish scent at all. I’m no expert, but maybe it’s the benzoin that gives it an elegant, more mature undertone. I must point out that it is very, very sweet, and contrary to many comments, I find it surprisingly strong. Because of this, I don't think it's the best choice for the scorching heat, no matter how divine it smells. Though, of course, it’s coming with me on vacation :D. It’s quite long-lasting too. I sprayed it once on the inside of my elbow (my husband noticed it immediately), and I could still smell it even after showering. After this, I’m really curious about Coconut Jasmine Sugar as well.

Listen this perfume is the best perfume I’ve bought in a long time it’s absolutely gorgeous, it’s giving Malibu and pineapple, it’s so juicy and sweet, the coconut is there but it’s more of a tropical scent to me. I smell pineapple, ripe mango, juicy orange with coconut but not raw coconut more like a coconut sweet it’s like a tropical Tropicana drink. If you like sweet, feminine, juicy tropical perfumes I’d recommend this as a safe blind buy if you don’t get time to shop and test. It’s gourmand but not bakery it’s more of summer drink on a Jamaican beach. Its lasting power is really good I sprayed it on my self after a shower, woke up next morning and could still smell it that’s 12 hours. Stunno mate! Absolutely stunning 😍

Ok i have to disagree with the reviews below. Personally i find the coconut note quite prominent in the opening. It is definitely noticeable, and very exotic. It is also very sweet, but not sunscreen-y, fortunately for me because i don’t enjoy sunscreeny scents. I found this quite pleasant and very suitable for summer. I think it could be great for layering so i grabbed a bottle. If you like sweet exotic coconut scents you will like this.

Wow you guys, this one is beautiful! Tested yesterday wanted to post but waited until today. Glad I did, I still smelled it on my hand where I sprayed this morning, not intensely but enough to warrant to rate this one as long lasting ♥ This one will be in my summer rotation! I get sweet fruit/coconut/vanilla a little benzoin and the powder from the sandalwood. This is a 5 star for me!

Blind buy. Reading the reviews saying it smells more like exotic fruits, I'm still trying to smell the exotic fruits 🤷🏻. Nope and thank God it doesn't smell on me like that. I clearly smell like vanilla and coconut. My friends also confirm 😉. In a salty/milky way. Not too sweet. It's been 8 hours and it's still on my skin. I actually love it ❤️ 🥥

just tried it at zara yesterday, i sprayed it on my wrist. a took a showet at night, washed my hands several times since then and i can still smell it. like literally. for me the coconut is not that noticeable, it’s more of a universal tropical scent, i fell in love with it. like it drives me insane, i will purchase this ASAP

this perfume is very good when you think about a vanilla e coconut type of fragance you think of jpg le beau le parfum but this, is another thing it's a very light coconut mixed with vanilla that lasts about 6 hour or more but it's very good for the price, would definitely recomend.

You smell like a pina colada tropical drink. I have had compliments wearing this. Wear this with a stronger coconut perfume. Trust me. A really goood summer fragrances!

This one was a lot better than the other Zara coconut, but still very weak. Lasts better and projects better than the Coconut Jasmine Sugar, but it is still on the weak side. Acceptable though. This one smells very summery and exotic, like a tropical fruit salad. Main notes i get are coconut and tropical fruits, even though i wish the coconut were a lot stronger. If you are looking for a coconut fragrance, this might be too light and not enough coconutty, but if you are looking for a piña colada, tropical fruit salad kind of fragrance, you might like this.

Okay, so this is remarkably long lasting for something I thought would be akin to a body mist. I have quite a lot of coconut fragrances in my collection, but I'm considering adding this one to the mix.

The only thing that I feel here is a sandalwood.Exactly the same smell as a incense sticks. Disappointment for me.Nothing like coconut or summer, tropical perfume. Ok i can barely smell a coconut vibe but on the clothes, not on skin. A coconut jasmine sugar from the same series is much better for me, there is a very close vibe to Alien goddess.

A little less bad that coconut sugar from the same series- smells like a very very cheap perfume, really you can skip it and save yourself some money 😮💨

Tropical indeed. Not my favorite dna. Smells like a bowl of coconut and tropical fruits but borderline room freshener. Projection sucks and longevity is the same as a good body mist, about 4 hours. Over all I don’t think this is worth the money, I’m sure you could get a body mist that lasts the same and smells the same or better for half the price. As always Zara fragrances are underwhelming and I would not repurchase. The bottle is nice though. I hope this helps.

A Zara perfume that actually matches the name! Finally a good coconut from Zara - nutty, fresh & salty. This to me doesn’t have the typical suncream scent, this is a more toned down 'refined' coconut. Longevity is okay on me, about 4 hours which isn’t great for a Zara perfume but nonetheless a lovely inoffensive coconut perfume. Perfect for the daytime/ work

I was in Paris and smelled hundreds of expensive niche perfumes and this is the only one I was like “ I have to have”. It helps that the price point was entirely different but it is a well made fragrance, sweet, happy and tropical. It’s everything I was looking for in this lane
